⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Jasmine & Maeya We would like to sincerely commend Jasmine and Maeya for their outstanding hospitality during our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member who returns to this hotel every year, I have experienced consistently high standards of service, and the care provided by Jasmine and Maeya truly stood out. Throughout all five days of our breakfast buffet and restaurant visits, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. From the moment we arrived each morning, they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring always anticipating our needs and making sure we were comfortable, satisfied, and had everything we needed. Their professionalism, warm smiles, and attention to detail made our dining experience genuinely enjoyable and memorable. They are a true credit to the hotel, and their dedication further reinforces why we continue to return year after year. Thank you both for making us feel so welcomed, we truly appreciated everything you did.

Pros - if you are finding a hotel at patong then the search ends here. I have stayed at many hiltons across the world and this hotel changed my perception about Hilton. I was always averse at first to stay at any of the Hilton properties because of my previous experiences. But this was the Best Hilton I ever stayed at ( not kidding, stayed in 6 different cities of the world) A very very pleasant stay .it is just not the facilities but the warmth of the people you are interacting with and the hospitality. Special thanks to ”Air” , Annie and “nice” Despite the peak season they performed exceptionally well. Always at the guest’s service and very hospitable. As far as the hotel is concerned it’s at the most strategic location with all facilities you can probably use with your stay. Pools , the vibe , rooms at par. Cons - nothing as such , I found the Bar guy just a little rude and not professional kind of tried to ruin the experience . Rest all , kudos to the team , especially the reception guys and the housekeeping who are diligently doing a very good job running this establishment.👍🏻

First off the staff is what makes this Hilton property so special. From check in to check out we always felt the warmth and beautiful smiles from everyone. Especially the lovely ladies at the breakfast, who were awesome. The property itself is in a prime location to everything Patong beach has to offer. You are off the main street so you never experience the hustle and noise from the road. The room was very comfortable and clean and the pool was relaxing. The food and drinks were very nice and affordable. Thanks again to everyone who made our 5 nights magical. 🙏 See you next January!!!

I had an absolutely positively incredible stay at the Doubletree just steps away from Patong Beach and all of the activities. They upgraded me to a room on the first floor pool view that I walked right into the pool and the swam to the pool bar being a diamond member. Nabee provided excellent service at the pool bar. She was very nice and friendly. All of their staff was very nice and did anything you needed to make your stay more enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Patong Beach. It’s close to everything and the hotel rooms are very comfortable. Their breakfast is amazing and huge with so many selections to suit everyone. I will definitely return.

We were welcomed in a very warm, respectful, and professional way from the first moment. You immediately feel comfortable a perfect balance of professionalism, relaxed atmosphere, and style. We had accidentally booked a double bed, and the staff reacted quickly and very flexibly by offering us twin beds, which was arranged immediately. That’s real quality service. Special thanks to LK at the reception and her colleague Phloy both were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. We had a balcony overlooking an inner pool, the room was pleasantly pre-cooled, and it was very quiet. Highly recommended we felt truly welcome and would happily return.
