We were welcomed in the lobby by Shawn Kelley, a professional, polite, respectful, friendly manager who was able to answer all our Disney questions! All the staff is friendly and polite! This room was beautiful ! It had a view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks and a view of the pool hot-tub splash pad. The room was spacious the bathroom was enormous and the beds were super comfortable! The food in the pavilion was great and the car ride to Disney Springs was 15 min. Perfect well rounded location for everyone visiting Disney here in Orlando. Thanks Shawn for a Magical Experience! Jeff Stofko has a great team and Shawn was our Super Star during our stay!

Absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 2 weeks from the UK and everything was absolutely perfect. Staff were super friendly, amenities were fabulous and the free food and drinks were really good! i’m a vegetarian and didn’t struggle at all. The pool area is wonderful with a nice sized hot tub, great bar area and a decent hotel gym! Great location too only a short walk to disney springs and free busses to the parks. Most of the bus drivers were such fun and even brought bottles of water for guests on hot days! Couldn’t recommend the Drury enough and will definitely be back on our next visit. It’s honestly like you haven’t left the disney bubble at all

Great experience for Mickey’s Halloween party. Hotel is a good value relative to the resort hotels. The shuttles were on time and picked up very late after the Halloween party which was a big deal—we were able to stay until it closed past midnight. I enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony. The pool was also awesome; my child loved it because the shallow area was larger than most and she could swim independently while still being able to touch the bottom if she wanted to. The breakfast was on par with most free hotel breakfasts or happy hours in the US (i.e., not great) but there was a lot to choose from. We had lunch at the Kitchen restaurant and it was actually quite good. Walking distance to Disney Springs which was also nice. Overall, I would totally stay there again.

This was a very nice hotel with a great staff with a couple of significant drawbacks. First there was an elevator out which caused a 45 minute delay for an elderly couple that could not get on due to the remaining elevators being packed going both up and down. Those of us that were able used the stairs did. The other drawback was the shower. I could get wetter standing out in a light spring mist. The highlight was the breakfast buffet. The food was excellent and delicious. All in all it was a good stay just not a great one.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The lobby has nice seating areas inside and outside next to the pool. The bar inside and outside were very nice with great employees. The location was a bit further than I thought to Disney springs but it's a fairly easy walk of a half mile during the day, at night I'm not sure I would walk back to the hotel. Too many dark areas. Had one problem while we were there the TV in the bedroom did not work and no one came to fix it during our stay. Luckily the one in the front room worked just fine.
