We returned from a week stay. We can not recommend this hotel enough. Clean, spacious suites, included breakfast (Mickey waffles were a huge hit), 530 kickback with a good dinner selection, comfortable beds, large pool and friendly service. Gina who assisted guests at the breakfast buffet was SUCH a delight each morning. She went above and beyond for every guest. The only negative was the laundry room. A couple washers were out of service (with notes) and the only one that was free to use was also broken which we didn’t know and had already put our detergent and clothes in. Also glad we brought detergent as the machines to purchase were not working. Other than that minor hiccup this stay was outstanding. We loved the relatively short walk to Disney Springs, especially at night. We will definitely be back to this gem!

Room was amazing. Big and affordable. But my toilet upon check in was dirty. Fridge, microwave and floor ice machine was awesome to have. Low noise. Great views. Staff was all top notch! The free amenities were amazing and why I would return. Parking was very close and low priced compared to other hotels.

Great location- perfect tiny sample of Disney for us passing through. I really wish we could’ve stayed longer. The lobby was immaculate- the arcade was great for the kids. All of the little extras really stood out! We didn’t get to enjoy every perk but would gladly stay again for longer! We didn’t swim in the pool prior to leaving and it was absolutely delightful as the start of our vacation. Loved the proximity to Disney Springs and all of the amenities.

We had a great stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel near Disney Springs! The rooms were modern, clean, and super comfortable. The hot breakfast was a standout—especially the Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles, which were such a fun touch. The hotel has a ton of amenities, including an on-site Pizza Hut, and it's an exceptional value considering how close you are to Disney Springs and the parks. Would absolutely stay here again!

I would usually stay on property for a Disney trip, but booked this for a short weekend trip since it was so affordable and still near the parks. The amenities were amazing. The kickback was enough for it to be a dinner, and having free drinks was such a nice perk. Having free make your own Mickey waffles was also a nice change from having to pay for them in the parks or resort hotels. It’s a good neighbor hotel, so we still got the early entry perk. The service was great. The rooms are nice, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area was also nice, and it was great to relax after a full park day, since the pool was open until 11. Having the on-site restaurant and marketplace also came in handy. The shuttle doesn’t run as often as you would get transportation at Disney resort hotels, but it still runs enough that going to and from at the start and end of the day was possible, and it’s free. Would definitely stay again if I did another short trip.
