Great reasonably priced hotel. The staff are terrific. Our room was kept spotless. Food was varied and well presented and the waiting staff were first class.

This is not a 4* hotel, it is worse than a UK Premie Inn. The level of service was appalling, check-in took very long, rooms were not clean, there were spiders and bugs in the room and items were not replenished such as towels and tea/ coffee items. There are no lifts in the buildings so you have to walk flights of stairs. At one point the water pressure was 0, no water at all for the whole floor so we couldn't use the bathroom for hours and that there was nothing they could do. This was eventually fixed but it's not acceptable for any rating of hotel. We had to walk to reception for simple things as the phone was iot answered. I have seen guests go to reception which is not nearby just to simply ask for towels and queues of guests because the reservation system was down. Breakfast was pretty basic, glasses and cutlery were dirty and for some reason cups were not given. The teacups over fill when you use the coffee machine and there is no milk/ coffee mate for teas+ coffees in the room. I needed a letter from the hotel for travel insurance purposes as a relative was unable to make it on the holiday, to state he was removed of the booking. I chased this for 7 days and was told there is no designated manager for this hotel to speak to in-case of any problems. They did not want to take any accountability for anything. I was told to email the reservation team but got no response, I enquired at reception again and was told that the "manager" or reservation tean does not work on a Sunday. Then on the Monday apparently writing a simple letter or email reply was "forbidden" for whatever reason I don't know I tried explaining that it was for travel insurance purposes but they did not listen. Overall the hotel is very dated, and management is extremely bad. The level of organisation is appalling and you are not provided with the 4* service and amenities you would expect. Please stay elsewhere!

The hotel itself was quite pleasant. However, the room that I paid for was downgraded, to a room without a fruit basket or TV in the furthest part of the hotel room without reason. I also rented another room for my girlfriend as I wanted to show her respect by paying for her own separate room. When I visited her room she had a fruit basket and a TV and a balcony unlike mine, she’s Moroccan and most likely more respected than me, a foreigner from The UK. If I was given the room that paid for I would have most likely given it 5 star. Perhaps I’ll visit again in the future. Till next time Agadir, Morocco. Sincerely, Amro Mihaimeed (Hadeed Yaqeen)

The room was comfortable and we were glad it was to the rear of the hotel, less noise from the entertainment at night. Good variety of food, lots of veg and Morrocan cuisine. Pool beds went very quickly so we had to do what everyone else did and put out towels before breakfast. You can access the beach at the back during the day. We booked a local taxi driver for our trips which worked out well. The hotel is looking a bit tired but is in a good location with good customer service. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall a lovely place to stay the food is very nice for an all inclusive hotel, the restaurants are a nice touch and very convenient location with a nice private beach section, WiFi was okay, the problems start with the unprofessional reception staff, on check in being under prepared, then when trying to book restaurants and the spa they were so unhelpful and out right rude, trying to cancel appointments and say we needed to come another time, the bar staff and other employees are great but a clear favouritism towards European guests as they would get priority service and glass wear with British guests served last and in paper cups. To conclude a lovely hotel with in a great location let down by the lack of service training with staff.
