We had an amazing stay at El Dorado Seaside Suites! Our room was beautiful, perfectly sized, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable everyone was so kind, friendly, and always helpful with any questions we had. There were plenty of fun activities and events to enjoy my favorite was making a smudge stick, such a unique and memorable experience! The restaurants offered incredible food with something for every taste, and the drinks at the bar were delicious. The bartenders were fantastic at recommending new things to try. I’ve already recommended this hotel to all my friends and coworkers, and I can’t wait to come back myself!

Excellent! The entire staff from room service to grounds keepers to restaurant staff to golf cart drivers to concierge to entertainment staff to staff we just walked by were all so friendly! Everyone made sure we had an excellent experience! Everything was so clean as well. The food was so amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. The shows and activities were a ton of fun! We had a blast and will definitely be returning!! Recommend to everyone! Thank you for making our wedding Anniversary one to remember!

We recently stayed at El Dorado Seaside Suites, and while the property is beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, our overall experience was quite disappointing given what we paid for. We had booked a swim-out suite, but unfortunately, we couldn’t use it even once during our entire stay. The jets were not working, there were bugs in the pool, and despite mentioning it, no one came to fix the issue. This was really disappointing since the swim-out suite was one of the main reasons we chose this resort. The food was okay, somewhat satisfactory, but several restaurants were closed during our stay, which limited our options. A few times, we went to dine only to find the restaurant unexpectedly closed. The resort itself was clean, and as mentioned, the staff were wonderful always polite and helpful. However, there was construction happening in the Seaside Suites area, which made it quite noisy during the day. Additionally, the beach on the Seaside Suites side was closed, so we had to walk over to the Palms side to access the beach, which wasn’t very convenient. Overall, while the resort has potential and the staff do their best, our experience didn’t live up to expectations ,especially considering the premium price we paid for the swim-out suite. Should be rated a 3.5 star not a 5 star

Our stay at this resort in Mexico was unforgettable, but what truly made it exceptional was Benjamin! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care stood out—he treated us like family and always seemed one step ahead of what we needed. Whether it was offering recommendations, checking in to make sure we were comfortable, or just bringing a smile to our day, Benjamin made the entire visit special. The resort itself was beautiful, but Benjamin was the heart of our experience. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend this resort—and be sure to ask for Benjamin, he’s the life of the party. He’s the reason we’ll definitely be coming back!

Beware of Misleading Promotions – No Direct Beach Access at El Dorado Seaside Suites Do not believe everything you see in the visual promotions for this property. El Dorado Seaside Suites does NOT have direct access to a beach, despite what their most commonly displayed photos suggest on their website and across the internet. These images are misleading and falsely advertise the resort as beachfront. Shame on Lomas Hospitality for this deceptive marketing. I was incredibly disappointed to discover that instead of a beach, the entire coastline of the resort is bordered by a wall, with waves crashing directly against it. There is no beach in front of the property, contrary to what the photos imply. The only reason I booked this hotel was because of those images showing a beach directly accessible from the resort. This felt like a classic case of bait and switch, and I’m still frustrated by the lack of transparency. I gave the hotel an overall two-star rating, only because everything else—service, amenities, and staff—was five-star. But the location and misleading promotion significantly impacted my experience. Be prepared to be up-sold on nearly everything. We booked a honeymoon suite, which supposedly included a romantic breakfast and room decoration. However: • You have to pay extra for a bottle of wine with dinner. • You have to pay extra to upgrade the decoration, which was minimal to begin with. • The “romantic breakfast” was nothing special—just standard room service, which is already included for all guests. Honestly, the honeymoon suite didn’t offer anything exceptional compared to other rooms, and the extra cost wasn’t justified. This review is not a reflection of the resort staff, who were wonderful throughout our stay. My criticism is directed entirely at the owners and decision-makers responsible for the resort’s marketing and promotional practices. Their lack of transparency and misleading advertising is unacceptable. I would not return to this resort, nor would I again choose any property under the Lomas Hospitality banner for fear that I will experience similar issues with false advertising.
