This hotel is more like a 3 star than a 4 star. The staff were not welcoming on arrival the entrance and downstairs area is nice and modern, however the actual rooms are in need of repair and maintenance. Our air con didn't work ( room 303) the bathroom mirror still had the previous guests spit sprayed on it. The beds were hard. They provided a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo and towels. However there was no kettle in the room. I've never stayed in a 4 star hotel that doesn't offer some sort of kettle or coffee machine. They have a lovely and clean sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, that opens at 12pm however they don't turn it on ready for open. Numerous times I had to go up to reception and ask for them to be turned on and then had to wait an hour for them to heat up. Surely that should be turned on at 11 ready for open at 12? We had breakfast included which was a decent buffet breakfast. However it starts at 8 which is a little late normally they are 7. Overall it was an okay stay but I won't be rushing back any time soon

Second time visit. Perfect location. Quiet and comfortable adult only hotel. Great pool and plenty of sunbeds to go around. No loud intrusive music so very relaxing. 15 minute walk to the beautiful old town and a short 5 minute walk to the beach that has plenty of restaurants. Food in the hotel is good and plentiful and the staff are happy and attentive.

Very nice hotel for bikers. Big garage with locks to store your bike. If you need to access in the middle of night then there will be someone at reception to help you. Great food and amazing location. All of that in affordable price.

Stayed for a week at EIX alcudia hotel including breakfast. Breakfast was fine, quite a lot of options. Swimming pool was quite basic, but for this time of the year luckily enough sunbeds. Hotel room was quite outdated, but in general okay. Location was good! Quiet enough to sleep well, but very close to several restaurants and the beach!

Bike friendly hotel which is very nice. The rooms are just ok. The bed is not that comfortable but I guess that's a personal opinion. The breakfast is good but the dinner buffet isn't. there are a lot of restaurants close to the hotel, I recommend to eat somewhere else. The Spa is good.
