Love the hotel, great resources. I would definitely come back again with friends. Would 100% recommend to book it through Jet2holidays.

A good hotel but not perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Two good pools. Good food. Good service. The main issue with this is hotel is that it is very very noisy. There is loud music everywhere day and night. The only quiet place is the smaller pool in the daytime. It's a real shame and it ruins an otherwise excellent family hotel.

We stayed for 11 nights and had an overall enjoyable and pleasant holiday.
Staff - friendly, approachable and will try their best to help. They work very hard as it is a busy resort.
Rooms- clean, spacious and comfortable. We upgraded to a swim up room which was a blessing as the main pools are very busy and Loungers taken up early. Fans in bathroom didn’t work.
Food- at first we were excited and it looked amazing the way it was laid out and decorated in fancy ways. Some foods were nice and some looked awesome but didn’t live up to the taste. But after a few days the food is the same and extremely repetitive. Not all drinks are included e.g fresh juice is extra.
Facilities- excellent pools clean, spa and gym great, water slides on the island really Fantastic and lots of fun.
Entertainment - it’s all on the island that is a 5 min walk under a tunnel however, the tunnel does smell like blocked guttering in the afternoon it’s worse due to the heat. But minor inconvenience so nothing to worry about.
Overall me and my family had a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Il give it a 8 and half out of 10. It was well worth it for us value for money and kids were happy.

If you’re after a cheap holiday for a young family then it is a fair option. The hotel is clean, the service staff are friendly and there is plenty to do at the resort for children. However a few things really let the place down.
1. The food is really bad, very little Turkish food and the rest is just strange (bbq or curry pastas?!)
2. The location is awful, there is literally nothing outside the resort other than a few overpriced bars/restaurants. Alanya is a €25 (each way) taxi away and is worth doing just to see the beach, castle and get some decent food.
3. The staff from the spa/tattoo parlour/photographers can be pushy. I wasn’t expecting to be hassled constantly whilst just relaxing by the pool. The cleaners also asked for a tip on the last day which was quite uncomfortable, however they did an excellent job throughout the week.
4. Constant hard dance music playing from every direction can be a bit much, especially when you can hear 3 songs at once.
5. The bar situations are stupid, bizarre how only certain bars serve spirits. Ended up costing a fortune buying cocktails, which were awful.

An all inclusive family holiday that ended up costing us the earth!!! Repetitive food, lots not included very confusing bar rules where and when drinks would be served. Poor English spoken by most staff and absolutely zero entertainment. Very clean though and our room was more like a suite. Very impressive family room with great attention to detail. Overall holiday was very enjoyable but won't stay here again, constant hard sales and a general feeling of being exploited. An opinion shared by all guests we spoke to
