The hotel should not have the beach advertised in any of their promotions as long as it is not under your responsibility: the beach just in front of of the hotel is ran by the municipality so you have to pay a bit more than 18€ a day (in addition to the 3€ per person per night as tax paid at the hotel upon arrival).
We appreciated the effort of cleaning the rooms every day it makes up for the very old furniture and towels and the salty running water.
No mention of allergies in the restaurant you cannot ask the staff at every stand about its contents especially when they are multitasking and serving sometimes half cooked pancakes or churros (the restaurant staff are very kind though).
It is nice to have mini fridges and air conditioning in the rooms but is it better if those are working properly.
Eight nights at a hotel on an island dining on site every day 0 times had proper sea food prepared is a shame really (beside the sticky Paella)
The location is great really everything is close by and I really mean everything as there’s not much to see or to do in Can Picafort besides relaxing at the beach.

Just had an amazing stay at this hotel. Booked mine with British airways, flight and hotel (half board), and it was such amazing value. Took a shared shuttle from the airport, which was just over an hr ride. NE of the island. Mid Oct, but weather was still beautiful (when not raining), mid 20s°C, not scorching hot, and still managed to get a nice tan.
I just love the location, the beach is just a bridge away and the best one I've been to in Majorca. Beautifully turquoise, clean and a very long stretch. Sunrise and sunset just behind the mountains visible from the beach and very beautiful. It was busy for October, but always found a good spot. Didn't bother hiring the sunbeds (not associated with hotel). Seemed like lots of restaurants along the beach, but I never used them.
The service was lovely and friendly at reception and in the restaurant. I was very satisfied with the food, it was decent and had more native options (compared to another hotel I stayed at in my last visit to Majorca). Breakfast options were very similar every day. Dinner options were varied every day.
Spa was decent, hot steam and wooden sauna and a nice cold plunge pool! I never used the outdoor pool, spent most of my time on the beach.
Room was decent enough, modern but not brand new, so started to show some wear, but no complaints from me. Shower was hot, aircon and bed was comfortable. Mini fridge availble, but no kettle in room, I was able to hire one for €12 a week (+€10 deposit).
Would definitely go again, solo or with family & children. The location is just great for beach access. Supermarket a min away. Lots of touristy shops a walk away. Lots of tourist excursions options, and most even pick you up straight from the hotel! Thank you to the team for such a beautiful stay 👍

Overall had a fantastic experience. Me and my wife are vegetarians and there are plenty of choice within and outside of the resort. 4 swimming pools, a spa with a heated pool, and sauna and steam and evening entertainment as well. Definitely has a lot! The only fault was that we were given twin beds instead of a double bed. But tbh we still had a great time.

Huge resort style hotel jammed with families of all ages. The breakfast buffet was like feeding an army. People everywhere. So many queues.
Can Picafort was a very package holiday destination. Very few cool bars or upmarket restaurants that we could find. Neither the hotel or the town was to our taste. Someone on a week’s package holiday would review it very differently.
Helpful reception staff. Basic bedroom
