Our stay at Dusit Thani Krabi Resort was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable – the perfect place to relax. The resort facilities are excellent, from the swimming pools and gym to the direct access to a beautiful beach. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options, both international and local. It was definitely something we looked forward to every morning. What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. Overall, this is one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended for honeymooners, family vacations, or even just a relaxing getaway.

Absolutely Perfect – A True Gem in Krabi! I recently stayed at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. Everything about this resort is excellent – from the stunning beach and beautiful pools to the elegantly designed rooms and incredibly welcoming staff. The service was consistently warm and professional, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. The landscaping deserves special mention – it’s lush, serene, and gives the resort a peaceful, forest-like atmosphere that’s rare to find. Every aspect of the resort felt perfectly curated for relaxation and comfort. For this price range, it’s honestly the best resort I’ve ever stayed in. Believe me – you won’t regret choosing this place. Highly, highly recommended!

We booked two rooms as a family with 2 kids When we arrived at check in they said the rooms are not cinnected and made us pay additional 3000bhat for it Started off on the wrlng foot. Why let us book 2 rooms knowing tbe ages? Obviously its not possible leaving the kids 9 and 6 in thier own room. I think they should have covered the difference in charge. The family room is small for a family of 4 with luggage, not what we expected from this resort. Everyday we came back to the room around 15 to rest and it either had a cleaning lady in it or they would ring the door 5 times plus call on the phone waking us up from our sleep. If we yell 'no thank you' dont call to verify. Clean the room in the morning when were in the pool or beach. They did not provide a map of the resort. Did not explain hours of happy hour at bar or discoubt at specific hours in restorants, we heard from other guests. Very disappointing. Tge resort itself, the view, the beach is remarkable but everything around it needs improvement and work. Tge expirience could have been much better with communication.

Amazing hotel! Or should I say resort. The staff are always willing to help with a smile. We had a room on the ground floor with window to a beautiful garden. The atmosphere is like living in the middle of a natural forest with animals around which is so unique and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the food is great . I stayed at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort from August 30 to September 4, and overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. Although the resort is not brand-new, I was impressed by how beautifully the grounds are kept. The landscaping is lush and well-maintained, and the facilities are cared for with noticeable attention. The entire property has a serene, tropical atmosphere that feels both relaxing and luxurious. It’s clear that the management puts effort into ensuring that the environment remains inviting despite the age of the resort. The breakfast was another highlight of the stay. The quality, freshness, and variety were very good, and the staff managed the service in an organized and attentive manner. One small suggestion I would make is to consider rotating the breakfast menu a bit more throughout the week. Guests staying multiple nights, like myself, might appreciate seeing different patterns or slight variations each day to avoid repetition. Regarding amenities, the towels stood out as an area that could be improved. Many of them felt a little too worn and frayed. I fully understand and respect that this is a “green hotel” with a strong commitment to sustainability, which I value. However, towels that are heavily aged or with unraveling edges may need replacement. Refreshing these would still support the hotel’s eco-friendly philosophy while also providing guests with a greater sense of comfort. The biggest issue I encountered during my stay was with the air conditioning system. Each time I turned it on, there was a noticeable musty odor, similar to dust or mold. It was strong enough to affect the overall comfort in the room. This seems to be a matter of filter cleaning and regular maintenance, and I would recommend addressing this as a priority. Cleaner air would greatly enhance the guest experience. Another small inconvenience was with the bathroom facilities—the toilet sometimes did not flush smoothly, and the water flow felt weaker than expected. While not a major issue, resolving this would definitely make future stays more seamless. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort. The beautiful grounds, relaxing atmosphere, and enjoyable breakfast made my stay memorable. With just a few improvements—such as replacing older towels, maintaining the air conditioning system, and ensuring bathroom fixtures function perfectly—the resort could offer an even higher level of comfort and satisfaction. I would recommend this property to others and would be happy to return, especially if these small details are addressed for the benefit of future guests.
