I had a wonderful stay at Dusit Thani Dubai. From check-in to departure, the service was excellent and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel’s central location made it easy to get around the city. I would especially like to recognize Majid and Irshad for their outstanding support. They were incredibly helpful with moving our luggage and ensured the right taxi was booked for us, making our departure completely stress-free. Their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude truly stood out. Thank you to the entire team for a great stay—I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Stayed at Dusit Thani Dubai for a week during my trip. Great location. Easy access to key areas in the city. Staff were polite, responsive, and always willing to help. Room cleanliness needs improvement. My first room had a strong, unpleasant smell that did not clear, so I requested a change. The second room was better, but overall the rooms feel dated and in need of proper renovation and maintenance. Our sessions were held in the basement halls. There was no temperature control. The rooms became extremely cold during long sessions, which made me feel unwell. I appreciate the effort from the staff on the ground. This feedback is for management, with the hope of seeing upgrades and better climate control for guest comfort.

Our stay at Dusit Thani Dubai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The service staff truly went above and beyond. Ishaq from Concierge was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready with assistance and recommendations. Breakfast at 24th Street was a daily highlight thanks to Ali and Zwee, whose friendliness and excellent service made every morning a pleasure. These are the names we could remember, but honestly, every staff member we encountered was amazing. From the bellhops, to the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, etc. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, elegant, and very aesthetic, making the entire experience feel luxurious and relaxing. Every detail, from service to ambience, was thoughtfully executed. This place honestly deserves more than 5 stars. An unforgettable stay, and we will definitely be choosing Dusit Thani Dubai again on our next visit. Highly, highly recommended.

Amazing cleanliness. Amazing views and top notch rooms. Excellent service from all the staff. Santosh, Jennelyn and Abdhu cleaned our apartment so well and sprayed sone nice perfume. Loved every minute of our stay. Will definitely come again. Loved that they even organised a cake for my daughter 's birthday.

Had such a great dinner at Dusit Thani Dubai — the food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and the overall vibe felt calm but elevated. Everything we ordered hit, and the experience felt effortlessly luxe without being intimidating. Huge shoutout to Suraj for being super accommodating and attentive throughout the night. His service really made the difference and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Definitely a spot worth coming back to for both the food and the hospitality. 💫
