This hotel is incredible! We booked it for our first family Disney trip, will absolutely be repeat customers and have already spread the word. The breakfast and dinner are delicious (tons of breakfast options, including the iconic Mickey waffles)-kept us fueled all day at the parks. The staff could not be more friendly and professional (and offer incredible suggestions for the parks). The rooms were very clean and quiet. The location was perfect for accessing all of the parks, the pool and splash area were super clean and well maintained and the price cannot be beat. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel for a week and it was a great experience. Room was clean, loved that there were two sinks in separate areas. Breakfast was great. The pool was fantastic, chairs, towels were always accessible. Service was amazing, everyone we encountered was pleasant to deal with. The location is very central to all the theme parks, Disney Springs and other restaurants. Shuttle to the parks was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return in future when we want to go back to Orlando.

I stayed here for a week at the end of April and met two of the finest people ever working behind the bar inside the hotel. Kayla & Craig were simply fantastic providing a warm and friendly atmosphere with great conversation all the while maintaining a professional representation of the hotel. Each day I found myself looking forward to returning to the hotel to wrap up the night in their company with a burger & a few drinks. While I found all the staff to be friendly & accommodating, Kayla & Craig really made an impression on me and each is stellar in their own way. They both truly made my vacation more enjoyable & memorable. I’m glad we chose to stay at this hotel.

Was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodations were perfect for a “vacation” away from your “vacation”. Free breakfast and free dinner were available and they had additional food options available in the lobby/pool area for an additional charge. Plenty of parking, nice large paved lots that were clean. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Because we now have a child, instead of booking trips around the world, we want to do things with him that he will enjoy. Europe is not going to excite him, nor Aruba, but Disney World will. We stayed at Drury twice. Once in February and the other time in April. When we went in February, we were checked in by Brea. She was so nice and lovely. We saw her when we went in April, and quickly said hello. She’s always very amicable and answers all of our questions. However, while it was nice to see a friendly face, there was this one man who upon check in was very rude. Definitely not the attitude you want to receive when driving all night and are exhausted. I believe he was the assistant to the general manager. Very rude and nasty. The drivers were so lovely too! There was one who said he also did front desk and was driving now too. I can’t remember his name, but we definitely look forward to seeing these friendly faces again. The shuttle service is great and easily understandable. The rudeness of the assistant to the general manager can be overlooked because of the people who made our stay lovely, but it is enough to be hesitant about booking again. Also, the room service, there was a day where our beds weren’t made, only one bed was made. So it looked like someone was there, but they hadn’t finished their job and hadn’t emptied the trash bins. This happened during our first stay too. Also, early check in is $50 — unless you’re arriving at 7am? Then it’s $100. Makes no sense but okay!
