I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the resort for the following reasons: 1. Room not ready: Upon arrival, our room was not prepared and we had to wait 40 minutes. This was very frustrating as our arrival was planned, and we expected everything to be in order. 2. Lack of information: There is no place where you can get all the information clearly and accessibly. This caused a lot of confusion and difficulty in enjoying the facilities and services. 3. Resort app: The mobile app leaves much to be desired. It is slow, difficult to navigate, and does not provide the necessary information effectively. 4. Airport transportation: The transportation from the resort to the airport made stops at different resorts to pick up lost luggage, which made the trip very uncomfortable and prolonged. 5. Ruined honeymoon: We were celebrating our honeymoon and were told that we would have a surprise in the room. The surprise was that there was nothing special prepared for us, which was very disappointing. 6. Japanese restaurant: The Japanese restaurant was a major disappointment. It was one of the worst we have tried in 26 days of vacation in Mexico. The quality of the food was very low, and the overall experience left much to be desired. 7. Lack of snacks: There is no place to get snacks like peanuts, candies, or other light options. It would be great to have a place where guests could easily purchase these items. 8. Management response: The only response from management has been to apologize, which I consider insufficient. We expected concrete solutions to the problems raised. I am a frequent resort guest, and this one does not seem like a 5-star resort. The experience was a major disappointment. I expected much more from a resort of this category and location. I do not recommend this place and hope they improve these aspects for future guests.

The view from the rooms was stunning. Service was impeccable and everyone was incredibly friendly. Gratuity isn’t included so remember to plan for that. The pools were fun and the swim up pool bars were great and well stocked. We had a candle lit dinner in the beach and it was incredibly romantic and beautiful. The food in all of the restaurants wasn’t equal, but all was ok. The restaurants you need reservations at was definitely much better quality. Loved our stay and will go back!

The property is huge and gorgeous! The people are very friendly and helpful. We felt secluded from the city even though it wasn’t very far away and had a fantastic and relaxing time. Our Butlers, Ivan, Leslie and Edith did an outstanding job! They were very receptive and quick to meet our wants and needs. I don’t have the words to express how great of a job they did. Our waiter, Eduardo, at the Culinarium made our meals so much more enjoyable. He has a great personality and made sure we had a great time.

The room is what gives it the five being able to look out over the ocean from the pool on your balcony is truly an exceptional experience. The property is amazing. You really feel like you’re in the Mayan jungle, with the mature landscaping. Coming in the summer I was able to experience the Bali beds at the at the beach, always get a chair at a restaurant, and get a ride in a golf cart. I have saw a few reviews before I came, and there was some consistencies with those reviews. You can see the age of the hotel, though it seems to be kept up on, there were a few maintenance issues and probably needs a refresh. But those were only minor. As to the food, it was hit or miss. I think you might need to get a new executive chef the two restaurants that I had to make reservations for the Asian and the Italian both my meals were tepid. Where is in the pub? My food was overly hot. The food was not what I call five star. I’ve been to many resorts at this level and this is nowhere near, where should be advertising. Noe, if you advertised authentic Mexican food I would totally give you a five star for that that’s where you excelled. And I have to say the pastry chef was definitely outstanding, amazing desserts, and pastries. That was definitely five star or more. As to the staff stellar, they were always helpful, always polite, and knowledgable, this includes the wait staff, the gardeners, the cleaners, to the concierge. As a single woman travelling alone, I was not harassed at the hotel by anyone which I have been another hotels. This hotel made me feel safe and comfortable. I would suggest,if you can, it would be great if you could reduce the single supplement in the off-season as I think more single women would love to travel here. It could be something you offer. A high-end vacation spot for single ladies who like to travel.

What a great experience.In a place with a tropical vibe you have the shade and the sun if you want. This place has a lot of fun things to do even in this location or you can go to another hotel of the same brand and continue your experience there You need to reserve a spot at the front desk wake up early and go to another hotel to enjoy another amenities but always verify what is the time to jump in on the bus back to your hotel because if you missed you will need to pay a taxi it's just one time bus to go in the morning one in the afternoon. Employees are amazing you are going to miss a HOLA(Hi,HELLO) when you come back to your reality Everyone is really amazing they try to accommodate your needs. Food it's all you can eat and Drink ( premium brand ) and premium quality food so you can enjoy it. Room service 24/7 give some time obviously you have a lot of rooms but my food came hot and great quality. The beach was clean and the grounds well maintained.
