A paradise and an incredible service at the Dusit Thani Krabi! I've never felt so nicely treated and taken care of. The place is a paradise, huge available green and beach area, full of nature and the beautiful beach of Klong Muang at the back. It is very peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The bed was as well very comfortable, and I really appreciated that the hotel had body lotion (for me, an important item that is rarely made available in hotels). Location is great, there are quite a few very good small restaurants around and massages on the beach. The breakfast was as well amazing, includes an egg station (cooking eggs as you want), a variety of coffee and tea selections, and even thai food. The service at the breakfast was as well absolutely fabulous. Drinking water is made available to you 24/h. The gym is great and you can also book a sports area for free! We enjoyed playing Badminton every day. The only downside for us, but which would not stop us from visiting this hotel again: the rooms do need a bit of renovation... Our room had a strange smell (like mold) that we really did not like. We told the reception and though they apologized multiple times, sent the team to clean everything again and even changed the AC filters, the smell was still there (just hidden from the cleaning products smell). The reception did ask the next day if all fine for us but we just did not want to cause more trouble or get a different room which would probably have the same issue. So again, service from the staff was amazing.

We've had a wonderful 5 night stay. The resort is comfortable and so peaceful. The staff are hard-working & friendly. The beach is clean and the water is clear. Swimming at hightide was excellent. Great location with restaurants, massages, laundry & 7-11 close by. The resort felt like a nature oasis and the biodiversity was such a delight. We'll always remember the resort fondly.

We had a really lovely stay at Dusit Thani Krabi, traveling as a family with our one-and-a-half-year-old. This was our first time staying at a Dusit Thani hotel in Krabi. While my husband had been to Ao Nang about 20 years ago, this was my first time visiting this part of Thailand—and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Every interaction felt thoughtful, and they made sure all our arrangements were well taken care of. We were there to celebrate a family member’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by helping with the setup, special touches, and guidance throughout. Their support truly made the celebration extra meaningful. Unexpectedly, our little one—who was traveling to Asia for the first time—caught a cold during the trip. The care we received during that time really touched us. The staff checked in on us several times to make sure he was okay, and they even surprised us with a sweet “Get Well Soon” card and a plush toy. Our baby absolutely loved it and played with it all the way back home. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but the team at Dusit Thani Krabi made us feel supported and cared for every step of the way. We felt genuinely engaged and looked after, and we’re so grateful to everyone who made our journey so special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling to this area. The views are beautiful, the beach is lovely, the pool area is very kid-friendly, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Whether it’s sunny or rainy, the hotel offers a sense of peace that makes it easy to truly unwind.

I recently spent four amazing days at Dusit Thani Krabi, and it was truly a memorable experience. The property feels like a natural sanctuary—lush with trees, greenery, and beautifully landscaped gardens. It’s incredibly spacious, giving a sense of peace and privacy that’s hard to find elsewhere. The hotel facilities are outstanding—everything is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and professionalism. Everyone, from the reception and concierge to the fitness center, spa, restaurants, buggy drivers, housekeeping team, and even the gardeners, made us feel welcome and cared for. I had a wonderful massage session at Devarana Spa with Khun Ning, who was exceptional. At Mangosteen Restaurant, Khun Yam provided remarkable service and even remembered my preference for a half cup of hot chocolate—such attention to detail! The beach staff were equally attentive, ensuring our family had a great time. My mom enjoyed kayaking, while my kids loved both kayaking and paddleboarding. The room amenities were top-notch, well-equipped, and had a delightful fragrance. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the furniture was in excellent condition. We also enjoyed the food at the Club Lounge—it was consistently delicious. Overall, Dusit Thani Krabi exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s the perfect destination for relaxation, family fun, and reconnecting with nature. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing stay at the resort. Staff helpful and friendly. Resort clean and beautiful. Sunsets incredible. Food lovely and breakfast has so much choice including a noodle bar. There’s also a little strip of shops just outside the hotel helpful for small things and laundry and easy to get a bolt/taxi to nearby beaches. We had a wonderful honeymoon and trip! Thank you to the lovely staff, in particular the club staff who were brilliant.
