Loved the resort. It was our first time at an all inclusive and we enjoyed it. Many reviews mentioned the food not being good for vegetarians but we liked it and had no problems for the 6 days we were there. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back. Beach is beautiful despite some Sargassum, hotel is doing a very good job in trying to remove it.

Highly recommend this resort! This is definitely a place I would love to return to. The food is delicious, with a great variety to suit even the fussiest eaters. Although the resort offers five different restaurants, I especially enjoyed the buffet. The service is excellent—everyone is friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There are multiple swimming pools and bars, so the resort never feels crowded, and it’s easy to find a free deck chair at any time. The rooms look great and are very well maintained, with housekeeping taking care of cleaning twice a day. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Dreams Resorts never fail to impress ! Dreams flora is one of the best Dreams resorts we have stayed in . The staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond from the reception team to the Maids and the bar staff. The room was cleaned several times a day . We managed to eat at all of the a la carte restaurants. We even were surprised with a free dinner on the beach. Being in the preffered club is a must for us , the seperate beach and pool areas during the day with drinks service were excellent . Our butler did everything to make our stay special. We always managed to get a sunbed and umbrella at any time of the day . The sea was clear and seaweed kept away. We stayed for 10 days and took several trips during the break , The Amstar team organised the trips with runners adventures who were also perfect. We cannot fault anything at this hotel and much prefer the quieter more rustic beach of cabeza de Toro than Bavaro beach . We will definitely be back ☺️

As I did, you will feel as a star in an awesome movie! If you don't like nature, beach or amazing staff, this place is definitely not for you. Every barman, wether it is at the lobby, the beach, the swim up bars are just dynamic and playful, adding a lot to the overall experience. It was my first in the Carribean and I don't think I'll be able to visit other places because I felt I was part of and inviting and overall welcoming experience. Of course, speaking Spanish with the staff is a must! (You can use Google translate, they will be amazed 😁) Thanks again Dreams Flora for the everlasting memories!

One of the prettiest all inclusive resorts I've been to so far. The greenery and general layout is very nice to look at--even when its raining. The room was very nice, clean, and fully stocked with snacks, drinks, and a variety of toiletries/kits. That said, the food was a bit lackluster... Seaside grill had some pretty good steak, but it was a bit inconsistent both in seasoning and quality. Regardless, it was definitely the best food we had during our stay. The buffet was okay for both lunch and dinner, but most of the meat was tough. The cooked salmon, however, was actually good. Bordeaux and El Patio both had decent food. It was worth going once, but not particularly worth going to a second time unless you just wanted to try other options. The 24 hour cafe did have a really good iced latte, but other than that the sweets options were a bit stale and not really worth getting. The resort has a flyer pdf with all the activities and featured items, such as the drink of the day. However, multiple times we tried asking for the featured drink, the waiter or bartender would not know what we were talking about or just said we don't have that. For a resort that big, there also weren't that many activities compared to other resorts we've been to. I feel this resort really is meant just for relaxing and chilling out, which I am not particularly against, but it would be nice if there were more options to do something without having to pay for third party services like excursions. Service overall was okay, and had a very big focus on being "family". While I wouldn't go as far as saying they were unwelcoming, there were multiple moments with lack of communication, like having our plate taken when we were still eating without asking if we were done or pouring us water only without asking if we would like something else to drink. Our butler, Oliver, was awesome and very attentive though and helped us with everything we needed. He helped with ordering room service, making reservations, and general directions throughout the stay. He even went out of his way to find us during the day to check in with us personally. Overall, I think Dreams Flora was a decent experience. It is still arguably one of the most aesthetic beach resorts I've been to and Punta Cana weather and climate is beautiful. The place is perfect if you plan on just relaxing by the pool/beach and having drinks. The food and service is okay but not impressive. The room is clean and well equipped. I think this is a good spot to go if it's your first time going to an all inclusive resort or if you just plan on going out a lot on excursions.
