Very glad to have chosen this hotel. Given Hong Kong prices, the rates are reasonable. It isn't high end luxury, but the rooms are not too small and they are very comfortable. The location is excellent, being on Nathan and close to the Jordan Station. The breakfast is quite amazing. The staff were all really friendly. I would certainly choose to stay in this hotel again.

We had a great experience staying at Eaton. The room had nice decor and plenty of storage space. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend specially on the weekend. The service was great, our room was always made up when we got back which was much appreciated specially in such a big hotel. Location was incredible, so many things nearby and a great neighborhood for walking and exploring.

Great stat at Eaton HK! Rooms: Tiny and compact (as one would expect in the Yau Tsim Mong area), but have everything you need. My room has a fantastic view of the YMT area (it is on the 15th floor, so very high up, perhaps rooms that are lower don't). Service: Reception staff are super friendly and helpful, and can speak 3 languages fluently (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin). Breakfast staff is attentive and friendly as well, so impeccable service overall. Location: Cannot expect more. Right next to the famous Temple Street Night Market, a lot of bus stations right next to the hotel (bus would be a nice way to get around, although Nathan Street and Gascoigne Road could get very congested sometimes). It is relatively close to the Jordan MTR station (400 m-ish), and the Tsuen Wan Line would take you to a lot of attractions. Breakfast: One of the best I ever had in Hong Kong, beautiful coffee, amazing Chinese, Western, and HK options. I pay 121 HKD per person, which is a good price for hotels in HK. That being said, there are amazing restaurants nearby as well; you don't necessarily need to pay for breakfast in the hotel. Australian Dairy Company is famous, and the breakfast set menu is only 48 HKD (it is, however, not close to the hotel, so I recommend the hotel breakfast). Gym/Swimming Pool: The gym is nice, although not have too many facilities. I've seen better gyms in 4-star hotels in HK. The swimming pool is clean and warm, but it is way too small... But overall, highly recommend this hotel as a starting point for your visit! Going to 西九龍 if travelling from the Mainland or to the airport is both super convenient (with the former being very convenient, obviously).

It was generally a nice hotel, but negative experiences with staff soured the experience. I requested an iron from guest services in the evening so I could use it in the morning, and it had some melted nylon on it that stained my pants. I called guest services again to explain the situation and urgently request another iron, and they said they would rush another up to me. The staff I spoke to laughed when I mentioned that my pants were ruined and hoped they would clean them or replace them. After waiting 20 min for the iron, no one came so I called guest services again to cancel the request because I needed to leave. However, they asked me to wait and they would personally bring up the iron immediately so I waited another 10 minutes, but no one came so I gave up and left the room with wrinkly, stained pants. As I was leaving, a cleaning lady finally arrived with the iron, which I couldn't use because I was already late. When I returned that evening, there was a note from an assistant manager named Clinton who was really helpful and nice about making things right. He took my pants to remove the stain and gave me a complimentary breakfast, which was nice. That evening, though, I called guest services to ask to take home one of their glass water jugs (like the jug label suggested to do), and the staff was very rude. When I asked how much the jug cost to take home, he said "Those aren't for taking home", and when I mentioned that the label says to contact guest services to ask to take them home, he said "Ugh, OK they're $90" at which point I was just tired of dealing with the poor staff and ended our conversation. The hotel itself was very nice (except that the shower has little to no pressure), but I would not recommend contacting guest services for anything.

Superb location 5 min walk to night market, sounded by a variety of restaurants & shopping. Well maintained, with a delicious massive food hall open to the public as well What really sets this apart is the staff, super helpful, service with a smile! They went above & beyond in continuously assisting me during a sudden medical emergency my husband experienced. Every manager & employee made this ordeal much more tolerable, wether it was a kind word or treats to brighten my day. I am extremely greatful for all of their kindness & highly recommend this fine establishment. Other guests mentioned their room was awesome, whereas ours was tight with no storage or privacy more of an open studio.
