This is a little hotel located right on the oceanfront. There are not many rooms, but every single one has a direct ocean view and sunrise view. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, spa and clean and private beach area. The bar serves very good cocktails with pleasant local flavors, definitely worth trying. The restaurant offers decent food; we mainly chose seafood plate and were satisfied. Breakfast is served there as well: a wide selection of dishes for different tastes, fresh and well-prepared. The pool overlooks the ocean, and there are a few sun loungers available on the beach. The view is absolutely stunning. During low tide, you can walk far along the ocean and observe marine life for quite a while. A truly unique experience. Water shoes are recommended, as they make walking and swimming much more comfortable. Our room was spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed. The terrace was furnished, generous in size, and even had a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get it working, which was a bit disappointing but not a big deal. Upon departure, we were served farewell cocktails and bon voyage cookies, which is nice. Overall, it’s a calm, beautiful place with breathtaking views, perfect for a relaxed stay by the ocean.

A hidden gem. Beautiful hotel, great service and very friendly. Special thanks to Toledo, Nyle, Jordan, Nickhill, Chef Carla, Doreen, the amazing Bars and restaurant Manager and Shabella for first class service (with a smile). The hotel has a private beach, but when tides are low there is not much swimming, as the sea only comes up to your knees. Also. After dinner there is nothing much to do on a night, whilst we were there they had entertainment in a couple of nights, otherwise bar was dead. On the whole very relaxing and wonderful hospitality. Thank you very much for everything.

We stayed here as a family with our 4-month-old baby and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so at ease. A special thank-you to Joy, who makes the best omelettes every morning, and Nile, who was always so attentive with drinks and making sure we were comfortable. All the staff were genuinely kind and really sweet with our baby, which meant a lot to us. The rooms were kept clean to a good standard and the beach was literally right on our doorstep. Definitely take a walk up to the rocks – the view is amazing from there. The food was great too, with a different theme each night, so there was always something new to try. We didn’t venture out much during our stay — it really felt like the perfect place to unwind. If you’re looking for a relaxing, easy holiday where you can just switch off and enjoy the surroundings, this is ideal. We left feeling like we’d been part of a lovely little community.

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Allamanda Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful! The beach right in front of the hotel is a true paradise – soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or watching the sunset. Just a small tip: the reef starts right from the shore, so it’s best to wear water shoes when going into the sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and offered beautiful ocean views. Breakfast was plentiful. We truly enjoyed every moment and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and authentic Seychellois hospitality. 🌺

Nice hotel in good shape on Mahe. Cool infinity pool, spacious, clean rooms. Good food (breakfast and dinner). Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Special thanks to Jordan of the service team. Very friendly, super fast service and accommodating. Beach is ok - there are better one's in Seychelles. And, some more sun-beds on the beach would be nice. Or simply remove towels from supposedly 'reserved' sun-beds where people do not show-up for hours.
