This place is fantastic! Staff can’t do enough to make sure your stay is superb. Pro tip -book the breakfast. There is such a wide variety of items to choose from and all are delicious. The rooms are neat, clean and very comfortable. AC can be controlled to your own comfort level. Shower is modern with rain shower and hand sprayer. This place is wonderful.

My wife and I visited for 6 nights over Christmas 2025. I had been here a few times with work, and also stayed in several other hotels in this area over the years. The staff here are absolutely lovely, and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are always very clean and well maintained, the wifi is good and rooms are quite well sound proofed. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of Asian and European options. The pool area is very comfortable, with lovely staff and in the sun most of the day. Only negative is that some people not staying at the hotel can be in the pool area, so sunbeds can be at a premium on a very busy day. I look forward to returning, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Edited: The staffs are attentive and responsive with offered solution. 5 stars for the service. Edited: added pictures for hygiene. This is not a 4 stars hotel. The soundproofing is not up to standard. You could hear everything from the hallway, the room above you and next to you. You don’t even have to be sensitive to noises to notice it. For this price range in Bangkok, there are tons of better options. The location is convenient but so are the other hotels. It is about 3-5 minutes walk to the BTS but the asmosphere is very adult oriented. Would not recommend and would not come back.

Stayed here for a few nights in Dec 2025. Hotel very easy to get to from the airport via Airport and Sukhumvit line which took about an hour. We were on the 20th floor with a superior room. Room was a good size, bed was large and comfortable with good pillows. The shower was a nice size but the overhead shower wasn’t that good so used the one on the wall. The breakfast was fantastic, with both Thai and Indian options. The pool is a good size with a good selection of beds but a bit noisy due to the traffic. There are loads of places to eat and drink in the area and it’s easy to get to attractions as the hotel is right by the Phrom Phong BTS station. Only problem we had was the room had an adjoining door and we could hear the people in the next room.
