I just returned from a long weekend at the EIX Alcudia Hotel with my partner, and we had a great time. The hotel was clean and decorated well. We were offered champagne on arrival which was a nice touch. The pool was clean and there were always sunbeds around the pool, poolside bar/restaurant was very reasonably priced for the area and was tasty. The breakfast buffet is what you would typically expect to find at any other hotel buffet breakfast, but this was also tasty
The actual location of the hotel was good, close to the beach and restaurants, and we had a roadside-facing room but we slept well and couldn't hear the noise from the road.
We had a late flight and had to check out in the morning, but the hotel was very accommodating letting us use the spa to shower and freshen up before our late flight home. All of the reception staff were so helpful.
I recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Fantastic hotel!! We are enjoying our first stay in this beautiful, traditional hotel in Alcudia and are delighted with everything on offer here. We would like to thank all the lovely staff who are all experts in customer care ensuring your holiday is perfect. The food is delicious, the rooms are well appointed and maintained perfectly by housekeeping throughout your stay. We will definitely return next year and are delighted we have found such a lovely traditional place.
We have only good things to say about our experience, one little observation is if you are a light sleeper book a room with a pool view as they are quieter away from traffic at night although the swimming pool pump makes a bit of noise and you can hear the entertainment until around 10.30 or 11.00 pm. I find in most hotels the walls are thin.

Cleanliness: 5/5
The room and bathroom were spotless, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and organized belongings. Common areas were consistently clean, with staff frequently tidying up. Cleanliness slipped during peak dining hours, but it's understandable.
Comfort: 3/5
The bed was uncomfortable, making sleep difficult, but the room size and layout were fine. Noise levels were low, though I would have appreciated some music by the pool.
Food and Dining: 4/5
Breakfast was excellent, with a mix of healthy options and traditional fare. Dinner, though varied, was disappointing due to extra charges for drinks, including water. Vegetarians/vegans will find limited options, but overall, the food was decent.
Service and Staff: 3/5
Most staff were friendly, but one waiter mocked my Spanish. The check-in process was smooth, though my passport card was initially problematic.
Amenities: 2/5
Wi-Fi was terrible, and the pool loungers were constantly reserved but unused, with staff doing nothing about it. The gym and other amenities were average, with a small jacuzzi and sauna.
Location: 5/5
Perfect location near the port, safe, and within walking distance of key attractions. Free public parking nearby, though it can be difficult to find a spot during peak times.
Value for Money: 4/5
Overall, the hotel offers good value for a mid-range price. It's not luxurious, but you get what you pay for.

I went there thinking that I was not going to like it but I was proved wrong, it was great nothing was to much trouble the staff were so helpful and kind. It is a great hotel to visit and if you went out for the night it was nice to have a night receptionist to be on hand for any problems that you could have. This is great if you might be checking in or out.

Have to remember to give a fair review as we have been spoiled in the past with all inclusive trips to Greece and turkey where they really look after you. Their 4 star rating seems fair enough, location is good, very short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The pool is nice - clean and well kept but doesn't get all the sun all day. We didn't really use it much because there was no ambience, needs more modern upbeat music instead of lounge music covers. Also it takes forever to get a drink at the bar, so we ended up buying our own booze for the hotel or just going out. If the service on the bar wasn't so slow we would've spent a lot more money in it. We had a couple of cocktails, and they were not very good, but I'm sure simple mixers would be ok. The rooms are quite basic but totally adequate for what it is. Breakfast was really good, plenty of variety. Staff were all lovely.
