We had a wonderful time at El Dorado Seaside Suites. Restaurants, day activities, Evening Entertainment, room service are all top notch. Rooms are spacious, swim up rooms have an excellent view, we could not use the swim up pools as the water was cold but the ocean view made up for it. We reached at 1.00 a m and yet were able to order room service. We enjoyed every single meal from breakfast, lunch to the delicious dinners. We visited Clay Talay, Misa Casa (2 times), Gourmet Pub, Culinarium, Driftwood and every single one was excellent. Friday night was Mexico Fiesta which was very planned and we enjoyed it a lot. Saturday afternoon was Foam party which was one another fun event. Review will be incomplete without mentioning the wonderful staff that makes everything happen. They put a lot of hard work and are always very helpful. We also had Catamaran visit included in our package and that was a full day of fun activity. We highly recommend the resort and have already booked our next visit. We met a lot of guests at the resort who had been to many other resorts and they also mentioned that El Dorado was the best of all.

The setting is replete with natural beauty and is impeccably groomed. Staff are continually keeping the surroundings clean and safe. If the natural surroundings aren’t the main thing you remember, it would certainly be the delicious food. Every restaurant had delicious offerings and the service was top notch. They even have an entirely vegan restaurant. There are two young hosts who keep the entertainment buzzing at the swim up bars and everyone had a blast at their activities. We took a couple of excursions which were also excellent. All in all, I highly recommend this resort.

We love everything about El Dorado Seaside! The rooms are fantastic, the views and what makes it even better are the employees. I can not speak highly enough about our mayordomos. Moises, Victor, Carlos y Jose who was in training but already shows signs of customer service excellence are such a pleasure to be around. They truly look out for our enjoyment and to make our stay pleasant. Whomever is training these fine young gentleman are doing a fantastic job and please continue doing what you are doing. I must mention another employee who made our dining experience so much more enjoyable. Jordy, his knowledge of meals and wine only complements his persona. He may not know it but he is definitely a role model when it comes to customer service and how to approach people with conversation. He truly left a impression with us along with his staff including his hostess. Another young waiter named Emiliano who attended us at the Japanese restaurant funny and a gentleman. Enrique who was another server who attended us twice at two different restaurants is definitely on his "A" game. Every employee was kind and our cart drivers were also very attentive always arriving with a smile on their faces. We really do not want to go to the other resorts because Seaside has set the bar so high, I can not imagine anywhere else that can give us equal or even better attention.

Fantastic time at the Suites. We felt welcomed and pampered all week. The housekeeping staff did great at keeping the room tidy and stocked. All 3 of the butlers we had were very attentive and helpful. Humberto is always great to catch a ride with. Benjamin and Luana kept things fun and inclusive at the pool bar.

This is a great place to go for so many reasons!! Adults only to begin with! It had a mostly chill vibe. We were for only rest and relaxation this trip. The room was awesome! Comfy bed, places to sit and the view was great in the morning especially! Lots of cool different bars on both sides of the resort. The food was amazing! Lots of choices for a la cart and a couple decent buffets. The grounds are beautiful on both sides for obvious reasons! All the palm trees and sand you need! There are lots of Bali beds and beach chairs! We were able to get a Bali bed every day and we slept in most days! It’s not a postcard perfect beach but it is great and you can swim along the whole thing. The staff were great! Friendly and helpful. The resort is a great place to have a great vacation! Be prepared to walk a little on this resort. There are golf carts to take you around as well. I liked to walk off the food and take in all the sites! We had serious issues with the booking agent, Sunwing Vacations and will never book with them again. Ever.
