We brought a group of 40 people. The experience was excellent. The staff was waiting for us to make the checkin process smooth. The food was very good. Lots of activities to do. The beach is not good to swim but there are so many other things to do that we didn’t feel the need to have a beach. However, we did play beach volleyball and that was a blast. We loved our stay here. Karaoke night was great, we wished it was longer since they only allocated about 1h for karaoke, but it was fun. The entertainment team is awesome. Joe (I think this is his name) was very good entertaining the crowd every night with his wonderful moves. Check out and transfer arrangements was a little rough but we ended up resolving the situation. I highly recommend this resort.

We just came back from an amazing week at Dreams Natura. We traveled with my elderly parents who have mobility issues and the resort was perfect for them. Nelly, the Manager, took care of all of my parents medical needs and ensured that we all had an incredible experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful. There is so much to do for kids from the splash pad, zip-line, pools, daily activities slides. The entertainment staff organized many events throughout the day for both kids and adults.
The food was extremely good as well. We enjoyed each of the restaurants but especially the Japanese and the seafood restaurant. Service was wonderful as well.
The beach was affected by the hurricane so we did not get to enjoy it but I am certain this will get better over time. This was truly a magical vacation.

We are about to leave and have spent 7 days here. This is by far the nicest resort I’ve been to in the 6 times I’ve been to Mexico. The food was really good, staff was excellent! Really patient and nice with our massive group. Our room was tidy and smelt clean everyday. The drinks were delicious in any way you wanted them. We loved the entertainment at night, always something different and the pools were beautiful and clean. I highly recommended this resort, super kid friendly. We most definitely will be back.

Plenty of variety when it comes to the pools. We went with 12 and 13 year olds and it was a good setup for them. Room was excellent. Food was on par for what you’d expect at a Mexican all-inclusive resort. They have a smaller adult-only pool, if you want to get away from kids. If you plan to lay by the pool all day and want a good chair, you need to get out there with your towels by 7am-730am to claim them. ***the resort does not stock the towel bins until about 730am…grab however many towels you need for the next day when you end your current day so that you have them for the next morning***…but if you’re going to leave your stuff in a chair all day and barely use it, don’t grab the prime chairs.
Also, the restaurants on site do NOT do reservations which is uncommon from most other Mexico all-inclusive resorts. Show up around 6 and you can sit down immediately. If you wait until 7-8, plan on having a wait of 30 minutes to an hour.
Rhodes
Recently, our daughter and son-in-law held their nuptial ceremony and subsequent reception at this establishment. Our contingent comprised of sixty-four individuals, inclusive of family members and close acquaintances, and the venue was able to comfortably accommodate our entire party. The guest accommodations were both spacious and well-maintained, and the standard of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. The culinary offerings were of a high caliber, and the overall ambiance of the location was quite agreeable. While it should be noted that there was a minor issue with seaweed on the beach, this is an unavoidable consequence of the natural environment and should not be considered a significant concern. If you are contemplating a destination wedding, I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment as a suitable venue.
