If a hotel is only as good as its staff then this one is fabulous! The entertainment that we saw a couple of times was outstanding, some singers from South Africa. We only booked one meal in the grill but my vegan burger and starter was delicious! They cater for gluten free too. The only thing I would say is the coke and lemonade on tap were a little flat and a designated toaster in the gluten free area would be a nice addition. Thank you for the room upgrade too it was great

I wouldn’t say this was a 5 star hotel at all. We stayed in bungalow with a garden view, there were 3 of us, but the room was ready only for 2 people. There was only one bed and I had to sleep on a hard sofa which was tiny. There were only 2 cups,3 glasses and no duvet for me to cover. I notified the reception and it was eventually brought to the room hours later. We had issue with booking restaurants and gym, I was able to book it a help from someone from the hotel, as the app kept showing nothing was available. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days, coffee and tea was not replaced. Dirty glasses were not taken away. For this price and 5 star hotel I had to call and chase to get our room tidy. I spoke to receptionist after 11am letting them know we just saw the cleaners leaving and they skipped our room and left it dirty. I was told someone will clean it. When we left the bungalow I notified the cleaning ladies and also someone from the housekeeping. When we returned to the room in the evening it was still not cleaned. I called the reception again and after waiting for an hour or so finally someone came over to tidy. Dinners in the restaurants were average apart from Milaflores the Peruvian restaurant which was good.

Great location, plethora of restaurants, lovely pools and a nice private beach in a calm and pleasant cove. Rooms are fine but basic for a 5 star hotel. Service is friendly but not 5 star in my opinion. Too much of your own effort is required for booking restaurants ect. The numerous bars are very good and well stocked with branded drink. Food is good in the a la carte restaurants, main buffet restaurant is pretty regular.

We had an agenda for a relaxing holiday, in the sun, with good food. Eden Roc met every one of those. The resort itself has everything you could want, with good pools, a fantastic beach area and food and drink on tap all day. There were various activities all day, along with good entertainment in the evening - the Boney M tribute was a firm favourite for me. The food from the main buffet is brilliant, with lots of selection. We also experimented with some of the other restaurants and lunch and dinner and they were all fantastic. I really couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone considering coming ⭐️

Absolutely lovely, staff are the best, cannot do enough. The food is a astronomical delight and such great choice, a lot of different bars to choose from. The location was amazing. Would definitely come again.
