Special thanks to Chino at the Seaside Grill for giving us such a great dining experience that we went back 3 times during our stay. His attentive, friendly, engaging demeanor made our dinners extra enjoyable and entertaining. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Chino went out of his way to make sure our meals were to our liking and made our family feel so well taken care of. We recently vacationed at Dreams Flora. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. One staff member in particular made a lasting impression on our family-ROGELIO. He was amazing! Best service we have ever received! He was extremely humble and kind. The grounds were very beautiful and well kept. The pools were clean and gorgeous! The food was delicious and accessible. Prices of items in the gift shop were not inflated; they were reasonably priced. We really enjoyed the buffet for breakfast. So many great options! We will be back!

Love love love love this resort! The staff is incredible, so nice and polite and accommodating. This resort exceeded all expectations. The food was another standout — fresh, flavorful, and with so many options that we never had the same thing twice unless we wanted to. Whether it was a poolside snack or a fine dining dinner, every meal was delicious. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and truly relaxing. All the food has been delicious, but I must mention, coming from the New York-New Jersey area where Mexican food is a signature, I have never had a fajita like the one from Chef Eduardo, so delicious just like if we were in Mexico very tasty, did I say “very tasty” this restaurant will not disappoint! Our other favorite was Bordeaux the food was great and the service of Yadelka, Rosa and Hector was seamless, friendly and very professional. The spa is just spectacular, thank you to Santa and Jennifer for our couple massage, the ladies at the front desk, Jorge and the lovely escort Yenis! ❤️

My family visited Dreams Flora Punta Cana in January of this year. It was me, my husband, and our two kids (ages 8 and 3). I had written a VERY detailed review right when we got back, it was so long that Google rejected it due to its length. So with this attempt, I am going to keep it short and sweet. We had never done an all-inclusive before, and weren't sure what to expect. We ended up having the most amazing time. Everything from the grounds to the beach to the food to the service was incredible. Special shout-out to Felicidad and her team at the Kids Club. She and her staff worked tirelessly to offer great entertainment throughout the day and into the evenings and we felt at ease leaving both our kids there for short periods of time. We can't wait to go back!
