Great location and staff was all lovely. Room was great size and neat, all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ever smiling lovely people. You've got airport shuttle for your checkout too. I'd definitely recommend El Oliver palace hotel. I won't forget to mention that it is family friendly for the kids as well, they'll provide the baby cots too. It's also accessibility friendly for people with impaired mobility. Lift and wheelchair accessible entrance

Very disappointing experience. This hotel does not deserve even one star despite being classified as a 5-star hotel. There was no kettle, coffee, or tea provided in the room. Basic amenities were missing or insufficient, including toiletries, toothbrushes, slippers, and shampoo. The towels were dirty, and the bed sheets had an unpleasant and unacceptable color. When I requested a kettle, the one provided was completely covered with white limescale inside, which is extremely unhygienic. Overall cleanliness and service were far below any acceptable standard. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A very good property with beautiful and well layout open area. The swimming pool was superb. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the hospitality and assistance of the staff especially the front desk staff. The restaurant was very nice with variety of Moroccan and continental cuisine. The nights were full of life and amazing. However, the hotel needs to improve on in-rooms services. For example there isn’t tea items my room and personally requested but not provided. No toothpaste and brushes as well as part of the toiletries.

Feedback on Our Recent Stay The property may be a 5-star hotel, but the staff’s attitude and lack of hospitality made the experience extremely disappointing. We had group bookings, yet faced multiple issues — some rooms had no running water in the bathrooms, clogged drainage, and water all over the floor. Room allocations were completely mishandled: a family of two adults and one child was given only a double bed, while two adults were assigned a room with three single beds. After a long flight with little to no rest, dealing with such disorganization and indifference from the staff was truly frustrating. Overall, a very poor experience that fell far below the standards expected from a 5-star property.

Horrible service, disrespectful staff, managers extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend, spend your money elsewhere. False advertising, 2* at best rather than 5* as advertised. Facilities decent, pool etc all fine. Spa is incredibly understaffed, mismanaged booking system. Service really undercut by what was otherwise a pleasant experience. We felt it was discriminatory towards foreigners, far more accommodating towards locals. Felt racist for the same reason as my family and I are of Sri Lankan origin but British nationality.
