Fantastic hotel with beatiful views. rooms are her spacious make sure that you get a room with a sea view, especially the rooms that overlook the pool and have their private decks and you can look out to the ocean. Front desk staff were amazing especially Victoria and Hugo!! Guest services so helpful especially Elise Who helped us with some taxis, Reservations and our trip to Soller.(worth a day trip) The restaurant was very good, hard-working staff specially the staff that work during the morning breakfast buffet. Shout out to hardworking cooks making omelettes and eggs and staff involved in restocking, plates, cutlery, coffee cups. Hotel located on a cliff with a pool overlooking the ocean short walk to beaches to the left and right and small towns 10 to 15 minutes. Will be back as Air Canada will have direct flights starting in summer 2026 to Mallorca

Elba Sunset has gone above and beyond my expectations. The service is always kind, compassionate, and delivered with a smile. From the moment I arrived, the staff have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and my sea view is simply breathtaking—truly making my stay extra special. I also visited the spa for a full body massage with Lorena, who was absolutely exceptional. The massage was so relaxing, and she was both professional and polite, providing a perfect service. I spent a wonderful day enjoying the spa facilities as well, which was exactly what I needed. I still have a few days left here, but I’m already so happy with my decision to stay at Elba Sunset. I will definitely be recommending it to others and look forward to coming back again!

Fabulous stay, everything was perfect! Our room with stunning sea views, breakfast with a huge choice of fresh and cooked food. Impeccable service all round and a beautiful pool. Dinner at the bow for both evenings was delicious with a great choice of dishes and reasonably priced. Thank you so much to David for upgrading us to such a beautiful room!! My favourite part has been diving into the sea from the rocks, almost like having our own private sea access!!

We spent five nights at the Elba Sunset. The room was generally clean and in good condition, but unfortunately there were no hooks to hang wet clothes, which was quite inconvenient. There was also no fridge in the room, which made it difficult to keep a water bottle cool or store a small snack. The sea view was amazing, although you can’t actually watch the sunset since it’s on the opposite side of the island. I also don’t understand why the lights around the pool are turned off so early in the evening, which makes it a bit boring if you want to relax there at night. Sadly, there were no activities in the hotel. It would be nice if they added a couple of billiard or ping pong tables. The gym was also quite small with very limited options, but at least it was air-conditioned, so you don’t sweat too much while working out. In addition, the hotel description mentioned a private beach, which turned out to be incorrect – there was no beach at all. And especially to pay 18€ per day for such an outdated Garage is really annoying. For these reasons, I would only rate the hotel three stars.

My wife and I came here from the USA as part of our honeymoon. This is aesthetically a beautiful hotel with great views and ambience. The location was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. The not so great parts: 1. The food - we only ever ate the breakfast here and compared to other hotels in Mallorca, the food at Elba is way below par. Nothing tasted good other than pastries and fruit to the point that we stopped coming for breakfast the last 2 days of our stay. 2. The service - for the majority the service was good. Especially the breakfast crew, they were respectful and friendly. But the front desk not as much. When I came to park in the hotel lot, I rang the desk and he told me I did not pay for parking. When I said charge my room he told me it’s impossible and he won’t open the gate and then hung up. Also, when preparing to leave I had to weigh my luggage. The scale in the room didn’t work and when I went to ask for a new one, they again said it’s impossible and handed me back the broken scale. Overall this is a good hotel and I would stay again but there are a few things that are noticeably poor here and you can definitely see why it’s not a 5 star hotel.
