I been this hotel twice now. The food is okay should have like Indian night, Italian night. But when I couldn’t find anything to eat they will always happy to make me something. The all inclusive drinks should stay on at least till midnight or 1am. Has all the hotels I stay in in Egypt has been later. I am coming back again. But I have heard that their is anthor wristband to get but never been offered etc even tho I stay with you and always coming back hopefully this year be different. Can not wait to come back. The diving at hotel one of best I been to swim with turtles in two separate dives

The hotel was really lovely, especially the pool area. The rooms were always clean and our cleaner always did towel art, which put a smile on our faces, when we when back to our room. The mountainside rooms could do with updating but there is nothing wrong with them, at the end of the day you only get changed and sleep in them. Ahmed in the splash pool bar was so friendly and helpful and is a credit to the hospitality team. Asmee the lifeguard around the pool always made sure people were looked after and made sure the pool area was clean and tidy too. She was accommodating and helpful when asked for help with sunbeds and parasols, she couldn't help enough. There were plenty of sunbeds so no rushing to put towels out like in a lot of places. Will definitely be returning. The food was ok, always found something to eat, I found breakfast the best. If I could suggest one thing to improve on it would be the evening entertainment. Also please be careful wearing flip flops around the pool area as it's very slippery and I went over 3 times, the flip flops went in the bin after the 3rd time. There are also round concrete blocks on the pathway leading from the restaurant to the rooms which at night are not lit up, please be careful as i tripped on one of those too, 4 falls in 2 days

This was truly one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve ever experienced. The hotel boasts a beautiful ambiance, with expansive landscaped areas and multiple pool options that add to the charm. The food was excellent, complemented by warm and attentive service — they even prepared special dishes just for us, which made the experience even more memorable. The morning activities were lively and engaging, perfect for starting the day with positive energy, while the night shows were entertaining and well-organized, creating a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. Overall, the service was outstanding. A special thanks to the amazing animation team, especially Ahmad, Sultan, and Mada, for adding so much energy and fun to our stay.

I just returned from my stay at DoubleTree and overall, I’m satisfied, though there are a few things worth mentioning. I stayed in the new section of the hotel, where the rooms have just been renovated. Some rooms nearby were still being worked on, and while the noise was occasionally noticeable, it wasn’t particularly bothersome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As guests in the new part of the hotel, we also had access to the older section, but we didn’t use it much since not much was happening there during our stay. The beach was average, but personally, that wasn’t a priority for me. A big advantage was the shuttle bus, which ran every 15 minutes and transported guests throughout the hotel grounds. The new section was much quieter and more private, which I appreciated. As for the food, it wasn’t bad – pretty standard for this country. I’ve stayed at hotels where the food was much worse. I dined twice at the Gala restaurant by the beach, where the food was of a much higher standard – definitely a big plus for the hotel. There’s also a promenade next to the hotel with shops where you can find everything you might need: a pharmacy, perfumes, souvenirs, etc. The hotel is also very close to the airport. The gym was really nice – air-conditioned, small, but had everything you need. Overall, I’m giving 5 stars because I got a great deal on the price. If I had paid the average rate for this standard, I would have rated it 4.

Hotel is overall very nice pool area lovely. Deluxe side of the hotel is a much better standard the Bistro restaurant , Mohamed Ismail, was a very helpful, welcoming member of staff. Rooms maybe a little updating in the main building. One thing I will say that let's the hotel down are the drinks. Overall nice time.
