My wife and I stayed at your hotel, only for 1 night, but will definitely be back when in the area. Every employee we encountered was very helpful and courteous. The room was very nice for the price. We got in late but had a nice meal in the bar area. And the breakfast in the morning was more than we anticipated. I hope you inform your employees, their attentiveness and courtesy is very much appreciated, and the reason we would be staying there again in the future. Thank you for being the first positive aspect of our 1 day vacation.

Beautiful, clean resort, friendly and helpful staff, and great location. We spent three nights here and it wasn't long enough! I chose the room with the city view and while it is beautiful, I'll definitely be choosing the Disney side with balcony next time. This place has everything you could possibly need. If you just wanted an escape, you could literally just stay here for a week and be content. The free breakfast is great, dinner is mediocre, but it's free! The first night we were here they had pulled pork sandwiches, Mac and cheese (which was AMAZING), baked beans, chili, and nachos and cheese. The second night was chicken tenders, mash potatoes, broccoli cheddar soup, nachos and cheese, and a salad bar. I believe a salad bar was offered all of the nights. I honestly cannot come up with any complaints. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, when we were passing one of the housekeepers, she gave my daughter some balloons! So kind!

Breakfast was outstanding. Free hot breakfast with lots of options for those that wake up starving to those that are picky eaters. I would say 5x more options than your usual “continental breakfast” Rooms were spacious. Room we had was two queen beds & a pull out couch. Bathroom size was very nice. Easy to use coffee maker & extra mirrors & areas to get ready if you are in large groups. I would estimate a 15 minute walk to Disney springs. Extremely safe walk to do either in a group or alone. You do not have to cross any major roadways. Large walkway the entire way to Disney springs. “5 o’clock kickback” was something that was offered when I was there. From 5-7 pm you get two free alcoholic drinks & lots of fun snacks & meal options. Pool was excellent as well.

Stayed on 9/23/24. The staff was super helpful and kind. The employees that worked at the marketplace made more pizzas 30 minutes before closing and it helped after a long day at the parks. They could have easily said "no" but they went above and beyond. It really made my stay great. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Had a great stay.

We loved staying here for our Disney trip. We were upgraded to a balcony view room. The shuttle was super easy and convenient to use! The breakfast and afternoon snacks were good and so useful when traveling with kids. The arcade is small and expensive. The pool was amazing. Our girls loved it. We would definitely stay here again.
