10 out of 10! Amazing 5 day stay! Great food, no crazy wait times if you go to the restaurants before or after the busy dinner rush, and the staff was so accommodating. Room service took a bit but was absolutely delicious. Alin in concierge was so helpful with any needs or questions I had. Shows at night were very entertaining. It was just overall a great experience. I would definitely visit this resort again.

Didn't expect much after reading reviews but overall had a good experience with family.

Good:
- Stayed at the end of summer so it wasn't busy or loud
- Pools were great, didn't feel too hot like some reviews mentioned
- Some shows were 5/5, others less but all very well executed
- Beach is clean and sand is beautiful. Water is brown with seaweed, not very swimmable.
Bad:
- Not much of a party scene, nothing to do at night
- No indoor areas to hang out
- Buffet is small and not very good

I’ll start with the positive-
The entire resort staff was very nice and attentive.
There is no “adult only pool” at the resort, despite what some say. The water temp in each of the 3 pools is about 100 degrees, which is not pleasant when the air temp is 100 degrees.
The food everywhere at was the resort was awful. I’ll just leave it at that.
We enjoyed the fire alarm going off everyday at 7am and again at 11pm.
The amenities throughout were just okay.
The pool cabana is $250 A DAY! That’s insane.
The beach was mediocre at best. Seaweed everywhere.
We honestly got bored and left a day early.
Live and learn.
I do want to reiterate that the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

First things first, DO NOT EAT THE HAMBURGERS HERE! My husband got awful food poisoning from one, the next day I got a burger and it was bright pink on the inside.
Great for your money, especially when it comes to drinks. The food portions were small, the meat wasn’t the best but it was decent. It is family friendly, so be prepared for lots of screaming and splashing, even in the more “adult” pool area.

Stayed at Planet Hollywood first and then came to Dreams for a wedding, I wish we would of left Planet Hollywood a bit sooner and came here, experience, service, food was was way better.
Planet Hollywood did have a better beach, clear water and less sea grass.
Our friend had a wedding on the beach, there was one cloud that passed by with heavy rain for about 3-5 minutes. We were disappointed that the Photo Booth people were giving a hard time, only wanted to refund 50%, we didn’t take a single photo, they packed up and left, the DJ, photographers and bar tenders stayed and gave us a great experience after the rain passed.
From what I know the Photo Booth thing has not been resolved but I would definitely give 5 stars once I hear it has.
No one in our trip got food sick, I have been reading a lot of comments about that, we didn’t not have that bad experience.
