Me and the wife were here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Without a doubt we had an amazing time. I would recommend anyone visiting Mallorca to book their stay here. We were able to get a room upgrade (with a charge of course). We had no issue getting a parking spot. The location is very central to visit all of Mallorca. The view was absolutely stunning and the dining options at the Hotel were amazing as well. Overall we had no complaints and would definitely recommend any couple or group looking to book to do so without any hesitation. Thanks to the team and staff at the Hotel for an amazing vacation!

I hate writing this review, but I really feel the urge to… I would like to say that it’s not my first stay at Elba Sunset, first time was in 2021 during the pandemic when the hotel was brand new and not very crowded, so the experience was totally different (so as the price tag). I had a long stay of 11 days this time, and I’m EXHAUSTED from staying at this hotel, because there’s absolutely NO soundproofing whatsoever. The crowd has lost its quality since 2021, lots of super noisy neighbors. I did report when my neighbors were having a party at night and the reception did their best to quiet them down, but I was constantly woken up at 2,3,4 AM by people behaving extremely loud, and going as far as playing music on their phones loudly in the hallway, I was sleeping with earplugs and with a pillow on my head, I still could hear everything. Next, the housekeeping is so poor, I was left speechless. It was inconsistent, 3 different days out of 11 the cleaning was great, but other days… disaster, they wouldn’t even bother to clean the toilet, or replace coffee and creamers for days. I had no tissues, was asking a reception for 3 days and still wouldn’t get any, until I caught a cleaning lady in the hallway and asked her for a box… Asked to fix the scale which wasn’t working upon my check-in also 3x, and it wasn’t fixed. I don’t like being difficult and nagging, so at some point I just gave up and accepted all the flaws of my stay. Towels had holes in them and some had even been ripped, I don’t understand why there’s no quality control for textiles. The food wasn’t good, there’s a variety but very very poor cooking and just not tasty. A couple of dinners the fish was great and I liked the carrot cake from a desert bar. I had a half-board, but last 3 dinners I just couldn’t take this food anymore, I went dining in restaurants. I gave 2 stars instead of 1, only because the staff is very pleasant and all are genuinely lovely people, that said, inefficient with multiple requests not being fulfilled. I agree with one of the comments that the hotel looks good but has no substance. The quality of the audience has dropped big time since 2021 and I don’t understand why because the price has gone significantly up. I’ve stayed in other 4/5 stars hotels in the area, and was very excited to return to Elba but they cannot compete anymore, sadly. I will never return there. At a very least I want to sleep well on vacation…

Just home from an amazing week at Elba Sunset, this was our second time at the hotel and loved everything about it. The staff are excellent professional and friendly. A special mention for the team in Thalasso Spa, we both had an amazing hot stone massage with time in the Spa Circuit. On check out we were able to avail of our complimentary session at the Circuit and shower before our final lunch at the Bow restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel and don’t miss out on the exceptional experience of the spa.

Excellent hotel with great staff. We were initially unsure when we booked as we’re not certain about the location but actually it’s perfectly placed. The rooms are superb and everywhere is exceptionally clean. Bedding and towels changed daily Excellent restaurants a short walk away. As a group of friends we had a very enjoyable holiday and highly recommend the Elba Sunset

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is located in a beautiful spot. The views are breathtaking. Rooms are very modern, spacious and well equipped. The whole building is is very well designed, especially sky pool and main one are very picturesque. It is very well maintained and really clean overall. Our stay included breakfast which had a very wide variety of fresh food. It was very nice to try freshly prepared smoothies or local specialities like cheese there. I would absolutely recommend eating there. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Entertainment night with Claudia was such a good night ! Everyone had a smile on their faces making the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you everyone for a lovely time! Will definitely come back!
