Actually a 4.5 rating
Rooms mostly cleaned. Never did the balcony which was quite sandy and sticky
Beach is nice. Very busy.
Food was mostly good.
Restaurants were really full. Could have used more staff, as some lunches and breakfasts dragged on more than an hour.
Staff were mostly very friendly.
We were at new section which runs golf carts to the main area; this was very well organized. Rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes and the drivers were very friendly.
The grounds were immaculate with stunning nighttime ambient lighting.
The shows were mostly well done. Waitresses were very quick.
Our butler Emmanuel was very friendly and available, though we don’t really have much use of butler services.

BEST GIRLS' TRIP EVER
Traveled with 4 other girlfriends to celebrate turning 70. Could not have had a more perfect time. Stayed in Preferred Club Swim Up Suites. Highly recommend the extra price for Preferred Club accommodations, well worth it. Huge shout out to our butler Emanuel. He was amazing, friendly, super organized and made us feel like his only clients even he had 15 other clients. Also high praise for our beach "high rise" cabana host, Juan David. We were treated like royalty. The service, staff, grounds, food, restaurants, entertainment all deserve 10 stars. Absolutely amazing resort - - - gave us some wonderful memories - - I'm sure we gave some a few memories ourselves !!!!

Kid friendly*
If your kids are over 3 years old or under 1, 10/10 amazing resort. If you have a kid that is super schedule dependent on food being available at (for example) 5pm, you'll find nothing to eat at weird windows though the day.
Staff is friendly, but they need to work on having a consistent schedule with SOMETHING open at all daytime hours... Even I was starving during certain times of the day.

Just got back from our 7 day vacation. Loved the resort, so beautiful! Our butler Billy was phenomenal! The beach & pools were great. Drinks, so yummy. Lots of food choices. Buffet items could have been warmer. Every single staff member was just the best, always helpful, smiling. Glad we were part of the “family” for a week👏🥰

The staff here are incredible for the most part, some get a little short with you bit they work long days with little time off.
It's nice that they change up the buffet so it's not always the same.
Food is good and good variety.
The only minor issue I had was the vendors constantly selling stuff. Seems like every 10 - 15 minutes someone is selling cigars, hats, handbags, massage, bracelets etc.
