Enjoyable stay. Lovely decor and furnishings. As soon as you step into the hotel the aromatic scent will hit your nose and I loved it. However, the price was just a little bit off judging from the room size, with this price you can get a studio room with 50 sqm where else. Breakfast line was enormous with different types of cuisine, absolutely fabulous tho! Service was great! Everyone was attentive and enthusiastic. Ideal location! Close to everything! Sky train (BTS), shopping malls, Michelin Star restaurant, massage shops, 7-11.

I stayed at the Double Tree Hotel for nine nights and had a great experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the city skyline. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. Breakfast had a good variety. It was a comfortable stay and I would definitely return

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was simply not worthy of the Hilton brand. Upon arrival, I encountered numerous issues: broken lighting and air conditioning that required a technician to come to the room, and outdated furniture. But the worst part was the bedding — I discovered blood stains on the sheets when I went to bed at night. I reported this to the front desk the next morning, but there was no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. They just “took note” and that was it. Not even a complimentary drink at the bar, nothing. On top of that, no one to help with luggage upon arrival — you’re left to manage on your own. Honestly, nothing about this hotel reflects the standards of a 4-star property, let alone the Hilton name. For the price, you will find hundreds of far better hotels in Bangkok.

Anyone familiar with Hilton Doubletree will recognize one of the hotel signature is offering the welcome cookie at check in. It’s FREE everywhere in the world, except here. 75thb?! 600 thb for the cookie can. They peddle cookies at the front desk. 🤦‍♂️. This is the start of how different this hotel is compared to the same brand in other parts of the world. This hotel seems to nickel and dime you for so many minor things, so I suggest double and triple check your bill at end of your stay to avoid surprises. Careful with minibar and Additionally, was told I need to give room service advance notice before I can order? WTH?? As diamond member there are 0 perks here. They don’t upgrade rooms, limited on where you can sit for breakfast and no lounge. The location is good, but everything about the management staff is poor. The staff work hard, but everything else makes this an awful stay. Will definitely not return.

Always an amazing stay here. Stayed here multiple times as I find their beds comfy, the service great, and it's a perfect location without the noise of Bangkok at night. This time, I stayed on my birthday, and they set up the room for me. Plus, offered me an opera cake the night of my stay. Definitely will be coming back
