We really enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree Hilton in Phuket! As Diamond members, we received a free upgrade and were given a beautiful room with pool access — such a lovely surprise. A special thanks goes to Pieter who warmly welcomed us with the signature cookies and took great care of us throughout our stay. It was our first time in Phuket, and he answered all our questions with patience and a big smile. His helpfulness and genuine hospitality truly made a difference and helped perfect our experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we often ended up having dinner at the hotel too — we couldn’t get enough of the fried octopus! Highly recommend this place, and we wish Pieter all the best in his future career — he’s a real asset to the team!

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service ✨ Thank you to the team at DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort for an unforgettable experience! - I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel in July 2024, and today I am returning again because of the outstanding experience I had before, As a guest from United Arab Emirates - The warm welcome from Ms. Mehreen (ResCare Team) made us feel at home from the very first moment. - Efficient Check-in & Hospitality: Special thanks to Ms. Ploy for the swift check-in process and friendly reception that made the start of our stay seamless. - The room was comfortable and spotless, with high-quality amenities. - Prompt responses from the staff, especially Ms. Nook (Guest Service Agent), who was always available to ensure our comfort. A heartfelt thank you to Kate and the intern Pieter from the Netherlands for their friendly guidance and detailed information about the hotel’s facilities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxury and outstanding service in Phuket. Thank you for making our stay delightful .

Pros: Great location and very caring staff. Cons: The rooms are not cleaned daily unless you tell them. The place also doesn't have an executive lounge nor a working gym. Although they do refer you to a different nearby place. Lastly, you don't get the diamond member 15% discount at the spa because the spa is not owned by Hilton. Personally I found this is a way to get out of giving the discount and I'm not in favor of how Hilton is going about it. Overall: Still recommend it if you get a good rate. Otherwise try the Marriot across the street.

“I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect — the room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What made the experience even more memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thanks to Kate and Nook for their exceptional hospitality. Kate was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Nook went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their genuine care and professionalism really stood out and made our stay feel personal and special.

Nice renovated rooms of good size and friendly staff. However if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not it. Even though we had a pool access room, it was very noisy especially if you have extremely inconsiderate neighbours doing pool parties at 1am. If your room is near the renovations there will also be noise. Great location though at the centre of everything. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
