Great location and excellent cleanliness. The room was cozy and well-equipped — it had everything I needed: a shower, a bathtub, an ironing board, and nice little details that made my stay comfortable. I especially appreciated the large, comfortable bed with high-quality bedding. Most importantly, there were no unpleasant odors in the room, which is very important to me. The restaurant was also a highlight — the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and caring. I left with only positive impressions!

We had a wonderful stay here. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and were treated like royalty. The apartment we had was spacious and absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful and they were always there for us through our 5 day stay here. The pool area up top was absolutely brilliant. The staff there were always smiling and very helpful and friendly especially Atikul and Jose. They were gentleman who were always there to assist in any of our needs. I highly recommend this place and make sure you visit the rooftop pool and say hello to the friendly staff A+++

Excellent Stay at Dusit Thani Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and professional welcome. Sohail at the main door greeted me with a friendly smile and made me feel truly valued. The check-in process was smooth with no time wasted, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. My room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable—exactly what you’d expect from a top-class hotel. Overall, a great experience with efficient service and amazing hospitality. I recently attended a professional conference at Dusit Thani Dubai, and while the location and accessibility were convenient, my overall experience left much to be desired. As someone who values cleanliness and professionalism, especially in a reputed five-star hotel, I was quite disappointed with certain aspects of the venue. To begin with, the lobby area was not well maintained. Upon arrival, I noticed stained seating areas and dusty surfaces, which created a poor first impression. For a hotel that regularly hosts conferences and corporate events, the lobby should reflect a standard of cleanliness and hospitality consistent with its rating. The conference hall itself was reasonably arranged and met basic expectations. The audiovisual setup and seating were adequate for the purpose. However, what significantly brought down the experience was the condition of the washroom facilities. The men's restroom near the conference venue was in poor shape—urinals were not clean and there was a strong, persistent odor that made it uncomfortable to use. It seemed there was a lack of regular monitoring and maintenance during the event, which is unacceptable for a property of this stature. Clean and hygienic washrooms are a basic necessity, especially in a setting where guests are spending several hours. The lack of attention to such essential details reflects poorly on the hotel’s management and operations. Overall, while the conference hall served its function, the subpar hygiene and general upkeep detracted from what could have been a far more pleasant and professional experience.

First of all, Special thanks goes to the Executive House keeping Manager Mr. Ruwan for the warm service. Thereby to Sachini in 24th World street food restaurant for the great services given to us during our breakfast time. Pls keep up the hard work Sachini. You are a really talented and a hardworking girl. Your beautiful, warm smile welcome us and your excellent service did not let us feel that we are in an another country. and also thank you Roche for your great service as well.
