Hi, you have such a unique hotel, with absolutely beautiful grounds, spacious well appointed rooms, and best of all, great staff. I think the swim out area in front of each room is really cool, but we had hit a bit of a cold spell, so only went in once after the foam party. Driftwood restaurant is a perfect setting overlooking the water, and the food was amazing. Getting to walk over the the Palms area and just to the main lobby is stunning, with beautiful walkways everywhere, and I've honestly never seen so many palm trees on a resort, it truly is a gorgeous place. There were lots of sunbeds and Bali beds all over, and picking up towels without a card is nice. Every night there was something different going on for entertainment, but not the huge theatre that most resorts have, which I really liked. The amount of work that goes into the Fireshow and Mexican night in the main outdoor venue is just amazing. We always had breakfast sitting outside by the pier and it was just perfect, overlooking the ocean, with palm trees swaying. If you didn't want to walk they had shuttles going all over the resort, and the staff were always so friendly. The Italian restaurant on the Suites side was the best food I had at the resort, and highly recommend ( but you need to book this one). The beach at the Suites is rocky, and there is a small area to enter, but we knew this when booking, and you just walk a few minutes to the Palms side if you want more of the beachy vibe. We spent most nights after the entertainment at the Guacamayas bar ,where they would have singers, Karaoke an a DJ playing later. I would highly recommend this resort.

We just got back after spending 7 days in HEAVEN. I felt like royalty there and didnt go without. The food was 10/10, the room service was even great! The beach was beautiful and the snorkeling that was included in our stay was life changing. This was my first time to mexico and I feel like we hit the jack pot staying here. The entertainment in the pool bar in the seaside suites was amazing. BEN AND LUANA 👏 ABSOLUTELY A BLAST. Julio and the other bartender Sergio, I think? 😅 they took care of us so well and always were having a great time. I already want to go back. The turn down room service daily too was a freaking bonus, not to mention the pools are SALT water! The shuttle rides too were perfect for tired feet! I could rave all day. If youre wondering, dont, book the vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, the food was amazing and they kept it quite authentic. The drinks could be improved, as every staff member seemed to make them differently. We also found that in the evening, we were looking for things to do, they didn't always have shows or activities, or there was a gap between the activities where we would end up just going back to our room. However, overall, it was an amazing experience. We felt right at home in El Dorado Seaside Suites resort. I'd only add that, during our booking it was unclear that we would not have access to the hidden beach portion of the resort, and that ended up being quite disappointing as they often had better activities offered day and night.

Beautiful hotel with superb staff who are keen to make your stay the very best experience. The hotel is very spread out but you are taken by golf buggy shuttles to wherever you want to go by the lovely drivers. Our suite was beautiful and cleaned to an exceptional standard with clean bedding and towels every day. The food at the many restaurants was delicious and the street food at the events in the Plaza was also superb. It is one of the few places that I have not been ready to leave by the end of the holiday. We cannot thank the lovely staff enough for making our holiday so special.

Beautiful, well maintained resort. Fantastic food and drinks, great staff and entertainment. Finding our transport from airport to hotel was confusing, then we waited 45 minutes for people who didn’t show. Free shopping trip is a tourist trap and a lot longer than they tell you. Resort has comfortable Bali beds and loungers readily available. Sargassum seaweed is a never ending battle for staff working so hard to clean it up. Beaches are not good for swimming but beautiful for relaxing in the sun. I did my research before travel. I knew Bldg 7 has a loud generator at the end. We were given room 7301. The last room on the end. Exactly what I hoped to avoid. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until midnight and the man that checked us in said it was the only room available and we would have to try to change it in the morning. The generator noise was like sleeping on a running tractor. Next door to bldg 7 is an event venue with very loud music which went on until 1:00 am. Spent the next morning trying to change rooms. The manager we spoke to was not very friendly or accommodating but she eventually gave us room 7412. It was much better and the rest of our time was very pleasant.
