This is the third all inclusive resort I've been too, and probably my third favorite. The staff was great and very accommodating to our needs for our party of 15. The rooms were pretty average, no tub was a little disappointing and our room constantly got mosquitos which got annoying very fast. If you're in it for a relaxing pool/beach experience this resort is excellent. The beach is super clean and pools are as well. The bartenders were okay, if you ordered a mixed drink it might taste a little bit different every time. The food was also average to above average. The Italian restaurant and Asian cuisine places were great along with the seaside grill. Entertainment wise it was below average, normally just some live singing in the evening and a show at 9pm which was about it. The spa was excellent and the workout room was it great shape as well. For a newer resort that has only been around a few years it just lacked that "Wow" factor. Still enjoyed the stay none the less.

This hotel was a dream, literally, to be at. The staff was very helpful and friendly all the time. The food is great especially if you enjoy the Dominican cuisine. The vibe right when you get to the front desk is top tier. The animation team is unreal! They go all day long from morning until night with a smile on their faces and are so engaging with their guests. The rock show last night was so cool- the entertainment never fails. There was a pool show, and they even had a St. Patty’s day gathering on the beach which I thought was a nice touch. Everything about this place is great and I’ll definitely be returning! This was my second time back and loved the resort! First was just a couples trip and then went back with my kids. We love the food and ambiance of this resort. But the kind and fun people who work here set it over the top. Truly feels like family taking care of you. We even got to reconnect with the world's best Bartenders, Eddie and Jean Carlos! Thanks for making our stay extra special! Great resort, short drive to airport, and Wonderful rooms, food and service!

This was the most fabulous place I have ever stayed at! All of the staff there were so friendly and we had the best time ever! Our 18 year old seniors had a blast and will remember this trip for a lifetime. We want to shout out George and his whole entertainment team. They were such a great group of people and took us in like family! We will never forget this trip! All of the staff were fabulous!
Estes River Retreat
This hotel boasts spectacular grounds amazing beach huge pools that wind around trees and have bridges and great swim up bars Yoga every morning under a beautiful palapa surrounded by fountains. We never had to wait very long for food at night which was always wonderful and let’s talk about the staff. Friendly kind happy -DR is where it’s at folks. After finding my beach front chair in the quiet morning hours these cuties came along to bring beach side folks fresh coffee and a pastry! The spa was also great best hydrotherapy ever - could have stayed under those “shoulder keys” forever We loved our stay #dreamsflora
