Organized our company dinner here in early January, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Some of my colleagues stayed overnight, so I had a chance to view the hotel room, which was spacious and comfortable. For the dinner event, the banquet team provided good service throughout the evening. They were attentive, helpful and responsive whenever assistance or additional requests were needed. Special thanks to the banquet team lead, Aiman, who was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions to ensure the dinner ran smoothly. Other team members like Dan, Amar, Joly, Azry, Asfa were also friendly and supportive. Overall, had a good experience.

Had a wonderful dinner buffet at DoubleTree Hotel, especially enjoying the Indian cuisine and desserts. The Indian dishes were authentic, rich in flavor, and perfectly cooked. A special appreciation to Mr. Kumares, the Indian food chef, for his dedication and excellent preparation. You can truly taste the passion and skill in every dish. The Indian dishes were delicious and well-balanced. Service was friendly, food was fresh, and the overall dining ambience was pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality Indian food. Will definitely visit again. 👍

I had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur. My flight arrived early in the morning, so I requested an early check-in and was prepared to pay additional charges if needed. However, upon arrival, the front desk team recognized my Hilton Honors status and kindly offered the early check-in completely complimentary. This gesture was truly appreciated and made a great first impression. Throughout my stay, the service was consistently excellent attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Every interaction reflected the high standards Hilton is known for, and it made my stay both comfortable and memorable. Very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

The rooms were perfectly clean and comfy. The receptionist are friendly and enthusiastic. Their food also spot on. However, the check in experience might not be pleasant for guest who drives as the parking location was somewhat difficult to find and if is night time make it 10 times harder to find the correct entry need to look for 5-6 different gates and eventually located at the end of it. Hopefully the management can make some signage as well as indicator lights to helps night check in guest have better experience. All and all, the stay was pleasant and look forward for next stay.

awesome stay, the rooms and amenities were very good and a short walk to the petronas towers (view from the hotel is amazing too) the highlight was def the food. The cocktail hour at the exec lounge had some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had, and he breakfast was insane with so many options. Chef sukhir and Nagosh made amazing roti planta which u must try, overall 10/10 experience
