This year was our second stay October 2025!! The breakfast in the morning and the kickbacks in the evening were wonderful!! And hands down they have the best staff who are also extremely helpful and friendly starting with Shawn K at the front desk who checked us in. We got in early so our room was not ready and he gave us a choice of a few rooms; and we said what would you choose and told us the one on the 18th floor with a balcony and couch! It was super clean and very nice! Plus we checked in on my husband’s birthday and he wished him a happy birthday. And every time he saw us; he called us by name and stopped to talk to us. We would definitely recommend the Drury Plaza by Disney Springs! Thank you to all the staff we encountered!!!!!

Terrific hotel! We would definitely stay here again. Check in was busy, but there was a lot of staff on so there was no wait. It took only a few minutes and we were in our room. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony. They have a large pool, which is very nice. The hotel offers snack and 3 alcoholic beverages per adult pet evening of your stay and well as an included breakfast. The king sized bed was comfortable and pillows nice and firm. We only stayed for a night before our room was ready at Wilderness Lodge just bc of our flight schedule. We would definitely stay at Drury over Wilderness Lodge next time. We're not loving it at Wilderness Lodge and wouldn't consider it a 4 star hotel. Drury is much better in our opinion.

We had an amazing experience at Drury Hotels at Disney Springs! From the moment we checked in, our expectations were exceeded—we were even upgraded to a room with a perfect view of the nightly fireworks. A huge highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality of Assistant Manager Shawn Kelley. He truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. Not only did he surprise us with a thoughtful treat for our anniversary, but he also delivered something special to our son and his family who were celebrating their honeymoon. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel so valued as guests. Shawn is a true servant leader who clearly loves what he does, and it shows in the way he interacts with people. He is without a doubt an asset to Drury Hotels, and we are so grateful for his hospitality. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Disney Springs area!

Amazing hotel stayed on the 16th floor deluxe terrace with fireworks view it was perfect. The staff were extra friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the evening kickbacks. We also had food and drinks at the outside bar, the girls working there were very sweet. The shuttle to and from the parks was great special shout out to Isabel we almost missed the bus to get back to the hotel, the kids were hot and tired and she stopped and got us on even though she could have kept on going! My check in was perfect we arrived early and were able to get into our room. The morning front desk clerk was also a shuttle driver on the way to magic kingdom one morning and he was extra helpful and friendly. I could go on and on I really enjoyed our family vacation and we will be back!

This is our third visit to this Drury location in a year. All of our experiences have been great, but the service we received today exceed all of our expectations. The staff (Christian especially) was so kind to help us when our room wasn't exactly what we were looking for (not the hotel fault, 100% on me booking incorrectly). They accommodated us quickly to find a perfect room for our large family, were so patient, and made sure we were completely happy. Bravo to the staff on great customer service. Pool is ALWAYS a hit with our boys. We have always enjoyed the breakfast, something for all of us to enjoy before a long day at the theme parks. We will always pick this hotel when we come for Disney.
