Absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 2 weeks from the UK and everything was absolutely perfect. Staff were super friendly, amenities were fabulous and the free food and drinks were really good! i’m a vegetarian and didn’t struggle at all. The pool area is wonderful with a nice sized hot tub, great bar area and a decent hotel gym! Great location too only a short walk to disney springs and free busses to the parks. Most of the bus drivers were such fun and even brought bottles of water for guests on hot days! Couldn’t recommend the Drury enough and will definitely be back on our next visit. It’s honestly like you haven’t left the disney bubble at all

Our room was nice. We had a King suite with sofa and "view". The couch/sofa is on the same side as the tv, so you can't sit on it and watch tv. They have a single chair next to bed with a table. That is the only tv viewing spot besides laying bed. The sofa is blue and nice though. The bed pillows are plentiful, but high/fluffy,, and hurt my neck. I asked at the front desk if they had other options and they didn't have anything else. So we wnt to Target and bought cheaper, flat pillows. The elevators are very very slow. We were on a high floor and after 8:30 am, you wait a long time. The free food is adequate. It fits the bill, but we chose to eat dinner elsewhere. But I'm kinda a germaphobe and so many people swarming the same area touching everything was a bit off-putting to me but if you have a large family, it is really a great option. It really is great that this hotel offers this and the servers were wonderful!!! Our room had two big sliding glass doors that open to a nice balcony with two metal chairs and table. The "view" of Epcot fireworks is just ok, but to kids or those that can't go there, it's a nice 9pm perk. They are kinda far away, but good for someone who appreciate it. There is a bar for regular bar drinks and food. The gift shop had an extensive array of items, food, etc. the staff was very friendly! But NO DISTILLED water for those who use a CPAP machine. The bed super comfy and the bed was clean with soft clean sheets. Room was very clean and we'll taken care of. Good for you housekeeping!!! The pool area was beautiful. All staff are very friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Great experience for Mickey’s Halloween party. Hotel is a good value relative to the resort hotels. The shuttles were on time and picked up very late after the Halloween party which was a big deal—we were able to stay until it closed past midnight. I enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony. The pool was also awesome; my child loved it because the shallow area was larger than most and she could swim independently while still being able to touch the bottom if she wanted to. The breakfast was on par with most free hotel breakfasts or happy hours in the US (i.e., not great) but there was a lot to choose from. We had lunch at the Kitchen restaurant and it was actually quite good. Walking distance to Disney Springs which was also nice. Overall, I would totally stay there again.

Had a great experience at this hotel! Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and dinners were well served with staff constantly present to refill or help with things. We especially enjoyed the bartenders! The shuttles were also a great service and saved money for transportation. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel Disney Springs was absolutely perfect! The staff were some of the kindest and most enthusiastic I’ve ever encountered—always smiling, eager to assist, and willing to go the extra mile. From check-in to checkout, every interaction felt genuine and welcoming. The hotel itself has everything you could want for a Disney trip: clean + spacious rooms, a great pool + splash pad, poolside bar, arcade, and convenience store stocked with all the essentials. The free hot breakfast and evening Kickback (with three drinks per adult!) were amazing touches, and the popcorn was a fun bonus. The onsite restaurant and made-to-order Pizza Hut both exceeded my expectations. The shuttle service to the parks and Disney Springs was super reliable. No reservations required and came about every 45 minutes. If you didn't want to wait, the hotel is located a quick 10–15 minute walk to Disney Springs. We didn't take advantage of the early park entry, but that's also included. I’d stay here a thousand times over. If you want to be close to the Disney magic without the Disney prices, this is the perfect place. The value and perks can’t be beat!
