We recently enjoyed an unforgettable 5-day stay at Dusit Thani, Downtown Dubai, and I can confidently say it was one of the best family experiences we’ve had. From the moment we checked in, everything was seamless. The hospitality was top-notch — the staff made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. A special mention to Sahil, Bharat, Roche and Leena who made our breakfast experience exceptional every single morning. Their friendly smiles and warm interaction, especially with our kids, made a lasting impression — my children still talk about them! The kids’ room was a big hit with our little ones, and the pool area quickly became a family favorite. The staff there were not only professional and well-trained but genuinely friendly and engaging. Housekeeping also deserves a big shoutout — always attentive, responsive, and ensuring that our room remained comfortable and spotless. One of the most touching moments was the Father’s Day surprise — a special cake arranged for the kids to present to their dad. It was waiting in our room when we returned that day, and it truly made the occasion memorable.

Great location and excellent cleanliness. The room was cozy and well-equipped — it had everything I needed: a shower, a bathtub, an ironing board, and nice little details that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the large, comfortable bed with high-quality bedding. Most importantly, there were no unpleasant odors in the room, which is very important to me. The restaurant was also a highlight — the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and caring. I left with only positive impressions!

We had a wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and were treated like royalty. The apartment we had was spacious and absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful and they were always there for us through our 5 day stay here. The pool area up top was absolutely brilliant. The staff there were always smiling and very helpful and friendly especially Atikul and Jose. They were gentleman who were always there to assist in any of our needs. I highly recommend this place and make sure you visit the rooftop pool and say hello to the friendly staff A+++

The check-in process was smooth with no time wasted, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. My room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable—exactly what you’d expect from a top-class hotel. Overall, a great experience with efficient service and amazing hospitality.
