My husband and I had an AMAZING experience here for our honeymoon. This was my first time and his second at an all inclusive and we were both impressed with everything from the customer service to the landscaping. It was so nice to feel so taken care of and could tell every employee we interacted with wanted us satisfied and we weren’t just a number to them. Our room and view was so beautiful. Housekeeping kept our towels fresh and fridge stocked. All of the food we ate, drinks we consumed, entertainment we watched was great. The only thing we could pick on would be communication for travel upon arrival at the airport. That was not clearly communicated. Outside of that we have no complaints. We look forward to planning our next trip!

This is one of the best places to go! Four couples came here for the second year in a row! The food is amazing and the service is fantastic! Our Butlers Ivan, Carlos, Edith and Leslie were so attenuative to our needs! We joked that they had trackers on us as they came to find us no matter where we were to see if we needed anything! We went to the Palms side as the beach is absolutely beautiful there! We will be booking again for next year as we had such a great time!

We really enjoyed our time at El Dorado Seaside Suites! We stayed in the rooms with the swim out balconies and they were modern, well kept, and huge! The property is large and while there are shuttles available, we preferred to walk almost everywhere, taking in the views, enjoying the gorgeous plants and landscaping, and watching for wildlife.
One of the things I ended up loving the most was the beach. The water is shallow and the wave breaks allow you to enjoy hanging out in (relatively) calm and clear water. In some other resorts I’ve stayed at, you can’t really enjoy the ocean much because the waves are very strong and you spend most of your time fighting them. At this resort, we spent a lot of time snorkeling (we brought our own equipment) and just hanging out in the water watching for fish.
The entire staff was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and we felt very welcomed. I can’t say enough good things about the resort and I’ve already recommended it to several people.

El Dorado Suites was wonderful! We stayed on seaside and the rooms were beautiful, all of them having a great view and swim out balcony. The food was delicious at every restaurant with the Japanese being my favorite. They had a fun pool area with plenty of activities and a lovely beach on the palms side. All of the staff were so kind and helpful making our stay one to remember. I would totally visit this same resort again! :)

Rooms were nice and clean, spacious, and had just about everything in them. The service was good. However, you may need to wait to get a table in the restaurants. The food was good. The only disappointment was that the app said some restaurants were open only to find that they were closed for a private function. The location was good. There was plenty of room on the beaches. However, some pool areas were a little crowded. You had to get your towel down early if you wanted to be near the pool.
