Excellent stay! Staff were friendly and we felt the Disney bubble here even though it wasn’t a Disney resort. The evening kick back meals rotated and were good. The rooms were very clean. We also loved how close Disney Springs was and the option to use their buses to the parks. When we go back to Disney or Universal this will be where we stay again. Management and staff are really doing an excellent job at this location!

The hotel is excellent. The infrastructure and location are amazing — it’s very close to Disney Springs, has plenty of parking, and a beautiful pool. Another highlight is the free shuttle service to the parks, which we used every day, both going and returning. The drivers are extremely attentive and careful, the buses are new, and there are several schedule options for the Disney parks and Disney Springs. The housekeeper, Christal, was extremely efficient and diligent; the cleanliness and tidying were top-notch. The only aspect that fell short was the breakfast. There is very limited variety, and the buffet is exactly the same every day, which makes the experience repetitive. Overall, if it weren’t for this detail, the hotel would easily deserve a 10.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The lobby has nice seating areas inside and outside next to the pool. The bar inside and outside were very nice with great employees. The location was a bit further than I thought to Disney springs but it's a fairly easy walk of a half mile during the day, at night I'm not sure I would walk back to the hotel. Too many dark areas. Had one problem while we were there the TV in the bedroom did not work and no one came to fix it during our stay. Luckily the one in the front room worked just fine.

We were welcomed in the lobby by Shawn Kelley, a professional, polite, respectful, friendly manager who was able to answer all our Disney questions! All the staff is friendly and polite! This room was beautiful ! It had a view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks and a view of the pool hot-tub splash pad. The room was spacious the bathroom was enormous and the beds were super comfortable! The food in the pavilion was great and the car ride to Disney Springs was 15 min. Perfect well rounded location for everyone visiting Disney here in Orlando. Thanks Shawn for a Magical Experience! Jeff Stofko has a great team and Shawn was our Super Star during our stay!

I just returned home from a seven night stay at the Drury resort Disney Springs area. I was so impressed. The rooms were clean, comfortable and in a great location. The front reception staff were amazing. They were friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and accommodating.The food was excellent. I could not have chosen a better place to stay and hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you to everyone who works at the Drury.
