My wife and I just checked out of Domes Novos Santorini and are now in therapy we are so sad to leave. What a wonderful hotel. It is just down the hill from Oia and an easy walk into town so you can escape the crowds for a bit of tranquility but have access to all the restaurants and sights. There is ample parking if one rents a car or buggy. The rooms are spacious and with a private pool for your room, it is just magic. BUT as is often said, "bricks and cement does not make for a great hotel, it is the people" and Domes Novos has extraordinary staff. First off is the Front Desk staff who from the first minute to the last were very helpful (thank you Elektra). The bell team and housekeeping were always ready to help. Then the amazing Glykeria at the concierge desk who was fabulously helpful with reservations and guidance as to where to go and what to do. Having the great breakfast with the great view was made special by Anatoli and team every morning. And then the martinis! Christos made the best one of our four country trip on the first night but then Eleni made an even better one on our last night.......OK it was a tie. A wonderful property with wonderful staff makes for a wonderful stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was the most amazing experience. We were so sad to leave. The staff was so kind and so helpful and truly made the stay that much better. Our room was also amazing gorgeous view and so clean. It was the best service I’ve ever gotten. Overall this experience was incredible. When I come back to Santorini I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent rooms and views. Above all, the staff was very professional, friendly and pleasant. They went out of their way to accommodate us even making some chargeable services complimentary. Food was also good. The breakfast is included and has both A La Carte & buffet options. Overall an awesome experience. Highly recommended it!!

Our family had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Domes Novos, Autograph Collection. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and genuine care, and everything about the property exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Abel, who went above and beyond to make sure our family was in the best room possible. Thanks to him, we had a beautiful suite with a private swim-up pool, which quickly became our son’s favorite spot and made our vacation extra special. The room itself was perfect for families — very spacious, with a modern design, a large and luxurious bathroom, and thoughtful touches like a Nespresso machine that we enjoyed every morning. What really stood out to us was the balance of comfort and elegance. We had the space we needed as a family while still enjoying the refined luxury that makes Domes Novos so unique. Abel’s kindness and attention to detail made us feel cared for throughout our stay, and it’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to making guests feel at home. The location could not be better. You are three minute cab ride from the main street in the village, where all of the restaurants and shops are located. They even have a shuttles that run during certain hours that will drop you off and pick you up. We are leaving with full hearts and wonderful memories, and we are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the entire Domes Novos team — and especially to Abel — for making this trip one we will never forget.
