Last Minute

I had two memorable experiences during my 4D3N stay. First, Assistant Manager Clinton left a very strong impression on me. He helped arrange an early check-in, which meant a lot because I was exhausted at the time. He was also extremely friendly in recommending nearby attractions and even pointed out where I could find 臭豆腐. He noticed my birthday was the day after I checked in and arranged a surprise cake for me. It was incredibly thoughtful and made me feel genuinely cared for. Second, I would also like to compliment the housekeeper (unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to ask for her name). I met her on two consecutive days, and each time she greeted me with a warm smile and kindly asked if I needed housekeeping. Her attitude was consistently polite and welcoming. The room size was just right, and I loved the thoughtful design details, especially the pin notice board. The staff at Eaton are not only professional, but genuinely warm and caring.

We stayed at Eaton HK for 8 nights as a couple with our 1‑year‑old. The hotel placed us on the 7th floor, directly above and facing the bar and restaurant area. Unfortunately, parties were held almost every evening, including weddings and a Halloween event, with loud music continuing until late at night. We raised our concerns several times, but no effective action was taken to make our stay more comfortable. As the weekend approached and it was clear the noise would only increase, we decided to check out one night earlier. The hotel agreed to refund the unused night, and we are waiting to see the refund processed. The room itself fell short of expectations. It felt more worn and dated than expected, and the bathroom was quite old‑fashioned and not entirely suitable for a young couple with a child. While the housekeeping team was consistently attentive and did their best to accommodate our requests, we still had to repeatedly ask for an extra set of towels for our toddler. For the same price, we have stayed in other, more renowned hotel brands in Hong Kong, but decided to give Eaton HK a try because we appreciated the values and positioning the brand represents. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a mistake we will not make again. Overall, despite the kind housekeeping staff, the combination of constant noise, aging facilities, and lack of response to guest concerns made this stay disappointing compared to what we had hoped for.

Exceptional Service from Haider! Our global company team, with members from the USA, India, and beyond, recently stayed at the Eaton HK for a business trip. While the hotel itself is fantastic—great location, stylish rooms, and good amenities—it was the service from one individual that truly made our stay exceptional. That person is Haider from Converge. He was an incredible resource and guide for our entire group. He patiently answered all our questions about Hong Kong and provided spot-on recommendations. His help was especially invaluable when our Indian colleagues were looking for a taste of home. Haider directed us to an absolutely fantastic Indian restaurant that was a hit with everyone, regardless of nationality. It solved a major dining dilemma and brought the whole team together. This level of thoughtful, personalized service is what separates a good hotel from a great one. I had a lovely stay there. The room size was not very large, but I think it a standard room size in Hong Kong. The breakfast was delicious and so many options. The room was clean. The children absolutely loved the bunk beds. The location is quite good, just a short walk from the Jordan MTR station. The reception was very helpful and the service was excellent. The hotel is on a corner street, and there is a 7-Eleven directly across the road. The hotel also has a food hall on the lower floor that opens at 11 AM. The food is delicious and very convenient. It's great to be able to go straight down to grab a meal after a tiring day of sightseeing without having to walk far. The hotel also features a bar, a gym, and a small swimming pool on the rooftop. If it rains or there is a thunderstorm, the hotel staff will close the pool to prevent lightning strikes. Thank you for a delicious birthday cake.

+ location was fantastic + service staff was nice - Constant noise problems so bad luck if you are looking for peaceful rest. Originally 8F and had to ask for a switch because the live music and pub music is so loud. - The new room I was moved to had a loud constant buzzing / mechanical noise making it hard to sleep. Assume it's from the AC next door - Neighbouring room was watching loud tv until 1am and aggressively handling the furniture, banging stuff around loudly - Lifts are super super slow. - AC filter has not been cleaned for ages.
