Very well maintained and beautiful truly luxury resort. We had private swim up rooms and it was very convenient with a newborn. Beach was nice and clean with real palm trees for shades but wasn't able to swim much, it was too wavy. Incresible service and ridiculous variety for food. The sit down restaurants were nice however food flavours were average only. Drink mixes were good. Great experience would visit again. Albert was our butler and he made the experience tenfolds better. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated: the location, atmosphere, immaculate cleanliness, room quality, exceptional value, and above all—the service. The service deserves its own spotlight. It genuinely felt butler-level, yet we were in a standard room category (Swim up room) Every interaction was warm, intuitive, and proactive—staff anticipated needs before we even had to ask. As seasoned, hard-to-impress travelers, we couldn’t find a single thing to critique. The amenities are top-tier. The beach is absolutely spectacular, the pool layouts are stunning and thoughtfully designed, and the lazy river and slides felt like a private oasis—perfectly balanced between relaxation and fun. As bodybuilders the gym had above basic equipment to hit each muscle group adequately Food and drinks were exceptional across the board, easily rivaling high-end resorts we’ve stayed at globally. And the Coco Café? Hands down some of the best coffee I’ve ever had while traveling—a daily non-negotiable. We traveled in December and was some of the best weather we have had in a Caribbean destination during this time of year!

Absolutely wonderful. Very clean. I personally witnessed them cleaning the pool 3 times a day removing leaves and cleaning around the entire area as well as using a cleaning brush to clean inside the pool as well as the drains. I was impressed. The bar tender name Castillo was humble and he worked hard and he always greeted us with a heartwarming hello with a smile on his face. He took the opportunity to learn each guess names making their experience personal and feeling important. I would definitely go back. Also Yehsson in the culinary department was amazing he really shined he captivated my entire family’s heart serving us with an awesome smile. He made me feel like a queen . Our rooms very very cleaning and well stocked with all the things we needed This is what I call a true vacation. Everything was gorgeous.

We just stayed at this resort as part of a group for a destination wedding. We had such a great time! The pools are great, the ocean is super close and staff were friendly! I have a gluten allergy and they went above and beyond to ensure I didn't have any issues. The food here was phenomenal and I never had a bad meal!

We just spent a week at the incredible Dreams Onyx Resort with our family of 9, and I can't say enough good things about this place. We booked a preferred swim-up room at the family pool, which was absolutely perfect for our group with children. The service we received was truly exceptional. Castillo, the bartender at the preferred family pool, went above and beyond every single day. He quickly learned all of our drink orders and always had our favorites ready. What impressed us most was how attentive he was to our kids, making sure they had their favorite drinks too. He made everyone feel special and was incredibly friendly. Castillo is by far the best bartender we've ever encountered at a resort! Our butler/concierge Albert was equally amazing. He was attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. When we mentioned it was my mother-in-law's birthday, Albert took care of everything—he arranged beautiful decorations for her room, ordered a gorgeous cake, and had fresh flowers delivered. His attention to detail and quick service made the celebration truly memorable. The entire staff at Dreams Onyx Resort made our family vacation unforgettable. We can't wait to return!
