It's not a five star as you would find in the UK. Once your over that, it's a very good hotel. Transfer time by taxi 25 minutes, rhodes old town 10 minutes by taxi. Sitting directly on the beach with a almost island feel. Happiest and most helpful staff. Very good understanding of English. Rooms fresh and cleaned daily, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked very well. Food available almost all the time, plenty of choice, ice cream, cake and fresh rolls by the pool, along with a well stocked bar. The hotel felt safe comfortable and relaxing. If it wasn't for trying other islands would definitely go back. On site shop well stocked and again lovely staff. If I had a small complaint, need more staff behind the bars. Didn't spoil the holiday.

We stayed at this hotel for our first anniversary and decided to try something different to our usual activity based holidays. The hotel is generally excellent and we would 100% give our overall experience 5*. The main positives for us are the number of bars and restaurants to dine from. In our week here we didn’t go to the same place twice. By far our best dinner was at Miraflores, it was amazing. If you cannot get your reservations on the app then make sure you get to guest relations at reception early and they will manage to find you spaces that are not on the app. They saved us as there were no spaces on the app when we arrived! Just to add, the food we have experienced has mostly been really good, especially considering this is an all inclusive resort and also the drinks menu and quality of the drinks is very good. My only small bit of critical feedback is on a couple of occasions the staff were not as friendly as you might expect but I reiterate this only happened a few times during our visit and they were mostly very good. Also, the rooms are a little ‘tired’ but in reality all we did was sleep and get ready in them so it was not of huge importance to us. This is a really great hotel and we would highly recommend it.

I should start by saying that this is a five star all inclusive resort on a remote island in Greece and not in London or any big city. As long as you remember that, you’re set for a wonderful holiday! My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Booking excursions and airport taxis through reception was seamless. The hotel is most happily situated on a picturesque, beautiful beach and the overall decor and vibe is amazing. We only managed to try two restaurants as the bookings are hard to come by but the staff do try their best to accommodate. It’s a massive resort so the staff can be hit or miss but majority of them are incredibly hard working and trying to do their best considering they are clearly short staffed. The buffet was average-specially for dinner but something for everyone and we especially enjoyed the patisserie shop and the champagne bar, the sparkling cocktails were delicious. I would definitely recommend buffet on the beach for lunch as it’s smaller but the menu is slightly more curated than the large buffet. Overall an unforgettable holiday and we would definitely love to be back here again at some point in future.

This is a pretty good all inclusive resort. As long as you remember that this is a five star all inclusive resort in Greece and not a five star hotel in London. There is the usual buffet restaurant which has generally good food. It is fresh, there is a wide variety and nothing is left to sit for very long. Along with the main buffet, there are a number of other restaurants in the resort. The quality of food at these varies from excellent to sometimes very poor. Unlike a normal restaurant, there is no wine list. I did ask if there was a choice of wine and was told, yes, red or white. It is all inclusive though, so you just have to accept these things. One huge frustration is the booking system; there is an app which you are told to use to book dinner in the restaurants. We found this very hit and miss and only managed to book restaurants for a couple of the evenings on the week we were there. Some of the staff are absolutely excellent and work really hard to keep the customers happy. Others can be a bit dismissive but in a resort of this size, you are bound to find some variance. Overall, this is a nice place to be. The majority of the staff work very hard to keep he customers happy. The food is generally good and as it is all inclusive, if you have something that isn't great, then there are plenty of other options.

An enjoyable stay. Friendly and helpful staff and a good variety of different restaurants to keep things interesting. The facilities are very good and the hotel is a good size, which means at has areas that suit families as well as couples. We would definitely come back.
