Most amazing experience! Gorgeous resort, staff was the best of the best, loved them all as every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Rooms were impressive and the food and drinks were delicious! Gustavo was the best with his wonderful personality. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a break in paradise! The service has been amazing and the staff are so friendly and work so hard. The room we had was immaculate and truthfully I could not think of anything that could be improved. I especially want to thank both Luis and Benjamin of the TUI blue entertainment team for making our stay so enjoyable and fun. We have a smile on our face every day thanks to this dream team!! They are so friendly and welcoming, and put so much effort into making sure you are having a good time and feel special from day 1. Their dancing and singing has been the highlight of our holiday! Thank you Luis and Benjamin!!

My recent stay at El Dorado Seaside Suites in Riviera Maya was a mix of highs and lows. The property itself is stunning, with lush gardens, immaculate pools, and a beautiful beachfront that truly feels like paradise. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a lovely view and all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury resort. The food was consistently good across the various restaurants, with a range of options that catered to different tastes. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa. The treatments were exceptional, and the serene atmosphere provided the perfect escape. It was a truly relaxing experience that I would highly recommend. However, despite the many positives, there was one glaring issue that left a sour taste in my mouth: the difference in treatment from the staff towards different groups of people. It was disheartening to observe how certain guests received noticeably better service, more attention, and warmer hospitality compared to others. Whether it was at the restaurants, riding shuttles, or even encounters with management, this disparity was evident throughout my stay. While I understand that different factors can influence service quality, the inconsistency here felt significant and unfair. It detracted from what could have been a flawless experience. It’s unfortunate that such a beautiful resort with so much to offer is marred by this issue. I hope management takes note and addresses this, as it could make all the difference for future guests. Overall, while I enjoyed my time at El Dorado Seaside Suites, the uneven treatment left me hesitant to recommend the resort wholeheartedly.

Incredible place. Huge rooms, clean, the best staff and incredible food and drinks too. Games throughout the day and music of a night is brilliant. Domingo on the beach BBQ was great, couldn’t be more accommodating for us and went out of his way to make me something I could have as a pescatarian, and then remembered the next time we seen him too and did me another special dish! Luis is amazing! Hosting all of the activities and getting everyone involved. He made our holiday even better!!! Luis, Sofia, Zai and Alexandro did the incense class which was brilliant! We loved it so much they were really helpful and fun. You have to do the Mayan Ritual the two men that did it were incredible didn’t get their names. So many more to name but honestly - just book it! We can’t wait to come back already xx

A wonderful resort that is clean, well maintained and nice staff. The restaurants were all delicious and you can get room service at any time. The massage at the tower overlooking the water was a special treat. Also, had activities every evening and well managed and very fun! The beach has lots of chairs, tiki shades and beds which was super nice. We stayed at the Seaside swim-out area but were always at the Palms side. We will return and stay in the Palms. We loved the resort and look forward to our next trip to the resort.
