My stay at Naumi Hotel Dubai was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel has a sleek, modern design with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The rooms are beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly spacious, with comfortable beds and all the thoughtful amenities you could need. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and the service felt genuinely personal and professional. The location is excellent as well, with easy access to key attractions, shops, and restaurants. I especially loved the rooftop pool area, which offers a relaxing space to unwind with great views of the city. Overall, Naumi Hotel Dubai delivers both comfort and style at a very high level. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!

The location of the hotel is excellent, easy access to the metro for exploring the city, nice comfortable room, clean and well equipped, lovely breakfast with great selection and staff have been excellent, really friendly and always happy to help. A special mention for Saladdin who took care of housekeeping in my room, he's really friendly, does a great job and on hand if you need anything and always with a smile. A very nice stay overall.

I had a disappointing experience with Naumi Dubai. Despite facing unfortunate circumstances that prevented my travel, I approached the hotel with a request to reschedule my reservation. Unfortunately, they were inflexible and refused to offer a refund or any flexibility. What was even more upsetting was the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff, who showed little regard for my situation or the importance of customer care. Customer service and understanding should be a priority, especially in challenging times, but I felt that Naumi Dubai lacked empathy and professionalism in handling my case. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers who value flexibility and considerate service.

“I stayed at this hotel during a work trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is very quiet, which made it easy to relax and focus after a long day. Its location is excellent — just a short walk from the metro station, making it convenient to get around the city without needing a taxi. There are several restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area, so finding a place to eat is never an issue. The hotel also offers a small outdoor seating area that’s comfortable and suitable for working or simply enjoying some fresh air. Overall, I found the hotel clean, peaceful, and well-located, making it a solid choice for both business and leisure stays.

Excellent Service and Professional Staff The hotel is well-maintained, just as expected from Dubai standards.
