The Hilton was a dream come true to end our honeymoon. Crete is very large and we didn't travel off the hotel, but this was intended. We wanted to stay by the water and it was great being able to eat and drink whatever whenever we wanted! The food and buffet was on point and exquisite. We decided to do the sushi every night as it was our favorite, fresh and delicious! Bedroom was very comfortable, view was amazing and the small pool was the perfect little get away. Thank you!!!!

Honestly would not recommend. The views are amazing and the staff are really helpful/friendly. The rooms are also nicely decorated with a super comfortable bed, but the shower is impossible to set at a nice temperature, the temperature changes by itself mid shower, and it floods the entire bathroom floor which is not safe at all. The food is probably the worse part though. We are not particularly fussy eaters but still struggled to find things to eat, which is not ideal on an all inclusive holiday. If you are in a normal room (not cool living) then you get 2 restaurants available to book tables at, plus the buffet which you can turn up to without booking a table. We tried all 3 and didn't like the food at any of them, so found ourselves going in to Elounda for each meal which was luckily only a 20 (ish) minute walk, or a €7 taxi ride. Eden cocktail bar was our favourite place for food and drinks!!
The private beach is a beautiful, peaceful place to relax, but no matter how much relaxing you do, you will still be exhausted after walking up the hill to the rooms. Our room was at the very top, and was an absolute mission to walk up to. Especially after having a few drinks. There is golf karts which go up and down, but there isn't always somebody there to take you and they stop at a certain time.

What we loved:
Blue Bar: A must-visit spot in the hotel. From the vast drink selection to the serene ambiance, it was the perfect place to relax.
Maria at Reception: Truly the star of our stay. Maria's warmth, professionalism, and dedication added a special touch to our visit.
Grill Restaurant in the cool area: Delicious food and impeccable service. Definitely a highlight.
Room for improvement:
Room Size: While cozy, we wished for a bit more space, particularly in the shower area.
Blend Restaurant at the Sister Hotel: Sadly, it didn't match up to the experience we had at Domes Aulūs. Might be worth giving it a miss.
Overall, a lovely stay with just a few tweaks needed. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a very relaxing and overall wonderful stay. The beach area was where we spent most of our time and the beach bar was well run, with the fridge stocked up with snacks and drinks. It was in our opinion the best location in the bay. We also hired a boat from the beach area to explore the bay which is well worth it.The views from the hotel were outstandingly beautiful and waking up to the sunrise each morning was amazing.
However, the service was hit and miss. We would queue at the bar to get a drink, but then would be told to sit down and we had to wait a long time between drinks. I would suggest hiring more staff, especially to help those who were clearly rushed off their feet doing their best.The buffet food was good but not 5*, it felt a little repetitive and varied in quality. The sushi however, was the best we had ever had and recommed it to anyone staying. One thing that bothered us was not being able to have a bottle of wine in the room, or at the table we could only ever have a glass (which varied in size) and you have to pay at least €26 to have a bottle in your room. It seemed a little odd for an all inclusive.
Overall we had a great stay and would happily stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in September, and it was absolutely lovely! The private beach and beach bar were lovely. The pool area was lovely (although you would have to be up early to reserve a bed there). The food was great and the a la carte Greek and Italian was delicious. Staff are all very friendly and helpful!
