Her genuine smile, graceful manner, and exceptional attention to detail made my stay absolutely perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant in Phuket! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was perfectly balanced and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Mr Chacha Fon was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was relaxed and charming, with a lovely Thai touch that made the evening even more special. Whether you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine or just a great place to enjoy dinner in Phuket, I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely come back on our next visit!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort. The resort is in a fantastic location with beautiful grounds, an excellent breakfast, and truly wonderful, attentive staff. We were upgraded to a room facing the pool, which we really appreciated. While our room had not yet undergone renovation, we were informed that renovations are planned within the next six months. Despite that, the room was comfortable, and the beautiful flooring added a nice touch. One of the biggest highlights is the location. The resort is directly across from Patong Beach, set slightly inward, so we enjoyed the convenience without the overwhelming noise of the crowds. Food, shopping, and everything you need are right outside, and the lively Bangla Road is within walking distance when you want to experience the nightlife. We only wish we could have stayed longer — we had an amazing time. Location truly is key, and this resort delivers.

All I can say is this place is like Heaven . I can’t begin to say how nice this hotel is . From the second you enter the property you get greeted by a dozen workers with a smile and a sincere welcome . The front desk people are amazing, LK at the front desk is amazing. If you need anything go see her . The rooms are spacious and super clean . The cleaning people keep my room spotless. The pools are epic . They are clean, refreshing and cool . There are tile recliners in them so you can be laying under water . The pool bars are wonderful and surprisingly inexpensive. The breakfast buffet is so nice and the food at the pool and restaurant is amazing . The location is in central Patong, which is not a quiet area, however the property is set back so you don’t feel like you are in the city . This place is worth every penny and it’s still not expensive .

I recently stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort 02/13 - 02/24/2026. However, my experience with Double Tree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort began months before I got there. The travel agency that I used booked my stay for the incorrect dates. I personally called Double Tree and had the pleasure of speaking with Joy, the reservation manger. Joy diligently and patiently assisted me with getting the date changed to the correct days, even when the travel agent made it seem impossible. I say Joy patiently assisted me because I called her on numerous occasions for updates regarding the date changes, even after she said she would call me with updates, and she always assisted with a smile I could hear in her voice. When I arrived at Double Tree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort, I was greeted by Mike Dang and Phi. Those guys greeted us with a smile and took our luggage without hesitation and stored them for us until we finished checking in, then brought them to our room after. I had the pleasure of meeting Joy, the reservations manager in person. She greeted us with that same smile I heard over the phone. We arrived hours before normal check in time and Joy was very accommodating and was able to get one of the rooms ready for us to use until the other room became available so that we did not have to wait in the lobby for hours. Our return flight was well after check out time, and Joy also accommodated us by extending the checkout time for one of the rooms. Joy is awesome, if you visit, seek her out. I was visiting for my birthday and Joy and and other hotel staff acknowledged my birthday with a nice card and a sweet treat, which was very thoughtful of them. All of the staff from house keeping to security always greeted us with a smile and assisted as best as they could. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff were sure to keep them that way during our entire stay. The pools are beautiful. The location of the hotel is amazing, it is in walking distance to the the beautiful beach and lots of attractions during the day time and night life activities as well. The food at Double Tree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort is amazing, especially the breakfast. Be sure to visit Mona at the egg station. She will prepare your eggs for you anyway you like them and they will be delicious. I had an omelet and or fried and scrambled eggs every morning after working out in the onsite gym. I will definitely stay at Double Tree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort again and 100% recommend you stay there as well if you are planning a trip to Phuket Thailand.
