Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel had everything we wanted. We were disappointed in the food and the service on the beach (lack of service - we had to get our beers from the bar verses having a runner). The food was disappointing, and there were many restaurants with low quality food options. We had a preferred member option, which gave us a personal concierge. (We didn't really utilize it. Only had him book us one return that required reservations). I deducted a point because of the food. I would give a 3.5 due to service, but google doesn't allow 1/2 stars. The beach was nice, and there were many things to do around. We booked the Saona excursion and had an amazing time (food on this tour was not great, bring snacks). Our room was amazing. Clean and spacious. They had a baby crib for us as well. Room never got "cold" but it was cool, we didn't use blankets each night.

Its a gorgeous hotel. The service was not always 5 stars which is why it loses a star there for me. It was very much hit or miss with service, luckily the hotel staff who are great are over the top awesome and overshadow those few not doing great, service wise. Beach is beautiful, pools are incredible with plenty of areas to checkout. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. It can be loud in the late evening and morning timeframe which just comes with the fact you are in an all inclusive. This place does not water down drinks by the way, which I know other resorts do. I think this is a solid place for those thinking of alternatives from the traditional spots.

For the most part everything was really nice! The restaurants had great service and the food was very good. The one thing to be mindful of.. if u room needs to be cleaned…they don’t come by early..most of the time it was later in the day.. 5-7pm.. also.. my kids wanted a picture with a parrot.. a guy was walking on the beach with a few parrots on his shoulders.. well.. for 4 or 5 pictures that we took.. it was $50 US dollars for both kids.. a little steep.. of course that is not “ Dreams “ fault..this is just a guy doing his own little business.. but maybe u can negotiate with him better than I

The staff is very friendly and professional, the resort is very clean and comfortable, we had a jacuzzi on our balcony, champagne and Rum. The restaurants are nice with different types of menus . We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend this establishment to my friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

So the only reason for the room being a 4 is because it could never cool down... tried getting it under 70° no chance if I were you I would get a room on the bottom floor, rooms can get ice cold. The service is hands down phenomenal... can't ask for better. The DR has always treated us with the kindness you would expect from these great people... like always, it is an all-inclusive but tip well. In the end, it's worth it. If you don't mind slushy drinks and the well alcohol then just do normal service. Otherwise, pay for the premiums.. they do have grey goose... pool is great. The lazy river is amazing. Make sure you're dry when trying to enter the buffet, or they will kick you out,which is weird. I do get the wet floors are slippery. My sister had her wedding here and she recommends it.
