Always a pleasant experience here. Been coming here for about two decades since I was a kid. The hotel is extremely well maintained considering it’s been around for over thirty years. Amazing service all around and breakfast buffet is a must. Never disappoint. One note is that they should be more flexible for early check-ins because many people driving from Bangkok tend to leave early to avoid road construction traffic.

Dusit Thani Hua Hin is a truly outstanding resort experience. The food was consistently excellent and the amenities are superb — from the beautifully maintained walking and running paths to a brilliant gym and relaxing sauna facilities. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the people. The entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. A special thank you to the lovely lady who greeted us at the reception — her kindness, warmth, and welcoming smile set the tone for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

Good house keeping staff. There were 8 bottles of water provided everyday. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel room kind of dated. Gym in premise but it’s a long walk from the hotel rooms. There are only two thread mills in the gym and were always occupied the three days I was there. Maybe should get rid of some of the stationary bikes and get more thread mills instead? The check in took way too long. Sign up for children activities should not be part of hotel check in process. Should be done online or separate lines to handle that.

Breakfast and Dinner Buffet here is great taste and variety , staff at the restaurant is very warm welcome but we got some problem about electricity automation in the room We got an apologize from staff at that night, fast reaction for our feedback. . We booked for our Valentine’s Day but got a quit not great service may be due to the busy on weekend. Room and location is great but I’ve face the problem with air conditioning in premium room ocean view and call for help for 3 times but not anyone come to fix it or had any feedback just let us wait for 20 mins in our dinner time. Till the staff come to fix it and we have to waited again :) I understand that may be it busy in this day.
