We had an absolutely amazing stay at this all-inclusive hotel! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The surroundings were breathtaking, with beautiful landscapes that made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were outstanding — always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to the reception team, who were truly incredible and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, the food and drinks were delicious with plenty of variety, and the atmosphere was simply wonderful. It was the perfect getaway for me and my girlfriend, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time, and if the first visit already left me amazed, this time it was even better! The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views over both the sea and the surrounding mountains. The interiors are modern, stylish, and very well maintained, which makes the overall atmosphere both comfortable and elegant. The staff deserve a special mention – always professional, attentive, and ready to help with anything. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every taste, and the drinks at the bar were equally impressive. I highly recommend upgrading to the Cool Living option, as this area offers even more privacy and exclusivity. The infinity pools are spectacular and create an unforgettable experience. I’ve seen some reviews raising concerns about this hotel, but honestly, I completely disagree. In my opinion, there is nothing to complain about. Even the shuttle buses to the upper parts of the resort were always on time, and in case of need, the staff kindly arranged additional transport for guests. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations once again. It’s a place I would return to without hesitation and one that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable stay

It was hard to get bookings at the restaurant as you are only able to book once you arrive but staff were very helpful getting that sorted for us. Overall great experience and would defiantly come back. We stayed here this October and were very pleased with the service we received. We were guests of Cool Living and playing the extra price was worth every penny. The food was great across all the restaurants. The buffet had great selection of food and was always different. We had an amazing experience at Domes Aulus Elounda! The food was absolutely delicious, from breakfast buffet to lunch till dinner, everything was fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail in both design and cleanliness. The spa was another highlight — relaxing atmosphere and a perfect option for a cloudy day. Absolutely value for money!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Curio Collection in Crete. From the moment we arrived, the staff around the hotel and at reception were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience seamless. A special thanks to George and Jason. The hotel is conveniently located within a short drive of the main town areas of Elounda and Plaka, allowing easy access to local sights and restaurants. The views from the room were stunning, particularly at sunset and sunrise. The buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. The chef was very helpful in accommodating dietary requirements, which made dining even more enjoyable. The staff were really kind. One small point: restaurant bookings via the app were tricky, and while you can check with reception for availability, most slots were usually booked up. The hotel did get busier towards the end of our trip, but this did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, a fantastic choice for a relaxing Cretan getaway, combining great service, beautiful surroundings, and convenient location.
