we stayed here for a week and everything about our experience was perfect. the food, the location, the staff, the cleanliness, everything was great. the staff here are all friendly, helpful, and full of energy. shoutout to brais, he is definitely an asset to the entertainment team! i also appreciated the overall hygiene of this hotel, with well-kept rooms that are thoroughly cleaned every day. the location definitely made our experience worthwhile, as you have access to anything you may need with a shopping centre and airport at your doorstep. also great if you’d like to travel around the island as it is located right in the middle. although we are very sad to leave, if we get the opportunity to visit fuerteventura in the future, we would absolutely come to this hotel again. we even received a complimentary bottle of wine!

We stayed here in December 2025 and had a great time. The food was excellent, full credit to the staff who made this happen. The heated pool was just about warm enough to use. Generally the hotel was clean and well run. The aircon could have been better. The evening entertainment was average and what you expect. I must make a special mention of Ismael- he was part of the Animation Team and was excellent. He gave our 7 year old a great time. Not only was he brilliant with the kids, he was great with the adults too. Full of energy, really relatable, and hilarious. He really made our holiday and thus the five stars!

Really good 3* hotel. Staff are first class and so friendly and helpful. Animation team are very good, great gtg the children involved and adults. Icea is excellent with everyone. The food is decent and always something to eat. My only gripe would be the location, it's an upcoming area so not much surrounding it. The free bus is very handy to visit the beach and shopping centre. FYI the sunbeds on the beach are cash only, 4€ for the day. There is a area with bars, shops and restaurants around 5€ in a taxi to get there. Great tapas restaurant, upstairs from the China shop.

Fabulous hotel! Booked a 4 night break here last week and all expectations were totally exceeded 🙂 Really lovely food, with lots of choices... particularly at breakfast. I ate some of the most succulent, tasty grilled meats here that I've ever had. Rooms were clean and spacious, our bathroom was beautifully fitted out, modern and clean with a better shower than my own at home! Outside area is huge, there were always sunbeds available, in sunny or shaded areas, along with room in the pool for a proper swim. Evening entertainment was good. Two evenings had female singers who were great. The best act by far was African Feet, who kept the audience riveted for their entire performance. Incredible skills! The gardens lead through to a stunning small beach which never got over crowded. Sunbed and parasol prices were good, just €4 each for the day. The hotel has a beautiful calm feeling about it, is spotlessly clean and wonderful staff in all areas. The reception team were genuinely helpful and welcoming...thank you 😊 Lovely to be able to refill water bottles from the restaurant when open, or the cocktail bar throughout the day. There's a small well stocked gift shop, that had a really good choice of clothes, holiday shoes, essential toiletries, gifts and niknaks. I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel and I'm already dreaming about returning next year, maybe for a few nights longer.

The best hotel with direct access to the beach and a 15-minute drive to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bar staff are top-notch. Clean rooms, three swimming pools with clean, fresh water. Delicious food, different dishes served daily. I recommend it and will definitely come back. Thank you.
