We really enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree Hilton in Phuket! As Diamond members, we received a free upgrade and were given a beautiful room with pool access — such a lovely surprise. A special thanks goes to Pieter who warmly welcomed us with the signature cookies and took great care of us throughout our stay. It was our first time in Phuket, and he answered all our questions with patience and a big smile. His helpfulness and genuine hospitality truly made a difference and helped perfect our experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and recently renovated. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we often ended up having dinner at the hotel too — we couldn’t get enough of the fried octopus! Highly recommend this place, and we wish Pieter all the best in his future career — he’s a real asset to the team!

Wonderful hotel to stay, central to restaurants and shops. The room was nice and clean. Amazing buffet breakfast with a large variety of food to choose from. Lovely polite staff, always with a smile. Unfortunately, a large construction renovation happening at the moment and sitting poolside was noisy.

Located right in the busy heart of Patong Beach. Everything is right at your doorstep. Busy party street, restaurants, shops and of course the beach. The hotel is currently improving their product so one building is under construction. When we arrived and we found out that your balcony was right at the pool where the construction side was we were a bit worried at first. But they try to keep to noise down as much as possible and only do works between 10 am and 5 pm. But even if it wasn’t the overall experience was that amazingly that it would not even have bothered me. The pools are amazing, lovely pool bars as well with happy hours and 3 times a week a nice pool party. Also the restaurant and two hotel bars were very nice. Breakfast was out of this world. Such a great selection and service. Accommodations and public areas are very well maintained. Rooms are very comfy. Amazing bed and shower, good A/C and nice amenities. But most important the staff was really really good. Genuinely friendly and caring. Highly recommend to stay here!!

We got the room and it had a serious mold smell, they showed us 3-4 more rooms and even offered to upgrade it to the pool room after 2 days. We picked a room that was quiet alright and kept staying there til the end. There's construction going on near the rooms/1st pool area (awful) , we wer'nt much around to feel it but the massive noise starts at 10:00. Corridors and stairs are pretty old styled. The rooms were clean and the staff of the hotel was very kind.
