We can highly recommend Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel. We stayed for 4 nights during a stopover from Auckland to London. After the 17 hr flight from Auckland we so needed to relax and be pampered - the hotel and staff did not disappoint. We booked a superior room which lived up to the listing. It was spacious, well appointed, with a large walk in shower as well as a bath. It had more than enough storage, as well as counter tops and the bed was very comfortable. The room was serviced every day very effectively. Our request for more hangers was dealt with straightaway and our incompetence in working the pod coffee machine was handled with patience and humour! Throughout our stay every member of staff couldn’t have been more friendly, attentive or efficient both inside the hotel, around the swimming pools and on the beach. There are plenty of comfortable sun beds and umbrellas available on the beach and around the pool, with towels you collect and return at the end of the day. The food in the buffet restaurant was exceptional with a variety of tasty choices. We were on half-board so our comments relate to breakfast and dinner. The food available around the pool and on the beach satisfied our lunchtime appetite extremely well too. We were very sad when our short stay came to an end and we have already decided that we will return to Dukes The Palm again next year for at least a week. We can’t wait. Don’t hesitate to book, be assured you will not be disappointed.

Lovely hotel, stayed here twice before and have always been pleased with the service and hospitality received. Sahil from housekeeping was exceptional and very attentive. My only issue that as of yet has not been rectified is even when booking the breakfast and dinner package, although the breakfast includes food and all hot/cold drinks, the evening meal doesn't include any drinks and it's an additional cost even for soft drinks, don't understand why you would pay for a dinner package but it only includes food not drinks? Maybe this could be looked into even if the evening meal includes 1 drink part of the package?

We had a great stay at Dukes. The service of staff especially Vikas and the reception team were brilliant, we felt so at ease throughout the whole of check in process and check out. As well as that, restaurant staff and housekeeping were so lovely and attentive and just an overall positive vibe all around. Great location mixed with beach resort vibes but also perfect to get straight out of the palm into main Dubai areas without being caught in lots of traffic. Thank you!

Excellent hotel. We loved the infinity pool, lazy river and private beach. Our room was brilliant and had a small kitchen which was super handy. Serviced every day and helpful staff at hand for any queries. Breakfast was also wonderful with some Indian options too in addition to standard breakfast menu. Palm Jumeriah Mall was just opposite - perfect for lunches and dinner options. Would definetly revisit!

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. All the staff are very polite and so keen to help you Location is perfect. Just across the road is a huge shopping mall with supermarkets and food halls. The infinity pool and beach can be reached through the gardens of the grounds with plenty of sun loungers available. Towels are also provided. Definitely recommend this hotel. A big Thank you to Ednah in the restaurant and Akram in concierge for making our stay so pleasant.
