This was truly one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve ever experienced. The hotel boasts a beautiful ambiance, with expansive landscaped areas and multiple pool options that add to the charm. The food was excellent, complemented by warm and attentive service — they even prepared special dishes just for us, which made the experience even more memorable. The morning activities were lively and engaging, perfect for starting the day with positive energy, while the night shows were entertaining and well-organized, creating a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. Overall, the service was outstanding. A special thanks to the amazing animation team, especially Ahmad, Sultan, and Mada, for adding so much energy and fun to our stay.

I just returned from my stay at DoubleTree and overall, I’m satisfied, though there are a few things worth mentioning. I stayed in the new section of the hotel, where the rooms have just been renovated. Some rooms nearby were still being worked on, and while the noise was occasionally noticeable, it wasn’t particularly bothersome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As guests in the new part of the hotel, we also had access to the older section, but we didn’t use it much since not much was happening there during our stay. The beach was average, but personally, that wasn’t a priority for me. A big advantage was the shuttle bus, which ran every 15 minutes and transported guests throughout the hotel grounds. The new section was much quieter and more private, which I appreciated. As for the food, it wasn’t bad – pretty standard for this country. I’ve stayed at hotels where the food was much worse. I dined twice at the Gala restaurant by the beach, where the food was of a much higher standard – definitely a big plus for the hotel. There’s also a promenade next to the hotel with shops where you can find everything you might need: a pharmacy, perfumes, souvenirs, etc. The hotel is also very close to the airport. The gym was really nice – air-conditioned, small, but had everything you need. Overall, I’m giving 5 stars because I got a great deal on the price. If I had paid the average rate for this standard, I would have rated it 4.

If You Miss Pasta Every Day – This Might Be the Place for You I would recommend this hotel only if you’re really missing eating pasta every single day. Many of the reviews online are misleading — don’t believe everything you read. The food here leaves a lot to be desired. The kitchen makes no real effort, and variety is almost non-existent. There’s hardly any fish, and when there is, it’s clearly the cheapest kind. On the beach, they serve things like a sausage roll — but don’t expect real meat in that sausage. It’s questionable at best. The reception staff? All unfriendly, even rude at times. Don’t count on them to help you with anything — it feels like you’re bothering them just by asking a question. There is no animation whatsoever. And I really mean NONE. No entertainment activities, no shows, nothing. The only music you’ll hear is some background tunes at the pool — but that’s about it. Technically there’s some animation on the beach, but it’s extremely weak and hardly noticeable. The only real positive is that the rooms are cleaned well, and they give you bottled water regularly. That’s really the only consistent service you can expect. This hotel is rated 4 stars, but it’s more like a 2+ in reality. Maybe if they invested in proper cooking and guest service training, they could improve. If you’re seriously craving daily pasta and very low-effort service — this might work for you. Otherwise, think twice. There’s an amazing hotel nearby called White Hill — I’d recommend checking that one out instead.

Note the review and the response, again just dismiss the fact I am still here and a simple auto response. Have stayed in the Sharm 8 times and always enjoyed our visits. This would not be a return hotel sadly but are making the best of what we are in right now, after giving some feedback and promised they would get back to us which has not happened. I love all the advertised Cookies on arrival, guess what?! NOT THERE, don’t put it all over the buses! Two sides to this hotel Beach side very nicely done, Mountain a bit dated. Food is average and the Bars are forever running out of beer! Pool Bar side ran out at both Bars at 12pm!! No Vodka on an evening so served Gin instead with no mention. Staff are okay especially in the (AMAZING) Q Bar which makes up a bit. Not the best honeymoon I was hoping for all in all.

The stay here has been amazing everyone has been so sweet. Me and my friends had a woman who’d always welcome us with a smile when we’d enter and go out she is called fatma Ali she is a security officer and she’d always wish us blessings on our safety. If I ever come back next time I’d hope to see her again. Her being there made me feel so safe and welcoming. Thank you
