Very bad experience.
We choose this to spend our new year eve there. We booked the room for 3 adults and they gave us a room with a queen bed. The room was very small, with stained carpet and dirty and ripped pillows and no spoon to stir coffee . For bathroom there were no toilataries nor towels. Even after calling again and again they didn't provided the basic things. Upon asking their staff said it's the biggest room we've and this is standered room for 3 the manager misbehaved us instead of resolving the issue. Will never recommend to waste your time and money here.

Food was bad (dinner & breakfast) breakfast time there was no place at the main restaurant they told us to go to mezza restaurant; at Mezza there was no place we struggled to find a table by our selves as none from the staff there helped ! sadly they were not helping at all, zero service! we had to ask for coffee five times till finally got it, and we had to ask for plates many times too as there were no plates available at the buffet! food was not good and poor varieties (even in the buffet at the main restaurant as we had dinner there in the previous night). Also, we got all inclusive package as the guy at the check in desk suggested, but we were shocked to know at the pool that only few drinks are included which is bad because very little options available. Besides, all inclusive started from 12pm check in day and was supposed to end 12pm on the day of check out which was next day, but next day at 10am they said the don't offer drinks before 12pm !! WHAT !! I found this so misleading and inconvenient as they should have formed us about this before we paid! They should have been more clear about it. They should give full details when they suggest this to visitors .Very disappointing!!!! I will not visit this hotel again and I will not recommend it to anyone. It should be 4 stars hotel not 5 stars one.

I always preferred to stay because of amazing team they have, but i noticed this time the lady in reception “May “she should not handle the front area ,the way she dealt treat us we never had it before.The manager Bilal was really helpful and he managed that negative situation with her and even he gave us a complimentary upgrade.
Rooms were very clean and filled all our needs ,the amazing welcome deco from housekeeping team was mind blowing , i really got happy in a way that good team still exist.Food was good too but the service team needs improvement too.
