I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights and I wanted to share my feedback regarding my stay. Overall, I found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained. However, I did encounter some issues that affected my sleep and overall experience. From the first day of my stay, I heard loud screaming in the vicinity, which was quite disturbing. I promptly informed the receptionist about this, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, the noise continued on the second day as well. Additionally, the sound of doors closing was quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult for me to sleep peacefully. On the third day, I was startled awake by another scream at 4:30 am, which was highly unsettling. I also placed a "do not disturb" sign on my room door to avoid any disturbances, but to my surprise, someone knocked on my door at 8:30 am, interrupting my sleep further. Considering the inconvenience caused, I must express my disappointment with the quality of my stay. I had hoped for a comfortable and restful experience, especially considering the price I paid for the room. I kindly request that you address these issues and take appropriate measures to ensure a more peaceful and enjoyable experience for your guests in the future. I believe that by addressing these concerns, you can enhance the overall satisfaction of your guests and maintain a positive reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Awesome hotel and very friendly staff. Rahul was very cooperative and allocated a front view room. Very spacious rooms and all accessories are available like a second home in the room. During checkout all other staff helped my family out for arranging taxi. The hotel lobby itself is very very relaxing and photogenic. Definitely recommended for the stay.

Outstanding. My first visit here as I recall was in 2007/2008, a brand new hotel then with an iconic architecture (having been coming back regularly since then)I must say they have maintained the high standards. Wonderful staff with a warm hospitality. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and elegant. Sumptuous breakfast spread with so much variety. All in all a remarkable experience. Will always come back !!

Our first time in Dubai and you can’t beat this location for people like us. You have literally everything touristy around you especially Dubai mall. Hotel is amazing that ways, it offers free shuttles to most nice spots, has amazing views, temperature controlled pool, sauna and so much more. I even loved the rustic touch to the room, so yes loved our stay & the location.

I've visited many afternoon tea places around the world and this afternoon tea was fantastic! It was absolutely delicious! The tea set included a variety of sweet and savory treats, all of which were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The vibes and the place are also amazing. The lounge is beautifully decorated and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Our host Kim was really friendly and had great service:)
