Amazing hotel! Or should I say resort. The staff are always willing to help with a smile. We had a room on the ground floor with window to a beautiful garden. The atmosphere is like living in the middle of a natural forest with animals around which is so unique and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the food is great . We had an amazing vacation. From the moment we booked and corresponded with the hotel, they did everything they could to find rooms that suited us, both in terms of family size and price. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. The rooms were already well-organized with attention to every little detail. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, green on a perfect beach. The breakfast is amazing and delicious. Huge selection and everything is delicious. The hotel is great for getting around using golf carts. The staff helps with everything even if you don't ask. We ordered directly from the hotel We received money from the hotel for eating at the hotel restaurants or bar.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was outdated and not properly cleaned — dust on surfaces, stains on the furniture, and even the bathroom felt unhygienic. Towels and bedding didn’t feel fresh, which immediately raised concerns about overall cleanliness. Service was no better. Staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, and simple requests took far too long or were ignored completely. There was no sense of care, attention, or professionalism that you’d expect from a resort. Even the shared areas reflected the same lack of standards — tables not properly wiped down, floors not maintained, and a general feeling that cleanliness is not a priority here. Overall, this place is overpriced and absolutely not worth the money. It relies on its name and location, but the hygiene and service are far below acceptable levels. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is beautifully located, surrounded by greenery, and feels more like a park than a resort. The beach view is breathtaking, especially in the early morning. The hotel staff go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. The rooms are clean, spacious, and feature huge, comfortable beds. Breakfasts are very good, with a wide variety to choose from. However, if you're looking to experience authentic local cuisine, I recommend having lunch or dinner at one of the nearby restaurants.

We recently stayed at Dusit Thani for our honeymoon, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. I have traveled extensively across Southeast Asia, including previous visits to Thailand, but this property had the poorest service and most unprofessional staff I have encountered. 1. Refusal to Provide Basic Cutlery We requested some cutlery, but were told they would only provide it if we first ordered food from them. This is completely unacceptable for a property of this category and price range. 2. Delayed and Unreliable Buggy Service The rooms are located far from the lobby, requiring buggy transport. However, the buggies never arrived on time. On multiple occasions, we had to wait over 20 minutes and repeatedly call the reception just to get a ride. 3. Terrible Housekeeping Service We informed both the reception and housekeeping staff to clean our room while we were out for over three hours. Shockingly, no one came for cleaning—not just that day, but for 24 hours straight. Our room remained untouched despite repeated reminders. 4. Poor Handling of “Complimentary” Gesture As part of the honeymoon celebration, we were provided a complimentary bottle of wine. However, when we asked for a wine opener, it took them nearly two hours—and several follow-up calls—to finally deliver it. By then, the gesture had completely lost its charm and purpose. The property seems more focused on appearances and charging premium rates than actually providing good service. Overall, the stay was frustrating, unpleasant, and far from what was promised or expected. We will never recommend Dusit Thani to anyone, and certainly won’t be returning ourselves. Only the good thing was atmosphere and surrounding.
