Great experience for Mickey’s Halloween party. Hotel is a good value relative to the resort hotels. The shuttles were on time and picked up very late after the Halloween party which was a big deal—we were able to stay until it closed past midnight. I enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony. The pool was also awesome; my child loved it because the shallow area was larger than most and she could swim independently while still being able to touch the bottom if she wanted to. The breakfast was on par with most free hotel breakfasts or happy hours in the US (i.e., not great) but there was a lot to choose from. We had lunch at the Kitchen restaurant and it was actually quite good. Walking distance to Disney Springs which was also nice. Overall, I would totally stay there again.

Our room was nice. We had a King suite with sofa and "view". The couch/sofa is on the same side as the tv, so you can't sit on it and watch tv. They have a single chair next to bed with a table. That is the only tv viewing spot besides laying bed. The sofa is blue and nice though. The bed pillows are plentiful, but high/fluffy,, and hurt my neck. I asked at the front desk if they had other options and they didn't have anything else. So we wnt to Target and bought cheaper, flat pillows. The elevators are very very slow. We were on a high floor and after 8:30 am, you wait a long time. The free food is adequate. It fits the bill, but we chose to eat dinner elsewhere. But I'm kinda a germaphobe and so many people swarming the same area touching everything was a bit off-putting to me but if you have a large family, it is really a great option. It really is great that this hotel offers this and the servers were wonderful!!! Our room had two big sliding glass doors that open to a nice balcony with two metal chairs and table. The "view" of Epcot fireworks is just ok, but to kids or those that can't go there, it's a nice 9pm perk. They are kinda far away, but good for someone who appreciate it. There is a bar for regular bar drinks and food. The gift shop had an extensive array of items, food, etc. the staff was very friendly! But NO DISTILLED water for those who use a CPAP machine. The bed super comfy and the bed was clean with soft clean sheets. Room was very clean and we'll taken care of. Good for you housekeeping!!! The pool area was beautiful. All staff are very friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing Service After a Long Trip! We’ve stayed at the Drury before and always enjoy it, but this time was extra special. We only stayed one night to rest after our long 7-day cruise, and we arrived super early — exhausted. The staff immediately noticed how tired we were and took great care of us. Alejandra and Kevin were especially wonderful! Since our original room wasn’t ready, they upgraded us to a better one, and they were so kind and understanding the entire time. They even noticed that our child was cranky and tired, and gave him an arcade card to cheer him up — which completely made his day! Their kindness and hospitality truly stood out. Because of them, we’ll definitely be staying at this location again. Thank you, Alejandra and Kevin, for turning a tired travel day into a great memory!

Stayed here for three nights and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bus schedule was on time, although it might get crowded at popular times. Pool and the outdoor areas was set up nicely for a relaxing time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with a nice firework view from Epcot and magic kingdom. The breakfast was good although it lacked variety for the meat, it was breakfast sausage patty for all three breakfast…, the afternoon food, snacks, and drinks were good. Overall, would stay here again

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience! If you are going to Disney and don’t want to stay on-property, this is your go-to hotel. We arrived at the hotel around noon and were able to check in early with no issues. We parked in the secure lot right out front and didn’t move our car until we left. There is a FREE shuttle to and from all Disney parks and Disney Springs, which is half a mile down the road. They have lots of luggage carts available. Breakfast each day was a huge spread (including Mickey waffles!) and there is a ton of seating. We weren’t back in time to partake in the free 5:30 kickback/evening appetizers and snacks, but I’m sure they were great too. One thing to consider if you have small kids is that we only had a shower, no bathtub. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure and temperature were both great. I’m a big fan of Drury hotels and would definitely itself stay here again if/when we visit Orlando in the future.
