This hotel and it's staff were amazing. The food and drink at all of the restaurants was exceptional. The service was nothing short of exceptional. Every single employee was kind, chatty, accommodating, and very professional. The front desk staff really bent over backwards to help us when we had to change our reservation. Kudos to the front desk manager, the concierge named Victoria, and all of the staff for helping us. The grounds were immaculately kept and the resort was super clean and easily walkable. The beach was beautiful as were the very spacious rooms. We will most definitely be back. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone celebrating as a family or with children as well.

The resort is very beautiful, you really get that jungle vibes. The buffet selection was smaller then what I was used too. We had the chance to try the French and Italian restaurant. The French restaurant was our favorite. There's only two pools, the resort did feel smaller then the ones I have been to but nevertheless worth a visit. The beach is beautiful but very rocky.

Ramiro made hanging out at the Salty Reef an amazing experience. His personality made him one of the best bartenders. We enjoyed his service and company! Went out of his way to make sure we all were taken care of from the moment we walked up each night. The room service was great. The food at each of the restaurants was very good. The Spa service we received hands down was top-notch. The only negative I have about the resort is the dive options. So many local dive shops and within 10-minute dive locations, that it was ridiculous to try and send us an hr away for one of their preferred companies.

We have enjoyed our stay here in this incredible resort! The employees here in general are super kind and very welcoming! They are always up for a chat. And they are very helpful whatever we need. The entertainment crew guy named Victor is an exceptionally great guy, very nice!
And in the restaurant “world cafe” we have had the pleasure to be serviced by Richard. Wow a kind guy, rarely you find such a nice person, genuinely interested in you and always making sure that you are taken care of. We wish these guys all the best, and thank you for making our stay special ❤️

I love the resort! The restaurants are great, beach is perfect and everyone is super helpful. Melania at the Seaside Grill has been looking after me with a smile daily and made sure my allergies were noted and I got a great meal every day.
