I’ll definitely be back to this resort! The rooms and views were beautiful. Shuttles constantly but if you choose to walk, it wasn’t far. We enjoyed walking around everywhere. The staff are all so friendly, especially the entertainment crew! Benjamin, Jesus and Louis were amazing and so much fun to be around! Whether it was trivia, question of the day, beach volleyball or one of the other many activities they run, you always had a great time! They’re a huge reason why we’ll be back for sure 😄

The resort landscape is beautifully maintained. The rooms, except for our issue with the closet, and the lack of response to address it in a timely manner were nicely appointed. We could not use our closet because there was a mold issue. After three days of using the app, calling the reception and alerting the concierge, we finally got someone to work on it. They offered to upgrade our spa massages to 80 minutes from 50 minutes as compensation. While I appreciated the very minimal effort, the closet was never usable and therefore we lived out of our suitcases all week and dealt with the mold smell throughout the room when you opened the closet door to access the safe. Additionally we spent three days of our vacation going back and forth trying to deal with the problem instead of relaxing and enjoying. This definitely impacted our overall satisfaction. The restaurants were nice and most of the food was very good. The staff at the restaurants were wonderful as were the team at the pool bar and the activity group led by Lujuana. Our spa treatments were exceptional. I would highly recommend Aurora.
The overall price of the resort and spa would have been acceptable if half my time hadn't been taken up with the room issue. I doubt we will return.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, they all say hello to you when you're walking by and offer you a lift if they are driving past you in the buggy. All the restaurants are really nice, the buffets have a huge selection! We went for a room with a jacuzzi and the room was huge, so much space! The beach is nice and clean and the sea is so clear, there are lots of small fish swimming in the shallows. Free classes were great, we went to yoga on the pier at sunrise, it was so relaxing and refreshing! Plenty of beach bars dotted around so getting a drink is never very far! The resort is peaceful which makes a nice relaxing atmosphere. I also had a massage on the beach (additional cost), it was so relaxing listening to the ocean and feeling the breeze. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This was our first time staying at a resort, it was Amazing. The staff were all very nice and approachable! We loved having the concierge at our finger tips for help. The only thing that could have been better was warmer water on the swim out pools on higher levels.

My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay at the Seaside Palms section of the resort. The food was great, the grounds were absolutely beautiful and lush with plants and palm trees. And above all the staff were incredible. We wanted to make a shout out to Veronica and Martha, who we grew to love. They went above and beyond to make our beach days the best! And a special thank you to Mildred for helping us when our flights were delayed, and ensuring we were set up and comfortable! Highly recommend
