I recently stayed at Dusit Thani Dubai, and overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel offers a great combination of location, service, and relaxation, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. The location is excellent, right on Sheikh Zayed Road and very close to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and public transportation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with nice city views. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and gym, are well maintained, and the breakfast selection is varied and enjoyable. What truly made my stay special was the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Hani, the Business Manager, for his outstanding support and attentive service. He was extremely professional, helpful, and ensured everything ran smoothly during my stay. I would also like to recognize Suhil, the Reception Manager, for his warm welcome, efficiency, and excellent customer care. He was very professional and handled requests quickly and made the check-in and overall experience seamless and comfortable. If I had to mention a small improvement, some areas of the hotel could benefit from minor updates or modernization. However, this did not affect the overall positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend Dusit Thani Dubai for its comfort, service quality, and prime location. I would gladly stay here again.

I’m having a fantastic experience at this hotel. I travel a lot and have been in several hotels, but this is the best so far. The customer service is exceptional from the rooms service to breakfast . I would like to thank Evince &Rocky for his professionalism , great customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel. And Shakhawat In addition to the aforementioned staff, I would like to say a big thank you to Narayan and Chanaka of housekeeping for their dedication and attention to details. Both are very hard working, courteous and polite. This hotel has staff that are not only hard working but always willing to help. Thank you to everyone.

Thank you Dusit Thani Dubai team for the warm welcome and lovely stay 🙏 - from the much appreciated early check in, to the refreshing juice we were given while we waited (which wasn't long at all); with a room that had a view of the Burj Khalifa; to the eager Majid who assisted with our bags and luggage; to the discreet and wonderful staff who kept our rooms tidy and suprised us with a Birthday cake 🎂 and fruit platter. We felt safe and much looked after. The rooms itself was big and clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment; including 2 Single beds and 1 King bed; with 2 bathrooms (2 shower, 1 bathtub). There was a kitchen: including stove, oven, microwave, kettle and sink - which would allow more freedom and space to do your own cooking 🍳 with pots/pans, plates and utensils available 😉. Our rooms were always stocked up with new clean toiletries; toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton buds and pads, shaver with shaving gel and nail file and emergency sewing kit. They have a good strong hairdryer with multiple settings. Clean towels provided and return to a neatly made up bed. Still water 💧 provided in glass sustainable bottles and tea, coffee ☕️, milk, creamer, sugar...and many more! A TV in both bedrooms and the living/sitting room area. The hotel has many available facilities and services: from multiple restaurants, swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ to spa. The elevator had no delays which is always good! There is alot of cars and moving traffic, though you could not hear the noise from the room - peaceful night on comfy bed and pillows with good sleep 😴 👌. We were lucky in that our neighbours were not too loud, though you can hear when people speak in the hallway (was not an issue for us as not frequent). And the lovely lobby area was a good waiting area to hang out in. Plus there is free WiFi - information given at check in. Thank you! 😊

Staying at Dusit Thani Dubai was a wonderful experience. From my room, I had a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa, which made every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to get around the city and visit major attractions. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly warm and professional, especially Rocky and Evince, who were friendly, fun to talk to, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Their hospitality added a personal touch to my stay and made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend Dusit Thani Dubai to anyone looking for great views, an excellent location, and outstanding service.

I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Dubai, and from start to finish, I truly felt well taken care of. The hospitality was exceptional and reflected the high standards you would expect from a five-star hotel. One of the biggest plus points is the hotel’s central location, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for both business and leisure. It also offers great value for money, especially considering the spacious rooms and overall service quality. The Asian breakfast spread deserves special mention — it was generous, well-curated, and had plenty of options to suit different tastes, which was a great way to start the day. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff, especially Ridoy Rathis, who made our stay even more memorable. His housekeeping was meticulous, consistent, and attentive to detail, ensuring the room was always spotless and comfortable. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out and added to the overall experience. The only area for improvement would be the shower water pressure on Level 28, which was noticeably low. This can be a bit frustrating, especially in the mornings when you’re in a rush. Addressing this would further enhance an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, a fantastic hotel with warm hospitality, excellent service, and strong value — I would definitely recommend Dusit Thani Dubai and look forward to staying again.
