Amazing location and easy to go by walk to various beaches. Service was very good at the hotel and your never left with wanting anything. Rooms are amazing and facilities are plentiful. Staff are friendly and warm. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. Lovely memories great holiday

We have had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel, staff were very kind and accommodating. Food at the hotel was good and Juana at the spa was amazing. She provided us with a very luxurious experience and even a glass of champagne! We are definitely coming back as soon as we plan another break.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is located in a beautiful spot. The views are breathtaking. Rooms are very modern, spacious and well equipped. The whole building is is very well designed, especially sky pool and main one are very picturesque. It is very well maintained and really clean overall. Our stay included breakfast which had a very wide variety of fresh food. It was very nice to try freshly prepared smoothies or local specialities like cheese there. I would absolutely recommend eating there. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Entertainment night with Claudia was such a good night ! Everyone had a smile on their faces making the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you everyone for a lovely time! Will definitely come back!

This was such a beautiful hotel, astonishing views, gorgeous rooms and stunning surroundings. It was honestly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. We visited as a family and it was perfect even with a young child. My husband has a disability however the hotel was fully accessible for those with mobility difficulties, an aid or wheelchair which is absolutely amazing! Rooms were spotless and had lovely added touches. The pools were beautiful (beware, super cold out of season but super refreshing!) The food and service in The Bow Restaurant on site was second to none. Juana at the spa is simply the most beautiful lady, always a smile on her face and time for anyone. She was super sweet to my tween and us as a family. She really is a credit to the hotel. I have only dropped a star for the following reasons otherwise it would have been 5/5: - Air con was not the best so it did get hot in the nights for those who are not used to a warmer climate! I believe this is due to the time of year we visited which is fair enough. - The bar is SUPER slow service. My longest wait (with no queue was 20 minutes). Top tip is to order two lots of drinks at the same time! The staff were very polite however, just to slow at times. - The pool side is very slippery (to be expected however it was more so than I’ve experienced before). My husband fell, I almost fell and we saw many others falling or almost falling so please be aware of this! I feel some slight non slip tiles just on the edges could prevent this.

This hotel location is amazing , very secluded, we felt like we were on a cruise ship. We had booked the basic room but the upgraded us bid time!! The room was spectacular overlooking the pool. Very quiet this time of year of course . Reception staff were very solid . Best check in I’ve had in a long long time. Now about the food … it’s hit or miss I’d say in our 3 days. Not enough buffet staff most of the time . And on the Friday night , somewhat busy, a lady chef (who by the way looked fed up and mean )brought her papers behind the buffet counter and took the chef away from the customers who wanted to be served to fill out her papers. Unacceptable. Food was cold even when coming out of the kitchen, but thank god for the self serve microwave. Dessert were amazing and so was the coffee machine at breakfast. Not sure we would go back .
