Great hotel on the beach including a pier which has sunbeds and kaban's. The hotel is very clean, the rooms have everything you need and the food and drinks were very good. Lunch is served from around 15 food vans which have a whole mixture of foods Turkish, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Italian, etc which are a great idea as everything is cooked fresh when you order. Couple of negative points the main pool was so cold that it took your breath away when you got in and the sea was actually warmer which is a shame as it is a lovely pool but never got used - by the way it was the last two weeks of the season so the temperature were lower and the second point was the evening entertainment was poor which again might have been due to the time of the year. One last point i want to say is that all of the staff were amazing and could not do enough for you, so helpful and friendly 😊

Me and my husband stayed here 15th to 22nd November 2025 just got back today overall we enjoyed our stay but our main problem was all the bloody cats everywhere lounging on sun beds everywhere in the restaurant inside and out jumping up on the tables one of our evening meals we had just got sat down outside where the food trucks are as it was full inside two cats jumped up on our table that quick we didn’t have to time to get them down they then started eating food from our plates !! This is not acceptable they are everywhere sat watching people eating even drinking water out of the pool there’s no mention about this anywhere .staff at the bars some were not very friendly at all like the couldn’t be arsed the food trucks are amazing but breakfast is a bit disappointing very repetitive and only had one cereal or porridge never got bacon or English sausage I know the Turkish don’t eat pork but felt like the majority of breakfast was salads and cheese and cooked meats yes they was eggs and omelettes and pancakes lots of pastries and breads but also there was soup for breakfast chips cauliflower peas broccoli . No no no.the main swimming pool was freeezing cold couldn’t swim in it indoor pool was fine .overall not the worst place I’ve stayed the weather was amazing. Please sort the cat problem out !!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff there, from the moment we checked in to the minute we left, were amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need & are having the best experience possible. The hotel is so clean and welcoming. There are different things to do at different times, so you are never bored! The bar staff & restaurant staff were brilliant & treat you like royalty. I have previously stayed here & have booked next year again. Best holiday I have ever had 🩷

The weekend was lovely; however, the events of the last day completely ruined our desire to choose this hotel again. We had booked a room with a mountain view, but on the first day, we were given a room where the balcony faced a wall that went all the way up, completely blocking the view. The day before departure, we asked if a late check-out service was available, as we had a late flight. We were informed that it was available and were told the price — €25 per hour. We chose to stay for an additional 5 hours, for a total of €125 (until 5:00 PM). The next day, shortly before 1:00 PM, we received a message asking if we could come to the lobby because they wanted us to move to another room, as our current one was needed for incoming guests. They gave us the room next door, which was in much worse condition — the wardrobe had no doors, the shower only had a plastic curtain, and there was no toilet paper. As a result, the time we paid for and could have spent relaxing and sunbathing was instead spent packing and moving our belongings. When we discussed the situation with the front desk staff upon leaving, they didn’t see any problem and claimed that the amount charged was appropriate.

The Moons

Fantastic hotel. Travelled as a family. With 2 teenagers aged 14. From start to finish the staff and facilities were first class. We had the aircon unit break in our room mid way through the holiday. Reported it to reception aircon fixed within 30 mins. The food is excellent with so much choice and the evening entertainment was spectacular. All in all a brilliant week away. So much so that we are going back next year. Well done 👍
