My wife and I visited for 6 nights over Christmas 2025. I had been here a few times with work, and also stayed in several other hotels in this area over the years. The staff here are absolutely lovely, and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are always very clean and well maintained, the wifi is good and rooms are quite well sound proofed. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of Asian and European options. The pool area is very comfortable, with lovely staff and in the sun most of the day. Only negative is that some people not staying at the hotel can be in the pool area, so sunbeds can be at a premium on a very busy day. I look forward to returning, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent stay with a real personal touch. Recognised as a Hilton Honors member before arrival and contacted to ensure a seamless stay — benefits and possible upgrades depending on status. Easy drop-off at the entrance and parking on site.Warm, welcoming reception with restaurant and bar, fast lifts, and pleasant outdoor garden seating at the rear. Greeted on arrival, thanked for returning, and given the signature warm cookie — a lovely touch.Rooms are modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with great storage, universal power points, a very comfortable bed, and city views that look fantastic at night. Bathroom features a large double rainfall shower and a clever sliding partition.Breakfast is outstanding — huge variety with live cooking, Asian and Western options, fresh juices, immunity shots, and more than you could possibly try in one stay. The General Manager often checks in with guests, which really adds to the experience.7th-floor pool and gym are excellent, with attentive staff, plenty of loungers (including in-water), a bar, food service, and non-smoking throughout.Great Sukhumvit location near Phrom Phong BTS, EmQuartier, Emporium, and easy connections across Bangkok. Smooth check-out and helpful staff.One of my favourite Hiltons in Bangkok — not the biggest, but consistently delivers quality, comfort, and genuine service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here for a few nights in Dec 2025. Hotel very easy to get to from the airport via Airport and Sukhumvit line which took about an hour. We were on the 20th floor with a superior room. Room was a good size, bed was large and comfortable with good pillows. The shower was a nice size but the overhead shower wasn’t that good so used the one on the wall. The breakfast was fantastic, with both Thai and Indian options. The pool is a good size with a good selection of beds but a bit noisy due to the traffic. There are loads of places to eat and drink in the area and it’s easy to get to attractions as the hotel is right by the Phrom Phong BTS station. Only problem we had was the room had an adjoining door and we could hear the people in the next room.

​I expected a professional experience staying at a DoubleTree by Hilton, but this stay was a series of service failures from start to finish. ​Check-in Failure: Despite booking 3 rooms with specific requests (King beds, no corner rooms), we were told the hotel had no record of our instructions. One room was even set up as a twin. After a lot of back-and-forth, we weren't able to get into our rooms until 6:00 PM. ​Bar "Bait-and-Switch": While waiting for our delayed room, we went to the bar. A brochure at the table clearly stated a 1-for-1 beer promotion, which the staff explicitly confirmed. However, when the bill arrived, we were charged full price. A different staff member claimed the promotion was for a different property, despite the brochure being right in front of us. ​Midnight Disturbance: At 12:00 AM, our room’s curtain lights began flickering uncontrollably. We had to have a technician in our room at midnight to stop it. It was incredibly intrusive and disrupted our sleep. When I brought these cumulative issues to management (Ms. Apple), the response was a "brush-off." They offered 5 drink vouchers (which expired the same night) and a "complimentary upgrade" for a future stay. ​As I am not a loyalty member and have no plans to return to this property, a "future promise" holds zero value for the failures of this stay. Management refused to offer any tangible compensation (like a partial refund or credit) for the fact that we lost half a day of our stay and had our rest interrupted at midnight. If you value your time and sleep, stay elsewhere. There are many hotels in Sukhumvit that understand service recovery better than this property.

Very efficient and responsive team! Location is short walk to BTS. There are 3 malls within walking distance. Many eateries and the famous BCM is 2 min walk away. 7-11 is every other corner. Japanese mall is a nice 20 min stroll away with BIG C next to it. Nice area but it traffic gets pretty bad in the day time. Best and fastest way to get around in BKK is GRAB a bike! Very affordable and comes quickly!
