You can count on one hand the Google reviews I’ve written, but I thought it was necessary to give this place lots of props given that I read plenty of negative reviews and had some doubts. Family of 4(2 adults, 4 year old and 7 year old). First All inclusive as a family. We stayed 5 nights. Staff was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, polite. Any minor issue we had was taken care of immediately. For example, we got locked inside our room, haha, and someone was there changing the lock within minutes. We also lost a stuffed animal when housekeeping changed the bedsheets, and it was found, and returned. Little things, but could have left a bad taste in my mouth if had it ended differently. I can only speak for our family of 4, but we were able to get into all of the restaurants without waits(our trip was first week of June). Other positives: your kids will be in heaven, property is beautiful and well maintained, entertainment team was great, food was much better than I expected. We are experimental, so we enjoyed the variety! Property is safe(gated and away from the Cancun chaos). Negatives: none really, but beware that there are weddings every night in the courtyard area. Can be a bit noisy, but we enjoyed the music sitting on the balcony after our kids were asleep Advice: tip what you think is reasonable. Lots of folks don’t. You can imagine how that could change your experience. Also, don’t do the preferred club. I almost did that, but didn’t feel like I missed anything at all.

I am mainly writing this review because I want people to know that this resort is absolutely perfect for a family holiday. As many people probably do, we checked the reviews before and after we booked and were a bit afraid since quite a few ratings were so negative. After 11 nights, meals at all the restaurants as well as beach and gym sessions, I have only good things to say. Above all, the staff is friendliest and hardest working team I have ever witnessed. Everyone greets you with a smile and in the restaurants as well as the pool, they make sure you are never missing anything. The resort does host quite a few weddings. But since there are so many restaurants, we never had to wait anywhere and the restaurants never felt packed. There is an app as well that gives you all the information and lets you order to the room as well. The food quality is good and there is always a lot to choose from. Meat, fish and vegetables are always freshly cooked and delicious. The pasta and pizza might not be the best (you are in Mexico after all), but the Mexican options are great options every day. As are the BBQ ribs and sides. The pools are nice and big enough for the amount of people. Some do have a rough surface, but we did not have any issues with that. The slides in the kids splash park as well as the two big ones are amazing. The water was very clean and of very good quality. The gym is very well equipped and air conditioned. There is no squat rack but other than that you will find everything you need. The beach is very big with plenty of day beds. The sand is as smooth as it gets and the ocean is very easily accessible - no big drop and not stones or big rocks. I can really not understand how some people could possibly have had such a bad time here and only recommend this resort.

This place is amazing ! This was my first time in Mexico and it was perfect. The staff here are some awesome people Martha who attended our every need with attention to detail and the warmth of family .and Daniel and Carlos at the world cafe who went out of their way for top notch customer service!!! And Alejandro who attended our every need and helped with whatever we wanted from the beach to the food but mostly the staff made this vacation wonderful !!!!!! If you get the chance I’d say go ❤️

So, my wife is big on reviews. She saw a few bad ones mixed in with the others and almost moved us to a different spot. Complaints about food, staff, grounds, etc. Well, I am glad she didn’t. This resort is beautiful and the grounds are impeccable. The rooms are nice and the staff took great care of us. Buffet food was on par but the restaurant options were delicious. Very good food for a resort. Some complained about wait times but we didn’t experience that at all. We got a table right away for every meal. The resort is kid friendly, not kiddie. Lots of activities for all age group to do. If you want a poolside bed, be prepared to get up early. The beach is very pretty but not the best beach I’ve ever been to like others have mentioned. There were several weddings during our visit. There was music during but nothing too loud or bothersome. I did play the golf course too. It’s in great shape with firm, fast fairways. The greens roll so true as well. Overall, you should enjoy your experience. Good vacationing!!!

This place was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond with literally everything!! This was a dream to stay here. Beautiful location and beautiful people There were normal wait times for most dinner options (5-10 min) The staff were so kind and very accommodating and helpful. It was my girlfriends birthday, and they made her feel so special. 💜💜 we will definitely be back!! We absolutely loved this place!!!!
