We travel 2-3 times a year so we're not "new" to the all inclusive world and service. We are also not picky eaters. We just got back yesterday from Seaside Suite. We were originally booked on the palms side and got a free "upgrade" to the seaside suite side. The layout and room itself was decent, but the sewer/fish smell was so bad on the suite side we couldn't enjoy the swim out let alone be in our room. Our toilet barely flushed and our sinks backed up. It was also so hot we could barely get any sleep. We never met up with our personal concierge to ask for a room change. The service was the 2nd worst resort we've stayed at, and at 40% capacity from what one employee told us, it should have been off the charts. Food was a major disappointment and I was starving the whole time we were there. We met multiple people who said they had gotten food poisoning. The Raccons are very aggressive and will eat/drink if you set anything down around the pool area. The bar tenders kept disappearing and did not want to be waiting on people. There were also no activities that we could find because there was barely anyone staying there- even thought they had a calendar of "events". If you like enjoying the ocean, this is not your resort. We could not get in the water except for one small area, and there was too much seaweed while we were there. We met some cool couples, and that was the best part. One couple told us they were actually cancelling their membership because it was such a horrible stay. Also, if you struggle walking, everything is so far away from each other. There are golf carts, but it was hit and miss if they'd give us a ride. I'd recommend staying else where.

Amazing resort, me and my husband had a wonderful time on our honeymoon. The entertainment workers were amazing and made us feel so welcomed and loved! They really made us enjoy our time and everyday at the pool. WE LOVED Luana, Andres, and Benjamin so much! Food was very yummy, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. We would 100% recommend and will come back again in the future.

We just got back after spending 7 days in HEAVEN. I felt like royalty there and didnt go without. The food was 10/10, the room service was even great! The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling that was included in our stay was life changing. This was my first time to mexico and I feel like we hit the jack pot staying here. The entertainment in the pool bar in the seaside suites was amazing. BEN AND LUANA 👏 ABSOLUTELY A BLAST. Julio and the other bartender Sergio, I think? 😅 they took care of us so well and always were having a great time. I already want to go back. The turn down room service daily too was a freaking bonus, not to mention the pools are SALT water! The shuttle rides too were perfect for tired feet! I could rave all day. If youre wondering, dont, book the vacation.

This resort is amazing. I would definitely come back here. The vibe, the atmosphere, and the employees were all fantastic. There was so much to enjoy without leaving the resort. The pool was the area I frequented the most. Benjamin, Luana and Andres did sensational work at the pool! Cumi, the bartender was rocking it out! The whole crew was a great vibe. The foam party, OMG I had soooo much fun. I felt like a lil kid again. The private room pool and the jacuzzi in the bathroom was a wonderful shock. Large shower with the rainfall shower head was a treat.....TBC There are a few minor complaints. The curtains to the patio had a bit of mold/mildew on them. Some crevices could have been cleaned and dusted a little better. One of the ceiling fans weren't working. The glass door didn't flush close, so I heard the wind whispering all night. I just left it open a few inches to stop the noise. The complintary slippers should have more grip. The floors sweat and it was slippery to walk the room with them on. The cranberry and orange juice tasted watered down.

It was an absolutely amazing time at El Dorado Seaside Suites! Luana, Benjamin & Andres provided nonstop activities and entertainment while always bringing top level energy to represent the entertainment/fitness team! From volleyball and aerobics to crafts and bingo, they went above and beyond! Carlos from the beverage department led a class/activity teaching us how to make a few signature drinks that were delicious. Along with Crisantos, Tiburico and the other bartenders; they insured our days were filled with beautiful and yummy cocktails! Francisco, Jesus, Victor, and everyone else from “transportation” ensured that we got where we needed to go efficiently, with care & of course some entertainment. The cleanliness of the entire resort was outstanding and I have not experienced customer service at this level before. Every employee is kind and goes out of their way to ensure you are taken care of and treated with kindness at all times! We went on two excursions; to the rescue with the cenote and the catamaran with snorkeling. There are not enough words to say good things about both as we all had a blast each day!
