Great hotel, amazing facilities in a perfect location. The food hall has a great selection of food for all tastes. Breakfast was especially great, all the staff were very warm and welcoming but CHEF MAHMOUD especially. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my food he had prepared for me. Even went as far to bring my food to the table so I didn’t have to stand and wait for him to cook. Credit to the dukes name!

Second day and very much enjoying our stay! Great location. Customer service has been outstanding. Food is amazing with so much on offer. Pool is warm. Very deep for kids but smaller pool with lazy river is great. Chef Noor lovely breakfast, great chef thank you.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were satisfactory, but the poorly constructed bath was a disappointment, with water leakage issues. Service varied depending on the staff member. However, I must commend Khemraj for his swift responsiveness and helpfulness as a waiter. Chef Mahmoud stood out for his friendliness and culinary skills, delivering delicious meals. The hotel's location couldn't be better, making it easy to access various attractions. Overall, a decent choice for convenience and friendly service, despite some room for improvement in certain areas.

The breakfast staff were not only friendly but also incredibly hospitable, making my visit exceptionally comfortable. I must say, Chef Mehmood & his well-maintained team are doing an outstanding job, ensuring that every dish was a complete delight 💞 The cleanliness throughout the breakfast area was impeccable, and the breakfast team went above and beyond to cater to every need with a smile. Due to weather plan’s changed so we decided to go to dukes bar for happy hour, 2hours later we thought buy a drink to take back to the room thinking nothing of it we’ve done this many times in hotels all over the world however, we got to the lifts and barman was right behind us saying “you have to pay” and we can’t take our drinks to our room. Drinks to the room fair enough although don’t see the problem as we’ve done this many times but to chase after us accusing us of not paying our bill in front of a busy bar was embarrassing, check we’ve paid the bill before challenging customers 😡😡😡
