Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. All the staff are very polite and so keen to help you Location is perfect. Just across the road is a huge shopping mall with supermarkets and food halls. The infinity pool and beach can be reached through the gardens of the grounds with plenty of sun loungers available. Towels are also provided. Definitely recommend this hotel. A big Thank you to Ednah in the restaurant and Akram in concierge for making our stay so pleasant.

I am currently staying at Dukes The Palm and overall, the hotel is truly wonderful. From service to comfort, everything is there. The facilities are modern, the atmosphere is great, and you really don’t miss anything. The beach is close by, and even so, the shuttle service is always ready when needed. Room service is excellent – the rooms are cleaned daily and left absolutely spotless. The housekeeping team is incredibly kind and extremely polite. All staff members we have encountered are very friendly and helpful. However, there is one big downside that causes us serious problems: There is almost no storage space in the room. The wardrobe only has a single clothes rail with eight hangers. There is an additional cabinet under the TV, but it’s very hard to reach because it’s directly in front of the bed, leaving a very narrow passage. For a family with two adults and a child, this is a nightmare. The room looks chaotic every day simply because we have nowhere to put our belongings. We end up hiding things everywhere just to keep the room somewhat tidy, but then nothing can be found. We’re staying here for another week, and this is a major issue for us. Clothes end up spread all over the room during the day, and our little daughter has almost no space to move around and ends up crying because it’s too cramped. If they improved the storage situation in the rooms, this hotel would easily be a perfect 5-star experience

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff are next level. Melody and Jane were incredible at the reception desk. Came here on the first part of our honeymoon and I genuinely do not have a bad thing to say! Food outstanding, everywhere is so clean, staff couldn’t have done enough for you. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Excellent hotel. We loved the infinity pool, lazy river and private beach. Our room was brilliant and had a small kitchen which was super handy. Serviced every day and helpful staff at hand for any queries. Breakfast was also wonderful with some Indian options too in addition to standard breakfast menu. Palm Jumeriah Mall was just opposite - perfect for lunches and dinner options. Would definetly revisit!

Great hotel, excellent location on the palm easy to get taxis to and from and plenty to do around. Drink prices round the pool and in the mini bar are expensive. And drinks are served in a peroni glass no matter what you order…. Including cocktails! The Security man Lopchan was very welcoming from the start to end of our holiday. He helped us locate a taxi when our transfer failed to arrive (not the hotels fault) he let me use his phone as mine wasn’t working and any time he saw us throughout our stay he would let on and he seemed genuinely happy to be at work! He deserves recognition for going above and beyond to help us out in a stressful situation and a big thank you for being so friendly and showing a genuine interest in our stay. Thank you! We would recommend this hotel but please note drink and food prices are expensive, but they are in line with places on the palm. There is also easy access to west beach if you want beach clubs / bars.
