The resort was beautiful! There were multiple pools, some with swim up bars, and the beach was great! The rooms were clean, there was a nice variety of food and restaurants. The staff was exceptional! Eddy, bartender at Rendezvous, was great! Always welcoming us with high fives and making us delicious drinks! We had a fabulous waitress, Patria, who was so friendly and felt like an addition to our friend group! This is definitely a resort I would visit again!

This resort is truly one of the best I’ve ever visited. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. The food exceeded my expectations—everything was fresh and delicious, especially the à la carte restaurants. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Kids Club. My children had an amazing time! A very special thank you to Laurys, Leonela, Yonersy, Saulina, and Yuleisy—they are absolutely wonderful and caring. The activities were fun and engaging, the space was spotless, and they went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday truly memorable. I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in my life, but this one is by far superior. Extremely clean, amazing food, and incredibly warm and happy staff. Every day, there are special little events, and you can truly feel the effort and care that goes into making everything special. The resort is the perfect size — not too small, not too big. What stood out the most to me was the lush greenery everywhere. The name really fits the place 🌿 The resort was recently renovated, so everything feels modern and up to date. A special thank you to Kelvin (pool), Jonathan (buffet), Raouly (bar) and his crew, Jeffry (buffet), and the beautiful buffet hostess, who always has a smile. Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we will definitely be back next year. Thank you!!

The staff doesn’t just serve you — they truly care about you. A huge thank you to: • Will • Stalin • Javier • Waylin • Edward • Cesar • Yeson – the BEST bartender ever! I don’t drink alcohol, and Yeson went out of his way to make sure every bartender knew my drinks had to be virgin. I never had to repeat myself. That level of attention meant so much to me. He made incredible drinks and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for the entire time. Honestly, I wish I could take them all home with me! 🍽️ The Restaurants – Absolutely Incredible 🇫🇷 French Restaurant The food was elegant and delicious, and the staff was phenomenal. The service was attentive, warm, and made the entire dining experience feel special. 🔥 Hibachi SO much fun! The chefs and all of the staff even the hostesses that made my birthday extra special, going out of their way to celebrate me. The energy, the entertainment, the food — everything was amazing and memorable. 🇮🇹 Italian Restaurant Absolutely delicious. Authentic flavors, beautiful presentation, and wonderful service. 🥂 The Buffet To die for. So many options, everything fresh, and the staff there was just as attentive and kind as everywhere else on the resort. ✨ Cleanliness & Atmosphere The resort is spotless. Dreams flora Start off by saying this is a 4 out of 5 star resort. We are on day 7 of 8 of our stay in October of 2025. We are staying in a preferred swim out on the adult only side straight across from bar. Room is very nice. Plenty of room. We have our own patio out back plus day bed. Only gripe is bed is long in the tooth. You’re forced to sleep in lumpy divots on either side and pillow are like stones. Room is great otherwise but bed makes it hard to get good night sleep. A new mattress and softer pillows would make a world of difference. The preferred beach access on the adults only end is non existent. There is sand but you can’t get to ocean because of drop off due to erosion. Rest of beach area is great. Navigating property can be a little confusing. A lot of meandering paths. Himitsu ala carte restaurant is great. They offer 4 different sushi rolls and 5 different main courses. Service was slow and can be noisy from hibachi which is in same room. Hibachi is served in same room as Himitsu and was good with fried rice, chicken, steak and shrimp. It is the only restaurant that requires a reservation. The show the chefs put on was pretty good, not as good as what we have gotten in the states but if you have never been to one you will enjoy. Food was somewhat bland compared to the ala carte side of restaurant and it’s extremely loud. Imagine trash can lids banging together. This was our least favorite dinner option besides buffet. Portofino is Italian food and was one of our favorite restaurants on property. They serve typical Italian food. Lasagna and caprese salad was exceptionally good. Would eat here multiple nights. Le patio is a Mexican restaurant serving typical Mexican affair. The loaded nachos they start you out with were very good. As a main course I’d recommend the fajitas. I got the enchiladas and they weren’t a favorite. A little over cooked and crunchy. Would eat here over buffet and hibachi show. Seaside grill won as our top spot. From top to bottom the best meal and service. They offer various cuts of steak and sides. We both had the iceberg lettuce salads for starters Would recommend preferred club room for the breakfast and lunch option at seaside grill which was excellent and the preferred club lounge for snacks and a better variety of alcoholic drinks. If you visit the adult only bar you should have a great experience with Alberto and Juan. They took great care of us. Our “butler” was Antanasio and he did an excellent job. Greeted us every morning and took care of all our needs. He surprised my wife with strawberries and champagne one night. If you can request someone I would request him for sure. We loved it so much we are going back in May of 2026.
