So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety. The food trucks in the day were all great. The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable. Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels. However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters. One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly. Only downside, it was bloody hot in August but would defo go back after August or in May or June.

Special mention to the staff - 10/10 hospitality!! They all deserve a payrise and would work like hell to make sure every guest had everything they needed exactly when they needed it. Beach, pool, rooms, food.. everything was amazing, especially for the price. Pool is large enough, has an extremely fast and fun flume! Full large buffet with different themes, food vans at lunch, multiple bars, 2 coffee shops with high end coffee (the ice latte in the sun was amazing). A la Carte was amazing food and service, but only 1 other couple in the restaurant so a bit empty. Evening entertainment was impressive with theatre-standard acts on every night. Bars with DJ for afters. Great place to stay if you want sun, pool, beach, drinks, party atmosphere etc.

We're still here when I post this review. What a lovely hotel. The staff are so attentive the rooms are fantastic (amazing shower after a day in the sea) Food is great, location is fantastic with the sea out the back and the mountains out the front. We are having a wonderful holiday.

Dear Hilton staff, We had a stay at your hotel on 2-7 August,2024 and felt extremely happy and satisfied by all your services, food and drinks, and most importantly your staff hospitality. All staffs were smiling and willing yo help. They all know Turkish and English and ready to help out the guests. The activities that hotel was offered during our stay were really interesting and we enjoyed it alot. The quality of drinks (with/without alcohol) was satisfactory and there were so many options for food for any types of tastes. Every where was so clean and hygienic. We really enjoyed our stay and i’d like to offer this hotel to those who are looking for comfortability, quality, and also reasonable prices in Turkey.

My family and I were really exited to come here. We liked everything at the first day and our vacation supposed to be perfect. BUT it’s our second day here today and all 4 of us and a little baby got food poisoning. All at once, we cannot even leave a room because the diarrhea is so bad. Honestly I don’t even know what to eat here for the rest 7 days… We needed to call a doctor instead of swimming in the sea and sunbathing.
