I don t like this hotel because I am at Ultra all inclusive and they can offer me coca cola and beer in glass. We payed 100 euro bonus for the biggest room and this is unacceptable. We must go under the road to reach the beach. For me, four stars is too much for this hotel!

Our stay in Eftalia Marin Resort at the end of May-beginning of June 2024. The overall stay is wonderful. Good location, welcoming staff, fun animation, excellent kids club. But unfortunately there are several issues that destroyed everything. 6 people of our group of 10 (including children) has got serious stomach poisoning With all the consequences such as pain, fever and Diarrhea and vomiting. We also heard from all neighbors the same cases. It is very disappointing to spend holidays vomiting. But it is even more disappointing that the reason is caused by the unprofessional kitchen workers: tableware is not cleaned, it is literally dirty, seems like they don’t wash it at all, plates are dirty, tables are not clean, kitchen is the place of insanitary conditions. The hotel lacks controlling and check up. Half of the hotel has caught colibacillus, it’s unacceptable. We saw a lady inspecting the food, but she was only checking dry food and mostly chatting with the waiter. I decided to write this review, as I see that all the staff doesn’t care about this problem at all. I hope that administration will take measures to solve it. As it is dangerous to keep providing dirty plates and tableware.

What a BAD hotel…!!!!!!! I never seen like this one. The food is really bad. This can’t be a 5 star hotel. Maybe 2 not more!!! Like they say on their website they have everything but everything is cold en tasteless!!! Quality is far away for a 5 star!!!

We've stopped here over half a dozen times now( usually twice a year) staff are always helpful, and the whole place is always very clean. Swim up rooms are absolutely fantastic and well worth the additional to upgrade. If you are looking for a family hotel which isn't completely crazy mad- this is your hotel- offering the perfect amount of activities with the option of chilling out too. There is also the island which you can go to with your wristband ( part of eftalia group) which has additional entertainment, pools, slides, food and fun! We have stayed as a family of 3 and 4. With children ranging from 2 years- teens and it has accommodated everyone. We will be back again soon! Thanks again for a fantastic stay! Laura, curt and sapphire ❤️

I don't like to give bad reviews unless it's absolutely necessary, and I feel it's absolutely necessary. The rooms were not the worst of the lot as it was comfortable enough. Not dirty but not clean. When you sleep on the bed with the blanket, you are full of fluff from head to toe. The food was horrible, and I do mean horrible. I don't think there is anything I could say was tasty. Thank God for chips, but even that was undercooked at times. This hotel isn't all inclusive. Please be aware it really isn't. You pay for things you thought would have been included. Search around for better options. The location is dire. 2 hours drive from the airport. We got there 2am in the morning after leaving the UK 4pm GMT. Then there isn't anything outside of the hotel. On the whole, it's now my official worst holiday, and reading the other reviews, I can see I wasn't alone.
