The service is truly a 10/10, the staff is always friendly and forthcoming. Food is amazing at all of the restaurants and you get a variety of different things each day at the buffet. The drinks and snacks you can get at either the beach or the pool are also really good. The beach is a beautiful area, but water shoes are needed! If you forgot to bring them, the hotel's gift shop has them for you! As well as souvenirs and all the other things one might need. Pool area and the hotel itself are beautifully done. Perfect vacation really (:

Very nice. First time to Crete, but I am a huge Hilton Curio fan. This had a great location, private beach with snack bar, good size pool, plenty of food and drink. Rooms are not huge but are clean and maintained daily. You can upgrade and get a private pool. Food was good, the only drawback is it is the same as ant did you get in any all inclusive around the world and I would have preferred more Greek food. Cocktails are plentiful and tasty! Staff were great and very attentive. In the UK this would class as more like four star, but bearing in mind this is Greece it is deserving of five.

Nothing short of wonderful. From start to finish the whole holiday was amazing. Staff in their relaxed spa like uniforms , very attentive but not too intrusive. Food was amazing from breakfast lunch and dinner. So much selection. Room was beautiful and water and towel topped up everyday. We had our own pool to share with our neighbours and the communal pool was great. Plenty of sun beds. The gym was also an added bonus. Great equipment and open 24/7. We needed this holiday more than ever but it surpassed our expectations. The people are welcoming and so very helpful. We are coming back again next year

This was sold as a five star hotel and it isn't, the only thing that is five star was the view from our room
Food at breakfast and lunch was lukewarm.
We went on a themed meal night expecting traditional Greek food, when we got to the restaurant we were told no starters, just main and we were offered either pizza or Greek kebab and not gyros!
If we wanted desserts we were told to go down to the buffet restaurant! And by the way no bar 🤣
we paid extra to be in the cool living , but that didn't actually make any difference food wise, from our stay that just got us the entrance to the top pool.
They didn't have enough staff in the hotel
When I mentioned that our fridge hadn't been stocked (we were all inclusive) I was told if I wanted them to restock it then they would charge, otherwise just help yourself to the grab and go fridge and fill it yourself
We had our own pool on our balcony (as we had booked a suite) and that was never cleaned once even though I kept asking, we did see the top pool cleaned once, but hardly anyone would go in as it was freezing, and when I say freezing I'm not joking!
Would I stay in this hotel again or recommend it? Definitely not
You work hard for your holiday and should not have to "just make the best of it"

To start I would rate this hotel a 4.5 out of 5, I would highly recommend it and we have had an amazing time.
It is a simply stunning hotel and a beautiful location, everything is clean and well presented. It is a very laid back vibe, There is enough sunloungers almost any time of day you choose to go and sit by the pool and there is always space at the downstairs bar area. There is a grab and go fridge with soft drinks, a coffee machine and beer tap available to help yourself.
The private beach is beautiful, it has a fridge with drinks and nice sandwiches/ fruit salad everyday and a beach bar which includes cocktails. The beach was definitely our preferred place to sit.
There are 3 restaurants included in the normal all inclusive stay, the food in the sushi restaurant and the Amphiteátro is amazing we definitely recommend booking them for multiple days if you can. The main buffet restaurant is really nice but because its a smaller hotel the food choices are a bit limited.
The staff have all been absolutely lovely and couldn't have been any more helpful, special mention to Andreas and Lefteris who have been very sweet and made us feel very well taken care of. Although everybody has been fantastic.
Some things to say-
The hotel has 2 different sections one is normal all inclusive (which we did) The other is cool living- this is at the top of the hotel and includes different things, be aware when you book as it can look the same on the website.
All of the hotel is on a very steep hill, there is transport available but it might be worth bearing in mind if you find it difficult to walk very far.
Our only complaints-
The bar service at the Amphiteáto is very slow, we left twice without drinks because they never arrived. The bar staff/ waiters were very nice but they were absolutely rushed off there feet, the poor girl who was serving us was apologising and they seemed understandably quite stressed. there seemed to be only 1 person on the bar when there must have been 50+ people ordering drinks to tables. There also seemed to be a lot of management around who might have been better served giving the bar a hand.
Our rooms didn't get cleaned until 6pm most days, im sure if we had asked they might have changed this for us but it wasn't too much of an issue, we've just not been to a hotel with this late cleaning time before.
There is no luggage room, so if you need to grab something from your suitcase on your last day maybe pack your unmentionables where the people in the hallway can't see! 😂
Overall we have really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend, there are only a few small tweaks that are missing. If you are looking for a romantic get away this place is perfect.
