Amazing stay at the resort. Staff helpful and friendly. Resort clean and beautiful. Sunsets incredible. Food lovely and breakfast has so much choice including a noodle bar. There’s also a little strip of shops just outside the hotel helpful for small things and laundry and easy to get a bolt/taxi to nearby beaches. We had a wonderful honeymoon and trip! Thank you to the lovely staff, in particular the club staff who were brilliant.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made us feel valued and comfortable right away. The resort itself is breathtaking — surrounded by lush tropical gardens and located right by a beautiful, peaceful beach. Our room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, offering a stunning view and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of international and local dishes, all fresh and beautifully presented. Every morning felt like a treat, especially with the friendly and attentive restaurant team who always greeted us with a smile. What really stood out was the service — truly five-star. Every staff member, from housekeeping to the concierge, was attentive, polite, and eager to help. Small details, like remembering our preferences and checking in to make sure everything was perfect, made us feel truly special. The resort’s pools and beachfront area were immaculate and never crowded, making it an ideal place to unwind. The sunset views were absolutely magical. Overall, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service makes it one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed in. I have visited this idyllic hotel resort a few times over the past 10 years, and I am never disappointed. I continue to be enchanted by the calming, nature-infused , vast resort. If you have never been, let me paint a picture: Close your eyes, and I imagine a vast tropical garden (the upkeep of which worthy of paid entry in itself!), then add a beautiful beach alongside (Khlong Muang beach, famed for beautiful sunsets)… After this, add a couple of pools (one with a swim up bar for adults / couples, and another separate for children/ families)…. Have you pictured it? Now, add some fantastic dining options (both beach / pool side as well as nestled within the resort), and then some luxury rooms… Sounds bliss right? Not finished…, you are relaxed, but want to do some activities? No problem, kayaking, paddle boarding, fitness centre, kids club, spa……++ The upkeep of the resort , rooms and facilities alone must be no mean feat…, an achievement in itself, but what is even more impressive are the consistent and continuous improvements that are made every visit (some recent examples are the larger main restaurant (Mangosteens)), which alleviates the rush to the amazing/generous breakfast period, the investment in sustainability (solar panels, some rooms have filtered water on tap, the pool decor has some beautiful water features +++). This, in itself shows real eye for targeted enhancement from both leadership and owners, which in itself encourages our return as soon as feasible! Great job to all employees / management… Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed!

This is an amazing resort and the staff and service are incredible! The club lounge rooms (highly recommended) are veryspacious and well serviced (great coffee machine, bath tub, etc). The breakfast was excellent and the spa is great. The hotel has a beautiful, clean and fairly empty beach at the back of the property and a lovely pool. Overall Dusit Thani Krabi is very green and very well maintained. We were a group of 14 and they gave us rooms close to each other. My wife and I met with an ATV riding accident on the 2nd day of our 3 day holiday at Dusit Thani. She was admitted to the hospital and I had to stay at the hospital to take care of her. The staff were super supportive when I was going back and forth. When they found out about our accident, they came to enquire and when they realised I won't be staying in the room on the 3rd night, they promptly reversed the room charge. A huge THANK YOU to Biebe and the rest of the staff for taking great care of our group. We hope to be back again!

Mr. Urs, the general manager of the resort is a very nice, kind and empathic person. All the employees are friendly and try to help you wherever they can. The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of different food. The beach is beautiful, quiet, perfect for relaxation and long walks next to the sea. The water in the pools was very warm and we really enjoyed our time there. Normally we don't t stay at the pools but in Dusit Thani it was a pleasure, especially when there were rain showers. We can only recommend this reort for a relaxing holiday and for sure we will be back again.
