I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! My family of four had a great experience. We’re from Georgia and visit Orlando often, but this trip was focused on SeaWorld. After looking at many overpriced hotels that didn’t seem very appealing, we came across the Drury at Disney Springs-and we’re so glad we did. Everything about our stay was excellent. The price was very reasonable for a holiday weekend. Our room was clean and spacious, and we opted for a fireworks view for a small upgrade fee. From our balcony, we were able to see several fireworks displays at night, which was a fun bonus. The hot breakfast was top-notch, and the evening Kickback hour was so good it served as our dinner one night. The kids especially enjoyed the hot dog bar that evening. We even took drinks and popcorn back to our room to watch the fireworks later. We’ve stayed at many different properties over the years-Disney, Universal, and independent hotels-and we would definitely return here. The hotel offered buses to Disney (which we didn’t use), but we did see them running frequently. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful each time we needed something. The lobby was busy, but we never waited long for service, check-in, or at the lobby restaurant. There’s also a small arcade downstairs. It was a bit chilly in February, so we didn’t get to use the pool, but it looked very nice. We chose to drive to Disney Springs, though it’s probably walkable. I took one star off for location simply because you can stay closer to the theme parks or Disney Springs. However, this hotel ended up being a refreshing place to return to after busy park days and gave us a chance to decompress. It’s rare for a hotel to impress all four members of our family, but we were all very happy with our stay. We would absolutely recommend it!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Drury. Loved getting in early to the parks. The shuttle was very reliable which made it convenient to getting to the parks. While it is more limited than the buses from the Mouse, we still saved $ overall with the few times we had to uber. We also loved the kickback, breakfast (Mickey Waffles!), and pool. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. The only downside was one of the elevators was out which did sometimes cause long waits. Overall a great value and great alternative to the value resorts!

It's not often I would leave a review for a hotel, but I feel compelled to in this case, and perhaps worth noting that I wasn't asked to leave a review, nor am I being rewarded for doing so. We had a really excellent experience at this Drury and because of it we'll be seeking out other Drury hotels in the future. The hotel room itself was good, clean, and well appointed, nothing out of the normal, but what made this hotel so nice for a Disney and Universal (we did 7 days, one at each park, and two after hours events) was the food. The breakfast, dinner, and drinks were WAY better than we were expecting. We were able to save so much money by stuffing ourselves to the gills at breakfast and taking advantage of the dinners. We bought virtually no park food because we didn't need it. The food was amazing with lots of protein at both meals and vegetables at dinner, and the drinks during dinner were such a great way to unwind after a long park day. I also had numerous great experiences with the staff here and there were all so lovely and hospitable. In particular I would love to call out the bar staff (Marcos, Johnathan, Lillian, Jen, and Katrina) for their outstanding service and hospitality. They're top notch, and Justice busing tables was so gracious and kind. Thank you all for a really great stay. We look forward to coming back!

Stayed at the Disney area Drury for the first time. Had a 2 br suite and it was very spacious. The location to the parks were average to the all star resorts. What really made our stay amazing was the staff and free breakfasts. All of the staff from the managers at the front desk, Sean and Andy, the front desk people like Karla and the bus drivers were all so amazing. We went to another hotel after this one on our trip and I really wish Ihad booked the other Drury hotel close to universal instead of the place we did. The Drury has definitely been the best customer service hotel Ive ever been at. One and only downside is the busses, not all of them but some are disrrupted with special events and sending us to the ticket center and then to our hotel. If you go really use the printed bus guide to plan your routes home..or Uber if you want a faster ride. The free amenities are quite a game changer, the free breakfast for a family of 4 did save us about 600 dollars over the week stay. We came back twice for the dinner and drinks which were ok but still..free is good.Overall the staff and management of the Drury should give seminars to Disney and Universal on how to treat their people staying with them. They are now what I look for in a hotel chain. Thanks to everyone for making our stay a memorable one.

I was skeptical about all the rave reviews BUT they are well deserved. This hotel is truly exceptional. The rooms are very nice great location to parks and Disney springs. The extra niceties free excellent breakfast with lots of choices in a room capable of handling crowds. The happy hours with drinks and snacks which were dinner for us. Another great job of offerings. Transportation to the parks offered as well. We didn’t take advantage but the schedule was very good. I would not hesitate to book this property again. Well worth it.
