I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! My family of four had a great experience. We’re from Georgia and visit Orlando often, but this trip was focused on SeaWorld. After looking at many overpriced hotels that didn’t seem very appealing, we came across the Drury at Disney Springs-and we’re so glad we did. Everything about our stay was excellent. The price was very reasonable for a holiday weekend. Our room was clean and spacious, and we opted for a fireworks view for a small upgrade fee. From our balcony, we were able to see several fireworks displays at night, which was a fun bonus. The hot breakfast was top-notch, and the evening Kickback hour was so good it served as our dinner one night. The kids especially enjoyed the hot dog bar that evening. We even took drinks and popcorn back to our room to watch the fireworks later. We’ve stayed at many different properties over the years-Disney, Universal, and independent hotels-and we would definitely return here. The hotel offered buses to Disney (which we didn’t use), but we did see them running frequently. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful each time we needed something. The lobby was busy, but we never waited long for service, check-in, or at the lobby restaurant. There’s also a small arcade downstairs. It was a bit chilly in February, so we didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked very nice. We chose to drive to Disney Springs, though it’s probably walkable. I took one star off for location simply because you can stay closer to the theme parks or Disney Springs. However, this hotel ended up being a refreshing place to return to after busy park days and gave us a chance to decompress. It’s rare for a hotel to impress all four members of our family, but we were all very happy with our stay. We would absolutely recommend it!

Rooms are excellent. Very clean. Super comfy. Mine was a standard king (no balcony) on the 14th floor and it faced north. I had a nice, distant view of the Universal fireworks. I’ll give a shout out to the shower. Not low flow. Not a sand blaster. Perfect flow rate. Quick to heat up. Great space. Everyone I interacted with from checkin to meal/drink staff and room attendants was pleasant and friendly. Was just there one night and the menu included chicken fajitas, veggie soup, and much more. Tasty. It was packed (believe they have 1500+ people on site each night) but the staff kept things filled. There were multiple stations for each item (including drinks) and it moved fast. Breakfast was equally efficient and yummy. I did head down for a quick dip in the pool and hot tub after dinner. There were a good number of people down there but no problem finding a chair or seat in the hot tub. Location. I love to take long walks in the morning. This is a great spot for that. It’s about 3/4 of a mile to Disney Springs and just beyond that is the Disney Saratoga Springs resort with lovely walking paths along/across ponds and little lakes. The Disney parks are very close and they offer a free shuttle. Great place!

This was a great hotel for our family trip to Orlando. It's a ten minute walk to Disney Springs and a few minutes drive. The reviews complaining about breakfast are astonishing to me. The free breakfast buffet is the same every day, however, there are so many options. There are two kinds of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, English muffins, mini muffins, four different cereals, bananas, apples, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, melon/pineapple fruit salad, mini pancakes, mickey waffles. We have never stayed at a hotel with a free breakfast with this much variety. It is above and beyond in our opinion. The rooms were very clean and we always had enough supplies for our stay. The pool was great, very big! We ate at the pool bar/restaurant a couple times for lunch and the food was good both times. The 5:30 kickback was a nice bonus! Pasta, pulled pork sliders, chicken fajitas were on a rotation on different nights. Overall, this was a great hotel and we would this hotel to anyone.

Second year in a row staying here. Last year I loved it and was impressed by the staff service as well as the daily housekeeping. This year was different. Last year I always went back to my hotel room by 11:30am due to the heat. My room was always cleaned by the time I got back. This year the housekeeping was bad...most of my trip I spent all day in the parks but the one day I went back to the room around 2pm, my room still hadn't been cleaned. I saw one housekeeper on the floor and she was in a room by the ice machine, clearly on her phone shouting at someone. I went by an hour later and she was STILL in that room. I wanted to take a nap but was worried I'd be asleep when they came knocking. Went to the front desk at around 4pm because they still hadn't come and no housekeeper was on the floor...front desk said they clean rooms until 8pm!!! Who would want housekeeping in their room that late at night?! Several nights I saw multiple rooms throw their dirty towels outside their rooms in the hallway- clearly housekeeping is taking their sweet time. I never saw this last year. I don't know what's going on, but staff need to stop being so lazy. No employee should be on their phones/ear buds- you're getting paid to work and it's clearly affecting performance. Not only that, but as a guest it looks and sounds incredibly unprofessional that I'm paying to stay here and the staff are shouting to someone on their phone conversation. other than that, they also raised their price to pay to park in their parking lot which is bullshit. I pay to stay at the hotel. I paid to get the rental car to go to the hotel and enjoy my vacation and now I have to pay to park a car there. It's Florida- not the midwest where pavement is affected by snow and salt. There is no reason to charge customers to park let alone INCREASE the price to park there. It's a great location, they're building a Starbucks (hopefully that will be high quality), breakfast included. But housekeeping and pricing need to be addressed.

Our stay was absolutely great until we got home and discovered that members of our family had lice. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially after what seemed like a pleasant visit. The staff was amazing, friendly, and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and bedding is a serious issue that cannot be overlooked. I uwould strongly recommend that management review and improve their sanitation procedures to ensure this does not happen to other guests. Because of this experience, my family and I will not be returning. It’s unfortunate because the staff did a wonderful job, but the condition of the room ultimately ruined what would have been an otherwise enjoyable stay.
