We are about to leave and have spent 7 days here. This is by far the nicest resort I’ve been to in the 6 times I’ve been to Mexico. The food was really good, staff was excellent! Really patient and nice with our massive group. Our room was tidy and smelt clean everyday. The drinks were delicious in any way you wanted them. We loved the entertainment at night, always something different and the pools were beautiful and clean. I highly recommended this resort, super kid friendly. We most definitely will be back.

Recently, our daughter and son-in-law held their nuptial ceremony and subsequent reception at this establishment. Our contingent comprised of sixty-four individuals, inclusive of family members and close acquaintances, and the venue was able to comfortably accommodate our entire party. The guest accommodations were both spacious and well-maintained, and the standard of service provided by the staff was truly exceptional. The culinary offerings were of a high caliber, and the overall ambiance of the location was quite agreeable. While it should be noted that there was a minor issue with seaweed on the beach, this is an unavoidable consequence of the natural environment and should not be considered a significant concern. If you are contemplating a destination wedding, I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment as a suitable venue.

I went to this resort with my family last month for 5 days and I must say this resort was so beautiful and fancy, the food, restaurants, and room service were free for us, I really enjoyed that. The staff, housekeeping, and room service were all nice and I appreciate that, so that being said I thank the entire resort for making out stay enjoyable. I give compliments to all of you for your hard work there at the resort for everything you guys do. Thank you! Unfortunately google is having trouble or my phone is not letting upload my vacation photos and videos, so I will fix that soon.

This is by far the WORST RESORT I HAVE STAYED IN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. When you first get to the resort it’s beautiful. As soon as we got the room keys and went up to our room, we smelled mildew upon exiting the elevator. I noticed the walls were bubbling/ falling apart in certain areas in the hallway. I was really hoping the room would be better than the hallway, but it definitely was not. Upon entering the room it was SUPER humid and smelled very awful (mildewy). The comforter was dirty, the furniture looked dirty and the table appeared to have water damage. The walls closer to the bathroom appeared to have been painted/filled/patched up over and over again. We requested a room change and the second room was not as strong in smell and not as humid but it still smelled bad. The food was not great and it appears that some cross contamination and uncleanliness was going on in the buffet restaurant. I literally saw a woman push the trash down with her bare hands and then turned around to put out more hash browns with those same bare hands that she didn’t bother to wash off first. Most of the staff is friendly but it doesn’t make up for how bad the hotel condition and the food was. I will never be back and never recommend this place to anyone

Worst all inclusive resort you can choose. Rooms are fine. Food is subpar. You can’t go in the ocean water is brown there and smells really bad. I don’t know if there’s a sewer line that feeds into the ocean near by or if it’s a seaweed, but the scent smells absolutely terrible The facility seem to be understaffed very hard to get service or cocktails. There was one swim up pool bar which never had more than one bartender there. There are crocodile warning signs next To the property due to the mangroves scary. There is no activity coordinator very disappointing, especially for a family friendly resort. This is the first resort I’ve been to that didn’t have any activities whatsoever not even a volleyball court on the beach we upgraded to the Premier rooms, which truly gives you no benefit at all don’t spend the extra money There is an adult pool for premier members, but nobody monitors who can go in there, so everybody goes in including kids. Bottom line is you could definitely find a better resort in Cancun for the money.
