Through their CSR initiative, they conduct regular yoga classes that are open and accessible, which I have been fortunate to attend for free. The sessions are well-organized, led by knowledgeable instructors, and held in a calm, welcoming environment that reflects the hotel’s overall sense of care and hospitality. It’s refreshing to see a hotel go beyond luxury and actively invest in health, mindfulness, and social responsibility. This initiative genuinely makes a positive impact and speaks volumes about their values. Highly commendable, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel for both their services and their community-driven approach.

This was my third stay with my family at Dusit Thani Dubai, and once again, they exceeded expectations. A special mention to Akshay at the reception, who truly went above and beyond. I was traveling from Canada on a business trip and had completely forgotten it was my birthday — yet Akshay noticed and made it memorable. We were welcomed warmly, our suite was thoughtfully upgraded to our preference, and a birthday cake was sent to our room, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. Service throughout the stay was seamless and gracious. The immaculately maintained pool and gym, the excellent variety at the breakfast buffet, and the wonderfully relaxing spa experience all reflected the hotel’s high standards. It’s this attention to detail, consistency, and genuine care that keeps us coming back. Dusit Thani Dubai truly sets the benchmark for exemplary hospitality. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Dubai, and from start to finish, I truly felt well taken care of. The hospitality was exceptional and reflected the high standards you would expect from a five-star hotel. One of the biggest plus points is the hotel’s central location, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. It also offers great value for money, especially considering the spacious rooms and overall service quality. The Asian breakfast spread deserves special mention — it was generous, well-curated, and had plenty of options to suit different tastes, which was a great way to start the day. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff, especially Ridoy Rathis, who made our stay even more memorable. His housekeeping was meticulous, consistent, and attentive to detail, ensuring the room was always spotless and comfortable. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out and added to the overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the shower water pressure on Level 28, which was noticeably low. This can be a bit frustrating, especially in the mornings when you’re in a rush. Addressing this would further enhance an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel with warm hospitality, excellent service, and strong value — I would definitely recommend Dusit Thani Dubai and look forward to staying again.

Went here with my family for holiday. The hotel rooms are very clea and spacious, a basic room is like a suite, it has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath room, which has separated toilet and bathtub area, the whole place is just super big! There is a breakfast buffet served at the 24th floor with an amazing view, as well as a wide spread variety of food. There's the bread and pastries section, drinks and juice section, ham and bacon, stir fried vege/mushroom an scrambled eggs, thai green curry, and even a vegetarian section which is indian curry. The hotel also have gym and swimming pool at the top floor (P) and the view is amazing!! The staff are all very friendly, professional and good service. They handed me big towels when i was heading to the pool and smalle towels when i was heading for the gym. Highly recommend to cone with friends or family!!
