Wonderful service throughout our stay. The housekeeping team does an excellent job, and any small issues that arose were always resolved quickly and efficiently with the help of the staff. Everyone on the team is consistently friendly, smiling, and willing to assist with anything needed. The views from the Cool Living Area are absolutely breathtaking and made our experience even more special. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!

This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at and I travel a lot. The staff is amazing. Especially Elin and one of the drivers (not sure about his name, but he learned some danish word to tell us the next day on the way down). The hotel is beautiful, rooms are perfect with the most amazing view. The hotel is built on a cliff, so the top can be windy. But it's not a problem, since you have a pool at the reception area and the beach as well. You need to be picked up and driven up and down, since the way is very very steep. For us it wasn't an issue, we waited maximum 3 minutes for pick ups. The restaurant are great, even buffet is amazing. The cocktails are a little hit of miss. Sometimes they were amazing, other times they tasted the same and like water. Go for the frozen ones, they were always good. We really had a great week and the hospitality and attention from staff was absolutely outstanding 😍

I'm so late in publishing this review and I genuinely regret it... We stayed in Domes Aulus Elounda resort in October 2025 and had a magnificent time, the staff were incrediblly friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the room was beautiful 😍 The resort made our special trip even better than we expected it to be. That wouldn't have been possible without the lovely Tamara from guest relations who helped us plan our Etsy and made a few recommendations along the way. As for the food and drinks, we didn't spend too much time at the buffet as we had booked the Cool Living package. The buffet itself was decent, good food and nice seating, but nothing in comparison to the a la carte restaurants! Marina who was stationed at La Griglia restaurant was the absolute best. Her energy is infectious and she gave us some recommendations for our trips into town. Alex and Marina from the Cool Living bar were iconic, the cocktails they crafted were exquisite and they were generous with the alcohol 😅 The location is gorgeous, a bit difficult to go up and down the resort by foot, but thankfully, they provide transportation services via cars or golf carts very frequently. The room was lovely and came with a hot tub and a stunning view, we really couldn't have asked for more... Thank you to the amazing team at Domes Aulus Elounda Resort for making our Stay so enjoyable!

We stayed here for just 5 nights for our “minimoon”. We had a lovely, relaxing experience and would very much recommend the “cool living” upgrade. We were slightly disappointed by our room’s pool - it had a broken filter and was very dirty upon our arrival. However, these were both resolved within the first day which we were grateful for. Unfortunately our pool got very limited sun (it was back in shade before 11am) which meant the water was freezing, again slightly disappointing after the photos I’d seen online suggested the rooms with a private pool / outside space had direct sunshine. We had a very quick dip but had to get out as it was so cold! A number of staff asked multiple other couples which rooms they were in and commented to them that their rooms were the best / one of the best - which felt like a bit of a kick in the gut - but that was just me with very high expectations / being selfish as it was our honeymoon. The view from the room was outstanding and the service overall was brilliant. We loved the beach too. Aside from the slight pool disappointment we had a truly wonderful stay and would love to return (hopefully to a room with a pool that gets some sun!!). Thank you again

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, and from the very first day we felt like we had found a truly special place. The food was delicious - every meal felt like dining in a top restaurant, with an amazing variety and incredible quality. What impressed us the most, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. And although we definitely were not the easiest guests, the team went above and beyond to make us happy and ensure everything was perfect for us. This trip was incredibly important for our family because we were celebrating our mother’s 50th birthday, and we wanted everything to be absolutely flawless. Thanks to this hotel, it truly was. The atmosphere, the views, the food, and the exceptional service created memories we will cherish forever. I have already recommended this hotel to my friend for her honeymoon, and I would recommend it again without a second thought. This place is truly something special.
