Amazing hotel with fabulous facilities. We took room 752 overlooking the pool and seafront. The room was spacious, spotless and had every need we could think of, especially the Nespresso coffee machine which went down well. We just loved sitting on our balcony watching the sunrise/sunset. We were b&b so couldn't comment on evening meals. Breakfast was plentiful, our favourites were the omelette and coffee stations. There is no way this is a 4 star, 5 star at the least. Would not hesitate in recommending this beautiful hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful experience staying in this comfortable stylish hotel. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The room itself was well designed and practical. Breakfast had a huge array of quality options, my favorite being the omelet station. We spent several days just relaxing in either the main pool area or the sky pool, as well as a few services in the spa. My only feedback would be that the ladder into the sea (outside the hotel) needs some maintenance.

Staff were fantastic and friendly the entire time. The hotel buffet has such a good range of food especially for dinner. Plenty of space around the pool but would recommend going up to the sky pool during the day. Tv has built in cast so you can watch your favourite shows from your room.

I stayed in one of the best rooms at Elba sunset last week over looking the sea with sun loungers on our large balcony. The beds were big and comfortable and the air con was great. We stayed bed and breakfast and although it had large variety of foods - we felt it was average. The hotel has amazing views and a lovely restaurant where you can get some nice lunches. However, on my second day my happy emotions quickly changed as unfortunately the cleaner left my room door open. I was very upset to see this as I had cash, passports and valuables in my room. We raised the issue with two different staff members but got no response from management. This lack of response was disappointing, particularly given the hotel's high reputation. We felt undervalued as guests and I had hoped for a more pro active approach regarding this matter.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic views and food. Staff always willing to help. No balcony but our fault as didn't read the description properly. Plenty of sunbeds at anytime of the day. Pool lovely. Bottom a bit rough though cut son's foot and floor very slippy when wet around the pool so wear flip-flops. Dinning room huge and food was amazing loads of choice and very tasty. Again the floor is slippy in places. I slipped and banged my knee. Saw a few others slip too. Great entertainment in the evening. Over all very happy 10 day holiday.
