We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed overall. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and welcoming, which made our stay feel comfortable from start to finish. The complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks was a huge plus — it was reliable, well-organized, and always on time, which made getting to and from the parks stress-free. The complimentary breakfast was good and offered a nice variety to start the day before heading out. We also really enjoyed how beautifully the hotel was decorated for Christmas — it added a warm, festive touch to our stay. They also offered complimentary evening snacks/sodas, but we weren’t there in the evening. Another highlight was the location. Being just a few minutes’ drive from Disney Springs was incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and evening outings. Overall, this hotel offered great value, comfort, and convenience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Side note: if you are a light sleeper, request a room that’s farthest away from the highway

This is a great place to stay when visiting Disney or any other attractions in the Orlando area. We enjoyed the ample breakfast and the evening “Kickback,” was varied enough to provide a quick, light dinner for our family several evenings. The shuttles and early entry to Walt Disney World are an added plus. The rooms were comfortable and included an extra sink area outside the bathroom, which was especially helpful when everyone was getting ready early for the parks. What really pushed the experience over the top was the kindness of Assistant Manager Shawn Kelley, who patiently helped us resolve a reservation issue—despite the hotel being full and bustling. He provided customer service that exceeded our expectations.

Perfect winter getaway. This is our first time staying at a Drury hotel and it could not be better. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and the amenities plentiful. It’s the perfect location to do the Disney parks and they even provide you with their own transportation system. The complimentary breakfast and kick back dinner are a delicious bonus.

We were welcomed in the lobby by Shawn Kelley, a professional, polite, respectful, friendly manager who was able to answer all our Disney questions! All the staff is friendly and polite! This room was beautiful ! It had a view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks and a view of the pool hot-tub splash pad. The room was spacious the bathroom was enormous and the beds were super comfortable! The food in the pavilion was great and the car ride to Disney Springs was 15 min. Perfect well rounded location for everyone visiting Disney here in Orlando. Thanks Shawn for a Magical Experience! Jeff Stofko has a great team and Shawn was our Super Star during our stay!

Very nice and clean place!! Right outside of disney springs and not far from the Disney parks. Offered rides to the parks as well via bus. Excellent breakfast with everything you could think of! Soda, juice and coffee. They had breakfast potatoes, sausage bananas, pancakes,scrambled eggs, waffles and more! I went for a clas through work and the stay was smooth as far as getting paperwork and exemptions.
