Great weeks holiday, staff are welcoming and friendly, speaking good english. Spa with sauna, steam room and hut tub adds to the holiday :) Food was lovely, good choice of healthy and not so healthy options. The location for me was perfect, Alcudia port was beautiful and a very short stroll to a lovely beach with restaurants along for a coffee :) Three Irish bars within easy walking distance, perfect. Only slight negative was on the sound insulation of room, could hear neighbour in the shower but other than that the room was clean, tidy, good balcony to sit out on and a relaxing way to spend a week away.

We could not sleep due to the loud blasting live music in the bar area. We asked to move to a quieter room and they refused. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear your neighbor on both sides as well as above. The room is extremely small with fake wood flooring which simply added to the noise issue. The bathroom shower area was poorly kept (see pics). Balcony (which we paid extra for) was unusable due to smoker next door. Do not stay here if you expect to get a good night's sleep. Feels like a dormitory or hostel. Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised.

Apparently you get two stars just for being open in Spain. The hotel is quite basic, I’ve never stayed anywhere before with such thin walls. I feel sorry for the people in the adjacent room the night I was suffering from gastric distress, having indulged in too much Morcilla and Rioja at lunch. Door handle hanging off and just everything a bit tired. Breakfast buffet quite good. Dinner buffet not bad - high volume, not quality - but at €16 it seems churlish to complain.

We have twice stayed here as a base for cycling in Majorca. The storage for bikes is excellent, the food is perfect, and the location is great for many of the signature rides in Majorca.

The service staff is amazing, really people oriented and emphatetic. The hotel itself is really clean and has a great location. Some rooms are a bit worn. If you have problems (like we did) don’t afraid to ask for a new room, staff is really helpful in this regard aswell. Regarding the air conditioning as others have mentioned it’s on one system. This could have been a reason we smelled cigarette smoke 2 days in a row. It was really unpleasant.
