Wow, what an absolutely wonderful hotel. I had an afternoon tea experience in the Lobby Lounge and it was spectacular. The ambiance, the service and the food was so great. Its also such a pretty lounge, very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The view from the windows was nice, though it could have been better. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The room was very neat and tidy, equipped with all the necessary items. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my stay. Overall, I found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained. However, I did encounter some issues that affected my sleep and overall experience. From the first day of my stay, I heard loud screaming in the vicinity, which was quite disturbing. I promptly informed the receptionist about this, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, the noise continued on the second day as well. Additionally, the sound of doors closing was quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult for me to sleep peacefully. On the third day, I was startled awake by another scream at 4:30 am, which was highly unsettling. I also placed a "do not disturb" sign on my room door to avoid any disturbances, but to my surprise, someone knocked on my door at 8:30 am, interrupting my sleep further. Considering the inconvenience caused, I must express my disappointment with the quality of my stay. I had hoped for a comfortable and restful experience, especially considering the price I paid for the room. I kindly request that you address these issues and take appropriate measures to ensure a more peaceful and enjoyable experience for your guests in the future. I believe that by addressing these concerns, you can enhance the overall satisfaction of your guests and maintain a positive reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Beautiful place with great, kind staff. I liked the design; it has a Chinese style, located in the middle of the hotel. Everything fits with the interior, nothing extra. I tried the afternoon tea, which was served with delicious sweets. Thanks to Easter, Lily, and Regina for the coffee ☕️
