Staff were so lovely and accommodating. If you are planning to do a trip at the old town in Rhodes do it. The hotel booked a taxi for you and stopped right outside the castle and costed us €15 for a 20 minute drive from the hotel. Food at the hotel were so good, the Italian restaurant was just beautiful, my 10 year old enjoyed it. The pool was very cold and salty and thats the only thing we complained about🤣 Worth the money and so much to do at the hotel for the kids and adult, you won't get bored. The entertainment at night was just brilliant, every night was different and they were amazing, no faults ro give.

Great hotel. Main buffet restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. Not as impressed by the evening meal. Staff were all fantastic. Good location on private beach, but nothing really close by for a change of scenery in walking distance.

Not bad, but there are downsides that left a bad experience . I chose this hotel based on reviews on Google Maps. For the first time, the reviews really let me down because this hotel was a disappointment. We stayed with my family at the beginning of September. The only positives I can mention are the friendly staff – the reception and main restaurant staff were great. And of course, the sea itself saved our vacation. As for the negatives – the cleanliness, or rather, the lack of it. I’m not a very picky person and usually overlook many things, but here it was complete chaos 😒. Dirty towels, the room was not cleaned (they only made the bed), and even the beach was dirty – I was shocked. The beach was not cleaned (only glasses were removed), and the amount of trash can be seen in the video. The evening entertainment was the biggest disappointment. It was extremely boring. The mini disco for kids lasted only about 30 minutes and not every day. For adults, it felt like something for people aged 60+. Honestly, in 7 nights there was only one evening where we could actually dance a little and enjoy the atmosphere. The food was also mediocre. I didn’t even feel like going to breakfast because it was the same every day with very little to choose from. This is definitely not 5-star quality – even my experience in 4-star hotels was much better.

A Wonderful Stay at Eden Roc Hotel, Rhodes We had a fantastic time at Eden Roc Hotel and would happily return! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a glass of fizz – a lovely touch. Our original room wasn’t quite right, but the reception team were helpful and moved us to a much more suitable one a few days in. No stress – we were just happy to be there. The food was outstanding – fresh, flavourful, and varied every day. A special mention to the omelette/egg station – I don’t like my eggs sunny side up, and the lovely egg chef was more than happy to cook them on both sides for me every single morning. Always smiling, and such a great way to start the day. Drinks were just as impressive – Christina at the main bar was amazing, always keeping the drinks flowing with a big smile. Such a lovely girl and a real credit to the team. The hotel itself is spotless, with a luxurious scent in the lobby that makes a lasting impression. The beach restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating, even in the 33-degree heat – always cheerful and helpful. The animation team truly made our stay even more special. Ingmar, in particular, was an absolute star – so full of life, energy, and warmth. He’s not just entertaining; he’s a genuinely lovely person who made everyone feel welcome. Kiki and Sebastiano also brought great vibes, and their signature “woooows” are still stuck in my head! There are three great pools to enjoy, and the sea is literally a few steps behind the hotel – perfect for a morning swim. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with something for all ages. But for me, the highlights were the amazing food, the cocktails, the people – and the stunning sunrise views

We stayed in Eden Roc for 10 nights with our children. We had wonderful time full of perfect service, delicious food and we relaxed all the time. Hotel and bungalovs are right next to the beach which is suitable for children. The sea is clean and warm. Hotel staff is briliant, they are very helpful, kind and always nice and ready to help.
