We’ve had such a beautiful stay at the Dusit Thani Resort in Krabi. From the moment we arrived, the service has been warm, genuine and consistently attentive – the kind that really makes you feel welcome and relaxed. A special thank you to See, Fit and Name in the Club Room, who went out of their way to make every visit feel personal and effortless. Their friendliness, attention to detail and willingness to help with anything made the Club experience truly special. If you’re considering it, we would definitely recommend paying the little extra for the Club Rooms. The Club Lounge experience really elevates the stay, and the service from the team makes it exceptional. Add, Lee & the rest of the team at the pool bar were also fantastic – always greeting guests with a smile and delivering such friendly, easygoing service that perfectly matches the relaxed Krabi vibe. We also treated ourselves to time at the spa (Hamman & Facial) which were absolutely lovely. The setting is peaceful and beautifully designed, and the treatments by Rung & Ning were incredibly relaxing – the perfect way to unwind while surrounded by the natural beauty of Krabi. It’s the people here who really make this resort shine. Thank you to the wonderful team for such a memorable stay. 🌴✨

I highly recommend this hotel — truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Thailand. One of the things I loved most is the location. It’s slightly away from the busy party area, which actually makes it perfect if you’re looking for peace and relaxation. At the same time, it’s still close enough that you can easily take a Grab to the tourist and nightlife areas in the evening, then come back to a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel territory is huge, and honestly, it feels like you’re relaxing in the middle of a tropical jungle. Everything is incredibly well-kept, beautifully maintained, and super clean. From the moment we arrived for check-in, the experience was amazing. Every single staff member was smiling, professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The customer service here deserves special recognition. We stayed in a family room, and it was excellent — clean, neat, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was another highlight. Having two pools was fantastic, and the service there was exceptional. Cocktails arrived so quickly, and the staff regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was also amazing, with a huge variety of dishes. Everything looked fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious — we genuinely enjoyed every morning. The spa was another wonderful bonus. It was spotless, relaxing, and very well maintained. Overall, what stood out to me most was the incredible customer service. Everyone made us feel so welcomed and cared for — thank you to the entire team for such warmth and professionalism. My only regret is that I split my vacation between two hotels. After leaving this hotel for another one, within 10 minutes of being in the new room, I already wanted to come back! If you’re reading reviews and trying to decide where to stay in this area — choose this hotel. Trust me, it’s an amazing place to stay. You get the best of both worlds: peaceful relaxation in a stunning setting, while still being close enough to enjoy the party area whenever you want. Highly recommended!

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Dusit Thani Krabi and the hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely staff and a great location.However, we’ve been left quite disappointed with how our request to extend our stay was handled. Due to the current flight disruptions, we asked if there were any stranded-tourist or extended-stay rates available. We were told there were only two rooms left and when we were given a price it was srill very high and higher than another hotel guest was quoted. However, when we checked online afterwards, there appeared to be more availability and the rate on Booking.com was actually cheaper than the price offered to us directly. We completely understand that hotels can adjust pricing based on demand, but in a situation where many travellers are stranded, it would have been reassuring to see a little more consistency and support for existing guests who are trying to stay longer because they cannot get home. It’s a beautiful hotel and we have otherwise had a very pleasant stay, but this experience has unfortunately left us feeling disappointed and we now have to find alternative accommodation.

Excellent resort, much bigger and more beautiful than it shows on the website. It is set in a lush tropical garden full of mangroves and animal life. The suite is very spacious, enormous actually, although it could use an update or some fresh paint. However with the fantastic staff, breakfast, facilities and the overall experience, this truly is one of the best picks in Krabi. The beach is serene, clean and a lot better than the overcrowded touristy ones, they have several pools, also for kids, a nice kids club, but it has a really chill vibe, in short it has everything you need for a great holiday with a lovely and very attentive staff.
