This resort is beautiful, the beach was sandy and amazing, and the pools were clean and lovely. The entertainment team was so fun and inviting. I have never been to a resort before where they encouraged people to participate in the various activities like water aerobics & Zumba/salsa on the beach. The staff are so welcoming and kind and took interest in getting to know you. I had the pleasure of teaching yoga on the pier every morning, this was an amazing experience to teach to others from around the world and having the sea all around us. I highly recommend this resort!

Definitely worth it! The facilities are beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable. The food options were very good as well. My wife, two kids and I enjoyed all of the meals. We have dined in many hotels in the Dominican Republic and this hotel's food quality was really good! Trust me on this one because we are very picky especially when it comes to food quality. We spent some time on the beach and it was a beautiful day and the water was stunning. I truly dont have a single complaint about this resort. Maybe I visited while everything was just running very smoothly because everything just seemed flawless. Whether you come for a vacation or even a day pass it is worth every dollar.

Recently stayed at the resort for our vacation. The location of the resort is just perfect with beautiful access to the beach. Upon check in to the hotel, we were told that our rooms were not available due to the resort being full (despite having reserved the rooms beforehand). We were checked in at the very back of the resort with plenty of walking distance to the beach and all the amenities. Our rooms were only available two days after our check in, after speaking with the resort management, we got our rooms the next day. Also, at check in we were pushed on purchasing the "preferred membership" for additional funds (having paid a decent amount for the vacation itself). The "preferred membership" provided an extra restaurant and better spot on the beach. The services at the restaurants and the buffet was relatively slow. At one point we had to wait for an hour in a restaurant to receive our main course after the appetizers. Bars were decent, the bartenders were great. Overall, location is great, service was poor.

TRAVELERS BEWARE!! They claim to be a safe and family resort. But it is not at all. They stick families with kids in a different part of the hotel away from everyone and the beach. You have to walk or wait for a golf cart to pick you up. If you walk around the resort, people always try to sell you things and ask for money. People who sell items also ask if you want drugs, The resort fails to make it as safe especially when kids are around. The food is under par and you will have stomach issues. When booking the hotel, we paid as a premium member, but our room was a hole in the wall. We asked to transfer room, but they said that we would have to pay more if you want to change a room. We paid $3000 for our original room for a week stay. Everything Is average or below average at this hotel. Yes, it states it inclusive, but they don’t want to give you the premium drinks or give you good service. This is a hotel that I would never want to be a part of And it doesn’t make me want to visit their other branches they have. Hope I can help anyone deciding to visit this hotel.
