Five stars all the way! Service was top notch, especially at the cafe! Iris, and Lauree were exceptional in service. They always made us feel at home, we really enjoyed our visits for breakfast before the parks. Location is perfect, close to Disney Springs. The free shuttle to the parks was always on time and a joy to ride. We will definitely stay here if and when we visit Orlando.

The hotel is very nice and in a good location, but the room was not clean, there was a lot of dirt on the floor, and the closet seemed to have not been cleaned in days. The check-in was terrible, not at all courteous. Another point: transportation to the Disney parks is not free; it costs $14 at the time of the reservation. (If the service at the time of check-in was nicer and more courteous and the rooms were very clean, I would say that it is a beautiful hotel and that I do recommend it.)

Liked 1) Spacious rooms 2) Convenient parking 3) Complimentary Shuttle service to Disney theme parks 4) Water fountains on the hotel lobby 5) Shower was great with hot water 6) Queen beds were clean and comfortable 7) Lot of cabinets to organize your stuff for longer stay 8) Nice dining table and chairs 9) Early entry to Magic Kingdom 10) Ice machine on each floor 11) Separate TVs in each room 12) Shuttle was on time in the morning. Disliked 1) Food particles and pet hairs on the sofa bed 2) Microwave had food particles on the surfaces 3) No shower caps in the bathroom 4) Only one sink in the bathroom, most hotels have two. 5) Refrigerator was not efficient, had to use ice machine 6) Shared shuttle service with 3 other resorts. We waited like 10-15 minutes and some of the guests could not fit so they had to wait another 30 minutes after long tiring day. There should be a shuttle every 10 minutes towards the end of the day or a dedicated shuttle for the resort. 7) Separate parking charges of $25 for each night 8) Resort fees of $25 for each day but that only includes coffee, not even cup of milk for young children or parking. Thermostat default setting was Fan ON instead of Auto Fan, I had to figure that our in the middle of the night. We did not use TV, locker or Iron stand so can not speak for that.

Staying for the weekend however I felt compelled to write this review for Izzy. I called to prepare for my stay and ask a few questions and she accommodated me and more. I felt so comfortable talking to her and she made sure all of my needs were met. To have customer service like this is such a blessing and Izzy went above and beyond. I will update my review once we stay but honestly I’m so excited for my stay and Izzy made it really special. Please give her the recognition and praise. Thank you so much IZZY!!!!!

Realized I've stayed here twice and haven't left a review. I guess it's true that good experiences usually don't prompt people to leave a review. The rooms are spacious. Love having a table and microwave for the kids. The shuttle buses rarely needed us to fold up our strollers which was cool when it happened. The customer service is amazing. Housekeeping also always amazing. Is this the waldorf, no. But for a 3 star hotel it greatly exceeds my expectations. We usually stay on site and mostly at deluxe level but this has also been great when we want to do a lower cost trip.
