Loved our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond with all our needs.
We upgraded to preferred and found it extremely worth it. I have food allergies and am Vegan. Our butler Edward would talk to the chefs at whatever restaurant we chose to go to that day ahead of time to ensure my meal was safe and most ended up making off menu items that were amazing! (Pictures of just one night of vegan sushi and fried rice)
The preferred lounge (bartender) Arianis, made the best espresso martinis- so kind and funny. We had a great time chatting.
We made a spa appointment and took advantage of the hydrotherapy before getting the massage. It was extremely relaxing. I would recommend doing it in the morning before you start your day if you’re planning on drinking.
We sat down for the Dominican night show - so much fun to watch the dancers and experience a little bit of their culture.
Had a personal incident and the managers were quick to handle everything and ensure we felt safe and enjoyed the rest of our stay.
Although the beaches had seaweed brought in from the hurricane, the staff were cleaning the beaches each day trying to remove what they could.
All in all we loved our stay and would recommend :)

By far our one of Best summer vacation experience and service, the staff are amazing especially Rigoberto who gave extra attention even if he was not our server. Kids and adults have an opportunity to have fun and relax, great for family vacations. We enjoyed the swim up bars that provided delightful drinks for adults and non alcoholic beverages for kids. Nightly entertainment concerts ad shows at the theater and dancing drinks after with live DJ and dance leads to ensure this endless fun for all. We highly recommend this place to stay!

First experience ever in an all inclusive resort and i am very satisfied. We enjoyed a lot the place. Particularly pleased with the food. We had reserve but the buffet was good. There is an effort to diversify the menu. They provide entertainment and also some sort a day care with activities from children, where you can leave them. The personel is also really friendly. I recommend !

After reading reviews for dozens of Punta Cana resorts, we settled on Dreams Flora, and we were incredibly glad we did. We traveled with 6 adults and 4 children aged 2 to 9. Everyone had a great time. Rooms for very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly. Everyone made us feel very welcome. Special shout-out to Johan and Boni! We paid for the preferred club and thought it was worth it. The food was good, nothing amazing. We weren’t blown away by anything but there were a lot of options and everything was good enough, especially with young kids. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend Dreams Flora to anyone considering it.

Beautiful location, we felt very secure at this hotel. They had two security guards to sign us in and out when we went out for excursions. The room was lovely it had a massive shower and refreshments were replenished daily. The pools were lovely and there were plenty of sunbeds by the pool and the beach. The restaurants were nice and offered plenty of options. In our experience the entertainment was very late as it started at 9pm. If you use the Hyatt app to request any help they are quick and attentive to completing that request. Overall it was a lovely stay and would recommend for anyone.
