My family and I stayed a week at Dreams Macao. To be honest they passed my expectations. I wasn’t expecting so much service and excellence from the hotel. I have been to a few hotel in Dominican Republic and the service here is top notch. From our first day our butler Domingo was excellent. He would always be asking if we needed any reservations or if we needed anything for our bedroom. The housekeeping staff was also great. They always kept our room nice and clean and stocked up everything that we could possibly need from coffee, water and beers. The food at the restaurant were spectacular. We want to specifically thank Gilbert. He was great with us during our stay from suggesting plates, suggesting wines and so on. I really have no negative to say about the hotel everything Was spectacular from the beach to the pools in the rooms to everything. The only thing I would suggest in my personal experience is that the buffet should have a little bit more variety.

We arrived at Dreams Macao Resort through cooperation with our resort hotel.
We were invited to have breakfast at another hotel, which introduced us to this one for marketing purposes.
This resort looks very luxurious, very clean, and really new. I learned from the representatives that the hotel was built only four years ago.
The staff is amazing, the view is amazing, the restaurants are inviting, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very welcoming. We are considering staying at this resort for our next trip.

Ok resort. Had a couple issues with the room. They sent someone to fix the issues. He could not find the leak in the sink and left the water on the shelf. The toilet seat was falling off. It was fixed the next day it was falling off again. The Oceania restaurant was quite nice and had great service. Although my appetizer was over cooked and my salmon was overcooked. The Asian restaurant was very nice. They had an issue seating our larger group but did manage to accommodate us. We ate twice at the Italian restaurant good food and service both times.

I had a great stay at this resort for my cousin’s wedding. The staff were amazing, specifically the entertainment team. I stayed here for 6 days, 5 nights, and BethyBoop, Samuel, Mosquito, and Lucy the mom were amazing. They greeted me with positivity and love every single day. They are amazing workers and deserve their praise. They made the resort so welcoming! They are a beam of light!

Our room was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after our daily adventures. The food was consistently good, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes.
I highly recommend opting for the Preferred Club package. It added an extra layer of luxury and convenience that made our vacation even more enjoyable.
