We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful resort everyone is so friendly and welcoming they keep it super clean all the time you don't see that anymore in other resorts We upgraded to the preferred club and we loved it. the beach is amazing too the food is great so much to choose and the servers are so nice, the drinks were pretty good bartenders in the pool bar are so much fun! I absolutely love everything about this resort..Can't wait to come back.

We had a great time at this resort. Service was great, they are trying to make you feel so comfortable and welcome. Everyone was trying above and beyond. The property is very well maintained, everything is spotless. There are a plenty of food options, bars are everywhere. Beach is breathtaking. We were here with 2 kids and we enjoyed it very much. Cleaning lady Maria did amazing job, our room always looked amazing!

We have just returned from a two week stay and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff all round the complex were very friendly and helpful especially Marie who cleaned our room, Monica in Coco cafe and Renaldo who made my omelette in the morning. The area around the pools were very clean and plenty of lounges with shade as the temperature was very hot. The short walk to the beach was very good and it was everything the brochure said it was. We booked a 10 dive package and from Daniel on reception to all the dive masters they were extremely helpful and very friendly, especially Regina and boat crew who helped with all our dive gear. The entertainment was very professional especially the water show on the Saturday evening. The food in the World Cafe was amazing, everything you could ask for as to the specific restaurants. 10/10 for everything

Dreams Dominion La Romana is amazing! The service is excellent. Jerry and Jay are the best at the beach. They came to get us to dance every day. Edwin was our butler and he did an amazing job. He made sure our family birthday was special. We have traveled a lot and this is one of the most beautiful beach we have seen. There is no seaweed and the water is so clear.

stayed with my girlfriend for 2 weeks in April 2025 pros: - carribien sea - fruits - terrace in each apartment - staff helped my girlfriend when she was not feeling well - hotel doctor cons: - hotel is extremely overcrowded with people (hotel is relatively small if we compare it to other hotels on the same beach, e.g. viva dominicus). Overcrowded kitchen area, overcrowded beach, traffic jam of people when u r just walking from one area of hotel to another - veeery small beach taking into account size of hotel. You have to wake up at 7:00 AM and immediately "reserve" good spots on the beach, otherwise u will be lying on the sun - awful food (it's just not tasty, not properly cooked, veeery fatty) cocktails are made from good alcohol but all other ingredients are sooo cheap, as result if u really into cocktails and u do know what good cocktail is, just DO NOT drink cocktails, it's total waste of your stomach health and your calories - you can get 1 king size bed instead of 2 double beds ONLY if you join so called preferred clud which costs $500 for a couple. I had to sleep with my girlfriend in different beds. That is insane - half of the beach is occupied with area ONLY for preferred club members - you cannot walk outside of your beach, most likely you will be stopped by security guy from another hotel and asked to leave the area. Lifehack - go alongside seashore, that's how they cannot catch you! Or just swim to other nearby beaches) - poor service (in the beginning I had to call 3 times so that room is cleaned after 2 days w/o cleaning) - veeery loud events up to 11:00 PM. In case if your appartment is located near main event area, it's impossible to fall asleep. Music is exremely loud. Of couse we were not warned about that. We had to change our apartment to the one far away from music area - in majority of cases, you cannot escape very loud music during the day and evening - when we asked to change the room, service lady said that we have to stay for 3 hours w/o apartment (we check-out at 10:00 AM, check-in to new apartment at 1:00 PM). However new apartment was fully ready for us. Only after arguing and asking to talk with manager, we were offered to make exchange w/o waiting time at 12:00 PM - I do not know why man staff is very polite however women staff are quite rude and agressive. Sometimes they just ignore what you are saying while trying to make the order -romantic dinner for $120 with so-so food. No comments here, extremely overpriced - even though it is 5-star all inclusive hotel, staff tries to charge u in each and every moment: spa, massage, evening events, romantic dinner, just selling some gfts, etc. You cannot get away from that - we asked to fly with the drone, filled in several papers providing all the details (including serial number of drone), we got no response Summary: Strongly DO NOT recommend, search for another 5-start hotel at Carribean. Everything good I remember from this 2-weeks vacation with my girlfriend was NOT connected to hotel: Carribean, fruits, travelling to Saona and Catalina islands (btw I DO recommend you visiting these 2 islands, definetely must have)
