​We had an amazing experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided a warm and friendly atmosphere. When we requested a room change the day after our arrival, they were happy to accommodate us and were very open to our feedback. ​The activities were a lot of fun, and I especially enjoyed the Zumba and the local entertainment at the Olympic Bar. While all the staff were professional, service requests were initially a bit slow due to high demand. However, Khaider Ismail was exceptional. He kept us entertained, ensured our drinks were constantly refilled, and frequently checked in to make sure we were okay. ​Later in our trip, we asked for local recommendations. Ibrahim suggested visiting Old Town and dining at Fares Seafood, both of which were fantastic experiences for first-time travelers! The mosque, the shopping markets, and the scenery were beautiful sights to see. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we hope to repeat soon. Special Thanks! We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and it’s hard to know where to start because everything was absolutely wonderful... The moment we arrived till the moment we left... We arrived very early in the morning ( 3.00am ) and checking time was 15.00pm... We had a safari booked at 8.30... I requested the staff at the front desk to check in early and he surprised me with a room at 4.30... We waited only 1 hour... Thank you so much... Our room (1224) was always spotless thanks to the guy who truly went above and beyond. Every single day he surprised us with arranging everything to perfection.. Towels were changed daily, and his attention to detail made our stay extra special.. The restaurant was always clean and offered a large selection of food, with something for everyone. We were especially well looked after by Mohammed who was always helpful, friendly, and smiling, making every meal a pleasure.. The bar near the dining area also deserves a special mention—the girl there were consistently helpful and welcoming... Always smiling.. Overall, we felt truly cared for throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for making our 5 days unforgettable! The swimming area is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained.. Thanks to AHMED SHAKER... The best lifeguard... He was very helpful... Always talking and joking around... Interacting with each and every person that cross his way... Also a very big thank you to AHMED ABDALLA... The barman at the pool bar... He was a very sweet guy always smiling and he made us the best drinks ever throughout our time at the pool... We used to leave it to him and he would create something for us and he was never wrong... We went there as strangers but left with great friends... Thank you to each and everyone who works there... Your efforts are truely appreciated... We will miss our time there... Thank you Hilton for giving us nice people for our holidays... Until we meet again... Hilton is the best with the best staffs and best services...

Islam, Mohamed and Fatima, in fact all the staff in the restaurant were kind and helpful. Food was high quality and varied. Amazing service at the pool and housekeeping. The resort is beautiful and well cared for. A slice of paradise. The hard working staff deserved every tip. Thoroughly recommend this resort. Peaceful and tranquil place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Sharm El Sheikh! My children had a fantastic time and adored the pool areas. The resort has a total of seven swimming pools, including a kids' club pool and heated options, so there's plenty of space for everyone to splash around and enjoy. We had the all-inclusive package, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were fantastic, with a great variety of food options. We would highly recommend the all-inclusive option to other families! The location is also excellent, as the hotel is very near to SOHO Square market, just a short 5-10 minute walk away, which is great for an evening out with shops and entertainment.

My family stayed here on the mountain side for a week during Christmas 2025 with the all-inclusive option and really enjoyed the stay. The staff are all friendly and professional. The variety of food, especially the desserts, is really tasty. The cleaner is efficient and kind, who folds the towels as crafts. Swimming and snorkeling at Shark Bay Beach offers a unique opportunity to explore the vibrant coral reef of the Red Sea. Snacks, drinks, and towels are provided. While the beach is just a short walk from the hotel, there are also frequent shuttle buses available. There are lots of organized activity like Zumba. During Christmas the live singing and dancing shows in the evening were entertaining.
