What service! I'm not sure who does the staff training but from start to finish and everything in between, they aim to please. We were warmly greeted and everything possible was attended to throughout the stay. Denise went out of her way at every turn....and I can say the same for all staff even tho I don't recall names. The rooms are large and complete with all amenities needed. As it's a Marriott upscale hotel, it has many 'comforts' of home. I would say more of an international clientele vs a Greek clientele - more of a large hotel feel (it is quite large) vs a local boutique feel. My room had an ocean view which was lovely. There are many restaurants and food/drink everywhere you turn. The pool is lovely and of course the beach - which is right there. It's a lovely resort hotel. If it matters, it's not walking distance from a town - but an easy cab ride. If in Zakynthos, make sure to see the island from the water - the views and landscape are as incredible and spectacular as any I've ever seen!

We stayed at this Hotel in May and were welcomed with a refreshing drink as soon as we arrived. Check-in process was quick and painless and a lovely lady took our bags to our room and showed us around.
All the staff is hands-on, welcoming and friendly. They work so hard all throughout the different areas of the hotel.
Bedrooms are lovely and spacious with loungers and a nice terrace area, but we found the bathroom quite small.
Buffet wasn’t the biggest but still plenty of variety every day and food always fresh and tasty. We got to try the two bookable a la carte restaurants available and absolutely loved the Meat Hub. We thought the Italian one was just average as food was quite basic and not a lot of options to choose from. We also absolutely loved the Greek tavern at lunch time and it was nice that you didn’t have to book and could eat there as many times as we wanted.
The pool bar has a nice self-service fridge with yogurts, sandwiches, and salads which were always so fresh and tasty. Smoothie bar also available for a couple of hours every day but choice of flavours very limited.
Hot food such as Bao Buns and Quesadillas also available in the afternoon which were so good. A self-service scoop ice cream cart with loads of different flavours available, including pistachio which is my ultimate favourite!
The swimming pool was heated which was nice when the weather wasn’t so great. Plenty of sunbeds and pool towels available. Loved the beach too and spotted some turtles in the sea which was a nice bonus.
Daytime entertainment was non existent and just live music in the evenings in the lobby/bar area which suited us fine.
The staff does come to you to take your order and the drinks we had were always very nice but we found the service quite slow.
I had seen they had morning yoga which I was really looking forward to it but upon asking at the reception, was told it didn’t start until after we left to go home which was disappointing.
We got a lovely souvenir from the hotel staff when we checked-out which was a lovely touch.
We will be returning!

A brilliant week in the sun. Hotel right on the national reserve beach,. Turtle nests still active in early October. Hotel staff are all very friendly food and drink good quality although buffet food not hot enough. Meze option at beach taverna was outstanding, our best meal of the week. Room was on 1st floor of main building. Robes, slippers, iron, hairdryer and coffee machine all available. At checkout we were given a gift from reception which was a nice touch

The hotel charmed me with its uniqueness, which is primarily reflected in the helpful, smiling staff, especially in the Monachus restaurant. A daily dose of positive energy guaranteed. Additionally, the area is beautiful, there are many attractions both inside and outside the hotel. Located in a quieter part of the city, it is an amazing place to relax. Food is varied, rooms are clean and the staff is always helpful. There are theme evenings with nice music. What I really liked was the individual approach to the client. I would definitely come back:)

Meze restaurant top class with exceptionally presented food (and tasty!)
The only minus was the small bathroom in the room,but apart from that we couldn't be happier with our choice.
