We had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Phuket! We were a group of 6, which can sometimes be a bit chaotic, but everything was so well-organized that it didn’t matter at all. The hotel is absolutely great. Super clean, with incredibly friendly and professional staff. The bars and The Port restaurant were amazing. The food and beverage offerings were top-notch, with excellent service quality and delicious flavors. A special thank you to Jefferey for making our time even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Patong Beach! The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Patong and just a few steps from the beach. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool areas are beautiful and perfect for relaxing — we especially loved the swim-up bar! 🍹 The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Even though the hotel is close to all the action, it still feels calm and relaxing once you’re inside. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Phuket! 🌴✨

I love the Hilton! The location is amazing, close to everything that you may need / want to see including the iconic Bangla Road and Patong Beach. The breakfast is great with tons of options and the staff are all super nice and professional! My only downside with this property would be that their bathrooms unfortunately develop a smell somewhat of sewage after the rain. It doesn’t last overly long but it’s there for some time. A portion of the property is under construction so I’m not sure if that has something to do with it but I do think they should warn you of that. It’s not the worst thing in the world but again, a warning would be nice.. Besides that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will also 100% be staying again when I return.

The hotel has an excellent location, right on the beachfront. Lisa at the front desk provided great service—I really liked her. The hotel looks very new with complete facilities, and it is much better than some Hilton hotels (such as the Doubletree on Phloen Chit Road in Bangkok). It is definitely worth staying at.

Outstanding location! About a 100 metres from the Beach (maybe less). Breakfast was top-notch! The F & B Manager, Jeff, and his team give you a wonderful experience in the morning. Front Desk upgraded my room, since it was my birthday weekend! Thankyou Lisa! Toiletries, Bed & Bath Linen fresh and top class. Housekeeping services, excellent! The Air Conditioning, however,was a dampener. Despite our complaints, we could not get the optimal temp. We expected the rooms to be a little bigger, though! The views are very disappointing. For the money we paid and the location, we expected a Sea view room. The washrooms are spacious and well equipped. The Hotel is undergoing a massive renovation Project, and, therefore there are inconveniences of Site workers, dust, etc. All-in-all, i would surely come back to the Double Tree Hilton, Banthai Phuket!
