I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Dubai, and from start to finish, I truly felt well taken care of. The hospitality was exceptional and reflected the high standards you would expect from a five-star hotel. One of the biggest plus points is the hotel’s central location, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. It also offers great value for money, especially considering the spacious rooms and overall service quality. The Asian breakfast spread deserves special mention — it was generous, well-curated, and had plenty of options to suit different tastes, which was a great way to start the day. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff, especially Ridoy Rathis, who made our stay even more memorable. His housekeeping was meticulous, consistent, and attentive to detail, ensuring the room was always spotless and comfortable. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out and added to the overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the shower water pressure on Level 28, which was noticeably low. This can be a bit frustrating, especially in the mornings when you’re in a rush. Addressing this would further enhance an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel with warm hospitality, excellent service, and strong value — I would definitely recommend Dusit Thani Dubai and look forward to staying again.

Excellent location. Excellent service. We could not have been better looked after. The concierge Addy was super helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. We ate in the sushi restaurant which was fabulous. In fact, we were only booked originally for 2 nights, but we booked an extra night so we could see a bit more of Dubai. We are heading off to Abu Dhabi now. Thank you to all the staff. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Dusit Thani to anyone!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dusit Thani. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Everyone, from the bell boys to the door staff, receptionists and the entire team, went out of their way to ensure my experience was smooth and memorable. The view of the Burj Khalifa from my room was simply breathtaking. If you’re visiting Dubai, I would highly recommend requesting a room with this view— it truly enhances the whole stay and gives you that iconic cityscape vibe that you just can’t get enough of. Dining here was another highlight—the restaurants are absolutely top class, serving delicious food with great ambiance. Whether you’re craving local flavors or international dishes, they have something that will satisfy even the pickiest palate. And if you’re looking to unwind, the spa is fantastic. I took some time to enjoy their treatments and it was one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in a hotel. The staff there are professional and friendly, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, Dusit Thani impressed me on every level. The amazing staff coupled with the stunning views, excellent dining options, and rejuvenating spa made my stay truly special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Dubai.
