Incredible time had by both myself and my wife. I fell in love with the resort all of its natural beauty the incredible pool and especially the exceptional service by all staff. The vibes crew had an energy that was so infectious that you could not help but get up and dance with them. The night entertainment was amazing
The food was perfect and plentiful. The variety of local dishes and comfort food was well balanced
The cocoa bean cafe was one of our favorite spots. The staff everywhere were friendly and prompt. We had a small issue with our room the first night and we were immediately moved to another room. I could go on all day about it. It was every seminal vacation experience you expect and then some. Flawless absolutely flawless. The beach and pool had more than enough seating. The beach was clean no seaweed at all. I would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone. They are closing for renovations but when they reopen i will be back for sure. Any specific questions just ask.

We just returned from a week away at this resort. We went as a large group for a wedding the week of the resort closing. The staff were incredible, they were extremely friendly, quick to help and loved to entertain our 6mo baby. The food was good, many of the restaurants were closed and we had to stick to the buffet, Italian and Japanese restaurants, all options were good, not spectacular but an option for everyone to eat for sure! The pool was incredible, clean, lots of chairs and shade. The beach was beautiful, the swimming section was small but for the safety of travellers. We were approached a few times by vendors but a firm no thank you did the trick. The rooms were outdated but extremely clean. Overall, this resort was incredible, we hope that they don’t change much in their renovations and that the old staff are hired back. Travelling with a baby can be tricky and this place made it wonderful!

The resort grounds are beautiful with mature palms everywhere and
beautiful landscaping. The rooms are a little dated, but thats not a big deal. The food in the restaurants was mediocre. The seaside grill was the best in my opinion. The snack bars were pretty good as well. The pool is very large and clean although only 3 ft deep. I wish there was a bigger swimming area on the beach. Most of the employees were very friendly. I would definitely go back.

I was at this resort with my wife and friends last week. It is a beautiful resort looks like a paradise, nice beach and family friendly pool. The staff is fantastic, attentive,very friendly and helpful. Great Entertainments. Buffet has a huge selection of food and freshly made. All the restaurants inside the resort is nice and the service is good. Rooms and the washrooms are but dated and need to be upgraded.
Overall it's a great resort for vacationing.

A hidden gem! It was virtually empty during my stay so the peace was refreshing. The food was amazing, the service was even better. Amazing beach. The rooms are outdated but the experience makes up for the lack of shine. 10/10 overall, I would return.
