Great value hotel. The renovation is very nice and the staff are prompt and professional. The only improvement I would recommend is brightening up the pool area with some plants, paint job and renovating the towel stand. The ambiance at the pool could be improved.

The hotel is okay, more of a 3* vibe! Reception staff are fine, basic communication, won't go out of their way for you. Rooms are dated, showers won't drain well, water keeps being hot and cold for no reason. The location is not ideal, taxi or metro are your options, you cannot walk anywhere. The food is decent, but the dining room is very busy, it's like feeding time at the zoo, full of russians (rude and ignorant, no manners). Overall, not impressed. Honestly, people who give this hotel 5* don't get out much!

Our stay in this hotel was amazing and flawless. I can recommend it without hesitation. The personell was extremely polite and attentive, we felt very welcome and taken cared of. Whenever we had any request, we received immediate and kind attention. The staff is working hard and they really do their best to make customers satisfied. The hotel is comfortable, peaceful and quiet. There is a beautiful pool on the roof with a breathtaking view - there is enough of beds and the water is warm. There is a music by the pool, but not too disturbing.

Very well located hotel right by the metro with direct access to the airport with spacious rooms, good cleanliness and excellent service at an excellent price for Dubai. Breakfast was also great with lots of choices. Mahmoud at reception was very helpful in allowing us a late check out and Khyam was also very helpful in carrying our bags to the metro. Akashka cleaned our room to our complete satisfaction, so we were absolutely happy with our stay overall.

The hotel and its location is very nice! Nearby one may find a Metro station which connects you with many places. The hotel is neat, clean and with great service. The room is clean and comfortable. In the morning they serve breakfast, which is take and go. There were a lot of dishes and drinks, so we remained full the whole day!
