We had ultra all inclusive but they incredibly save on everything. Related to drinks, only juice, wine and beer are included in the stated price. Everything else is for an extra charge. Lunch is desperate, we ate pizza for lunch because nothing else normal hadn't been offered. Food left over from breakfast is also offered for lunch. Alcohol is so diluted with water that it has no taste. Avoid this hotel. This is the worst food offer in Turkey in the last five years.

Jet 2 have this hotel as 3 1/2 stars, I’d personally say 3 star max. There is a language barrier as not many English speaking staff, the housemaids are quite cheeky so don’t leave money lying around: ours picked English money up off the top of the fridge and said to me…..mine? For me a tip!! I said NO, we hadn’t been at the hotel for even 24 hour!!! There is an 3/4 size thin blanket on the double bed so not enough to cover 2 people, we had to suffer with it overnight until I saw the Jet2 rep as reception staff don’t speak English. Also security staff extremely rude & unhelpful. The food is pretty poor, plenty of choices but same day after day…..who really wants chicken nuggets & chips & mixed veggies for breakfast?? There are other things but not for English people. All inclusive is only at particular bars at particular times……you have to PAY otherwise!!!

Says its a 2hr 20 min transfer. Been to the Eftalia resorts twice now and it's more like 1hr 50mins and without the toilet break stop for 15 mins it would obviously be quicker. Great for the family. The Island is a great place to go day and night

We've stopped here over half a dozen times now( usually twice a year) staff are always helpful, and the whole place is always very clean. Swim up rooms are absolutely fantastic and well worth the additional to upgrade. If you are looking for a family hotel which isn't completely crazy mad- this is your hotel- offering the perfect amount of activities with the option of chilling out too. There is also the island which you can go to with your wristband ( part of eftalia group) which has additional entertainment, pools, slides, food and fun! We have stayed as a family of 3 and 4. With children ranging from 2 years- teens and it has accommodated everyone. We will be back again soon! Thanks again for a fantastic stay! Laura, curt and sapphire ❤️

I don't like to give bad reviews unless it's absolutely necessary, and I feel it's absolutely necessary. The rooms were not the worst of the lot as it was comfortable enough. Not dirty but not clean. When you sleep on the bed with the blanket, you are full of fluff from head to toe. The food was horrible, and I do mean horrible. I don't think there is anything I could say was tasty. Thank God for chips, but even that was undercooked at times. This hotel isn't all inclusive. Please be aware it really isn't. You pay for things you thought would have been included. Search around for better options. The location is dire. 2 hours drive from the airport. We got there 2am in the morning after leaving the UK 4pm GMT. Then there isn't anything outside of the hotel. On the whole, it's now my official worst holiday, and reading the other reviews, I can see I wasn't alone.
