My love took me to this beautiful oasis of a resort. The property is large yet accessible, with multiple restaurants options and bars to enjoy. The food was delicious and room services options weren't bad. But it's the staff here who really created the most wonderful and exciting atmosphere that made it truly memorable. The entertainment staff are one of a kind; Benjamin, Luis, Luana and Angel! From morning Aquafit, volleyball, quizzes and epic foam parties into late night karaoke and dancing! The swim up bar-tenders; Crisanto and Marcelo were incredible and can make anyyyyy drink you could want. And they go above and beyond with both their service and their personalities! Fire dancers on the beach, with epic Mexican buffets and live singers were a highlight for us, as well as enjoying time swimming in the ocean by the beach bbq and bar called Fronterra. The food there is delicious! Pool parties at the swim up were really epic, but with staff like this, even the bingo and trivia turned into parties! We really enjoyed our time here, not only would I highly recommend this hotel, but I also can't wait to go back again myself!

We had a great week at this resort. The rooms were very large and clean, the swim out pool was awesome, and the food was delicious! The beach was very nice as well, with lots of good snorkeling spots. The entertainment team is what really made this trip so special. Luana, Benjamin, Angel and Luis, are amazing!! We had so much fun doing the activities with them, and they were so kind and fun to talk to. I would highly recommend this resort!

We had the best time! Overall the service was great, the cleanliness was excellent and the food was amazing. My wife and i have some dietary restrictions due to allergies and having all the alternatives and the servers doing the appropriate alterations was very appreciated and made our stay very comfortable. We want to specifically mention 1 server we had multiple times, Manuel, who went above and beyond for our group and made our dining experience the absolute best. He was extremely friendly, funny and engaging. He gave us the best service and was easily one of our most memorable parts of the trip. Thank you too all your hard working staff! Only a couple very minor things to mention, on our last day there was continuous power outages all morning. Only time it happened though. Also our dining experience at the gourmet pub was the least enjoyable out of all the restaurants. The food was amazing as expected, but the service was not very good and my wife ended up having a reaction to her meal, she has Celiac disease and the meal was not gluten free even though it was requested and we were assured it was. Other than those small instances the resort is beautiful, amenities were great and our stay was excellent!

This was our 2nd time and we can’t wait to plan the next one! We absolutely love the seaside suites! Had the 6th floor this time and the views are incredible! Get lost in just watching the waves from your balcony! Everything from the food, the staff, the perfectly maintained and beautiful grounds, all of it, just amazing! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to help you! Love all the options from food, activities, Bali beds, relaxation, and the list goes on. The Palma side beach is beautiful and loved swimming in the ocean! Big thank you to Alfredo from reception for taking good care of us, Antonio at Gucamayas was the best ever and Victoria from housekeeping! Only complaint is that I absolutely love going to Guacamyas for the entertainment and DJ sessions but this year they shut it down quite early. Supposed to go until 2am but started closing around 12:30. Hopefully that comes back! See you again in 2026!

The rooms were clean and spacious and being right at pool level was great! ALL of the staff we encountered were always kind and helpful. We especially liked our shuttle drivers, Fernando and Francisco. The activities on site were fun, especially the Silent Party - We really enjoyed that. The food was good - though I did end up on my last day with "montezuma's revenge" :( Once back home, I was fine thanks to Pepto-Bismol and Imodium (TMI?) :) The lobby staff, the wait staff, the room service staff, the housekeeping staff - everyone was excellent! I would defintely recommend your hotel to my friends and family.
