We are extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Stella, the manager, took excellent care of us, especially since this is our second visit and we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. We are thoroughly convinced by the quality of this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer an amazing view. The staff are friendly, and the food included in the half-board option is delicious. The beach restaurant is fantastic for lunch, with great food and a superb atmosphere. Nikos form the beach is kind, funny, helpful and always in a good mood. Both the pool and the beach are beautiful. The golf carts that transport guests around the property arrive quickly and are very convenient. Additionally, this hotel is very child-friendly, making it a perfect destination for families. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit.

We had a lovely stay of 10 nights at this hotel. All of the staff were extremely courteous and helpful and made sure our stay was the best it could be. We would not hesitate to come back here. I would suggest the following for feedback - which whilst did not take away from our overall experience at the hotel, could be improved for future guests. 1. Porridge at breakfast would often be cold - I do not think the electric hob where the cast iron pot was placed was hot enough to maintain a desired temperature. Especially as the pot was topped up with milk throughout the course of breakfast - this often led to cold and overly milky porridge. A real shame for us porridge lovers! 2. The BBQ held at the Core / Street Food location on Thursday was not included in the half-board option despite other nights being inclusive. This was not properly communicated ahead of time which did result in an unexpected bill. 3. We have a 10-month old who crawls everywhere and presented us with a first hand experience of the level of dust that can accumulate on the marble floors. Whilst high traffic areas such as the hotel reception are hard to keep pristine, we did note that certain parts of our family room caused some black feet and knees! I'm not sure if cleaning staff regularly mop the floors or just do a light dusting - but more could be done here to improve the cleanliness of the floors. 4. The golf buggies are a great touch and ensure guests can be at their destination in no time. However the waiting times from the family pool area back to the main resort can be long. We often decided to walk it back instead of waiting and whilst I was happy enough to get some much needed exercise, this would be a concern for anyone less able to do so.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Domes of Elounda. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, offering all the amenities I could possibly need. The hotel’s location is ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I especially appreciated the delicious meals each day and the peaceful ambiance throughout the hotel. This was a truly exceptional family experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! Absolutely incredible resort. Service and staff members are a joy. Haris greeted us when we arrived with a cold refreshing lemonade and walked us through everything about the resort. Throughout our entire stay he ensured all our needs were met and exceeded. He was very personable and helpful. Wait staff all throughout the resort were great as well. Pools are beautiful. Beach front area is beautiful with wonderful views. The resort is very private. All the food and drinks we had on resort were lovely. Overall, greatly recommend this resort. It was a wonderful honeymoon!

I can highly recommend this Hotel for families that are looking for a family-friendly destination that is not a stereotypical family resort. While this ticks a lot of boxes for families, it is also a really nice hotel on its own in terms of design and amenities which helps you over the pain that you cannot stay in the beautiful adults-only places anymore ;) Upon arrival, we appreciated the check-in not taking place at the counter but in the Lobby and the little welcome present for our daughter (wooden toy) which kept her entertained. The service was very good overall and also very empathetic and kind with kids which we especially enjoyed. Much to our surprise, we received a very generous upgrade to a 2 BR private pool bungalow and Haute Living privileges which was really amazing. The pool was heated and our daughter loved it. The views across the resort are also really beautiful. The resort is stretched out and did not feel busy in early fall even though most rooms were booked. The beach is perfect for kids as the water is shallow and it is made of small coves and there are plenty of sunbeds giving you the choice of staying in a more lively or more quiet part. There were a couple of activities like sunrise Yoga (very nice setting at the beach) and a bubble show for Kids in the evening.We had massages at the spa that were very good as well. The only downside in my view was that the made to order options (e.g. Avo toast) at breakfast were not fully to the high standard one would expect and the high price point of the restaurants. Still, we enjoyed our dinners due to the lovely setting and good service both at the pool and the beach. We also liked that the half-board allowance could be applied to any food outlet, giving you the choice to dine around. The buffet restaurant has a lot of choice (and a small kids section) but cannot compete with the a la carte restaurants. Overall, we will be coming back for the lovely staff, beach and overall relaxed but classy family vibe. The newly-built core residences in which friends of us stayed are really sleek and we might give them a try the next time. .
