We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eden roc hotel. We Would highly recommend for families. The staff were incredible, especially the ladies at the kids club. Our little boy loved them. The food was amazing, they have 8 restaurants on site and we were really impressed with the food quality and choice of the buffet. The entertainment through the day at the beach and on a night was also fantastic. We would encourage any families looking at this hotel to give it a go as we had an amazing time.

A fantastic hotel... confirmed by the amount of returning guests we came across on our trip! Amazing food - every single restaurant / meal we experienced impressed us. Access to our own beach was great & I enjoyed a fab pregnancy massage in a private cabana. Would love to return one day!

Not bad, but there are downsides that left a bad experience . I chose this hotel based on reviews on Google Maps. For the first time, the reviews really let me down because this hotel was a disappointment. We stayed with my family at the beginning of September. The only positives I can mention are the friendly staff – the reception and main restaurant staff were great. And of course, the sea itself saved our vacation. As for the negatives – the cleanliness, or rather, the lack of it. I’m not a very picky person and usually overlook many things, but here it was complete chaos 😒. Dirty towels, the room was not cleaned (they only made the bed), and even the beach was dirty – I was shocked. The beach was not cleaned (only glasses were removed), and the amount of trash can be seen in the video. The evening entertainment was the biggest disappointment. It was extremely boring. The mini disco for kids lasted only about 30 minutes and not every day. For adults, it felt like something for people aged 60+. Honestly, in 7 nights there was only one evening where we could actually dance a little and enjoy the atmosphere. The food was also mediocre. I didn’t even feel like going to breakfast because it was the same every day with very little to choose from. This is definitely not 5-star quality – even my experience in 4-star hotels was much better.

We stayed in Eden Roc for 10 nights with our children. We had wonderful time full of perfect service, delicious food and we relaxed all the time. Hotel and bungalovs are right next to the beach which is suitable for children. The sea is clean and warm. Hotel staff is briliant, they are very helpful, kind and always nice and ready to help. We had the most amazing one week holiday at the beginning of July at Eden Roc. From start to finish the service was outstanding. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming to the kids which was great. I can’t remember his name, but a special thanks to the staff member in the photo who went out of his way from day 1 to talk to our children and make them feel special. Lily, Arthur & Arran say hello! We stayed in a pool view bungalow which was really great especially with the kids. We were close to the kids pool but could also utilise the pool at our room. We loved the beach too and could always get a sun lounger. Everything at the resort was great and exceeded expectations for an all inclusive. Drinks were delicious, especially the frozen cocktails and my favourite the champagne bar. No horrible tasting spirits here. The food again was fantastic. We ate at the teppanyaki and the dine out restaurant and the rest of them time we used the buffet which was also great with so much choice. All in all an amazing family holiday! We hope we’ll be back!
