The hotel itself is beautiful but the service is below average. Stayed there for my wedding last week along with 52 family and friends. You couldn’t get any service without waiting at least one hour wherever you went. Most of the staff don’t have a clue what the hotel has and what it doesn’t. We stayed in the Villas and had to call every day for someone to clean our room and re stock our fridge and even after we called it didn’t happen right away. The day of my wedding they started cleaning while I was starting to get ready, you would think that at least the room would
be cleaned early that one day. Room service took no less than 1.5 for even little things.

Excellent resort and the service was impeccable! aside from weddings as that can get more intricate...if you have issues with this resort, your just being "picky" just because...Its great here! I was really impressed with the food at all the restaurants! every where was fantastic! The customer service was world class. Location is more secluded which i liked, about 45 minutes from hotel zone Cancun/airport. I really have no complaints. We are already planning to return next year.
Here is a tip: schedule room service in advance, especially on rainy days :)

We loved this resort. The transportation here was fantastic and quick. Check in was also quick.
The water park, my kids couldn't get out of the water park. They stayed at least 3-4hrs every day of our stay.
The kids club. The workers were fantastic. My youngest was not fully potty trained but working on it and they allowed my eldest help him when needed and called me if really necessary (only once). They were so good with all 3 kids and the activities were so fun. My kids never wanted to leave lol
The food was decent. It is not the absolute best resort food we've had but I don't have any complaints. It was good. My only complaint is the way reservations for the hibachi grill worked. It was difficult try and remember to hop in to the app immediately to try and reserve it. I think it should be an option at check in.
The spa was great! They don't have as in depth hydrotherapy as some other spas in the area (just sauna, steam room and outdoor pool) however, the service was great. I received an 80min relaxing massage from Elizabeth and she was fantastic. Probably one of the best massages I've had and she was so sweet. I went back later in the week and got a scalp massage, reflexology and body scrub from Andrei and it was great, she did a wonderful job and was also very sweet.
Our rooms were kept well clean. We did randomly have a day on the weekend no one came and then the next day it seemed like they came a few times. So I'm not sure what happened, but overall they did great and no complaints!
We will definitely be returning. Everyone has been so kind, the service is great, the food is good and the beach and pools are great.

Resort layout is good and there are many pools. They do a good job in cleaning the seaweed from the beach. But, for an all-inclusive experience, it lacks a few things. The food options are very limited. There is only one buffet and that too has only a few items. Nothing much to do at the resort or nearby. For any nightlife, you will need to take an Uber or some other private transport to go to hotel zone and it's a 30 min ride.

This resort was by far one of the best I have ever stayed at. It was actually the first time I visited Mexico and I’ve never felt more safe in an environment like this. The rooms were so clean and I couldn’t even begin to say how nice the rooms were, they were huge spacious and were very nice in the fact that they had all amenities that you need when staying at a hotel this isn’t a hotel but a resort that offers a ton of food options things to do while you are visiting and so much more, we went here for a friends wedding, and I would definitely come back to this resort You should definitely check it out for the great views and all the things they have to offer it is worth the price!
