Fantastic hotel with wonderful pool and gardens. The restaurants are high quality and the staff are so amazing and helpful.
The hotel is very close to the center, just a quick walk out the door to more Beaches to the south and a longer walk of about 15 minutes to the main beach to the north.

Me and my partner stayed 4 nights here and I cannot recommend more.. the hotel is well designed and just pleasant to see everywhere. The location is close to the sea, and you can just go for a walk along the beach for 3min away. Room was clean and staff cleaned everyday. Breakfast and drinks were nice too. If you want to park your car in the hotel, you’ll have to pay 15 euro a day. Shame we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hotel fully. I will come back again in future. High recommended!!

Our stay was absolutely enjoyable and flawless. Customer service was phenomenal, room was spacious, clean, and luxurious with beautiful view of the water. My massage at the spa was spectacular (thank you Elena!) Gym was AMAZING. And the food was delicious. If we return to Tenerife we will stay here again at this conveniently located slice of paradise. This was my first time doing a solo trip as a female. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely! The staff at the front entrance and reception have been excellent and super welcoming. Overall the hotel is very clean and tidy. It's in a great location with easy access to the beach and surrounding areas. If you're looking to visit Siam park it's an easy 3-4 min drive via local taxi or if you're looking to enjoy the sun and walk the walk is approx 20-25mins. The gym is by far one of the best I've ever attended abroad, open with a stunning view of the sea. The world cafe buffet is delicious with incredible choice of local and international food - spoilt for choice for both breakfast and dinner with delicious choices for dessert. Overall, the ambience of this hotel is so calm, peaceful and lovely. I'd 100% would return back to this hotel to enjoy my stay in Costa Adeje. Thank you to all the staff for making this stay as comfortable as possible for me :)

Hotel has a lovely architectural design, which appears natural and just lovely. The gardens are amazing and in impeccable shape. It really is a tropical paradise. The staff is most friendly, incredibly helpful and genuinely polite a as well as caring. We were very pleased. 🙏🏼
The food is fresh, delicious and prepared with attention to detail. The amenities allow enough space to have a proper quiet place to eat and the priority club allows you to be extremely secluded if you wish to be.
Also, as a medical professional, I can tell the hygienic standards are very much held up high. People constantly make sure things are clean, disinfected and in good condition. The housekeeping is very sweet, flexible as well as fast while being thorough and clean.
Very family friendly hotel! the kids play area is great as well as the kids club. They really take interest in the children, have many materials, crafts and play with the kids. Very caring and sensible staff.
Little side story:
A little unpleasant encounter was handled by the staff very fast and INCREDIBLY WELL. A little boy pooped into the kids pool and within seconds the staff reacted, taped off the area as a precaution, put up signs, drained the entire pool, disinfected it multiple times and refilled the pool. it was only after second and third check the day reopened the kids pool. Super fast, very clean and efficient. I was highly impressed.
