Overall had an amazing stay! The staff was pretty helpful during check in, and the location is great. House keeping only come in to clean twice a week, but changes your towels daily if needed. When it rains a lot the lobby area does flood and the grass becomes extremely muddy and puddled. However we had a ground-level room and no water came in. There is a gym on property and fun activities for kids to do, mini golf, basketball etc.

The night that we checked in we went to our room and opened up the pull out couch to find blood on the sheets and mattress pad. We tried calling housekeeping and the front desk but as it was late there was no answer. We eventually went downstairs and was able to find someone that came to look at the and offered to change our room. As there were four of us we thought the one bedroom with pullout couch would've been good for us. However we found the accommodations a lot smaller than the pictures we saw on the site. Most of the staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The pool was well kept, and I've never seen such great upkeep of the grounds of a resort! While we were REALLY disappointed by the blood in the first room we did enjoy the amenities (miniature golf and pool) while we were there.

I only stayed here for 1 night due to my flight being cancelled. Pros ... Beautiful grounds and property Cons ... The room we were assigned was old and smelled old. The amenities were clearly old. The restaurant on site food and drinks was not good at all and wasn't worth the price paid even with the airline voucher. Overall...I would not stay here if I had an option until they actually modernize the property along with the restaurant menu.

Had a great stay. Beautiful pools and well maintained grounds. And right on the beach with plenty of natural shade as well as umbrellas. Rooms are older but super clean. Has AC and a balcony. Everyone who works here is helpful. Some rooms overlook the pool and gardens but we got a room on the parking lot street side. I did miss having a beautiful view which is a big part of staying at a resort for me. Still all the great amenities made up for it.

Had a wonderful week long stay at this resort. The grounds are well maintained, staff is super friendly, our room was modern/clean and the restaurant pure ocean has wonderful food. About a 15 min ride from airport and located on the beach. St Lawrence gap road cuts thru the resort which has more bars, clubs, eateries etc. hotel has 3 pools and a kiddy pool, only bad thing I would say is no hot tub or actual tubs in room. We are divi owners and this was our first time staying here. Not as high scale with amenities as the divi phoenix in Aruba, but it is wayyyyy more laid back and private which we throughly enjoyed with our toddler. Would recommend and I can foresee coming back again for sure. Can’t go wrong in Bim🌴🇧🇧 ohhhh and do the chill & grill at pure ocean on Wednesday night for a wonderful performance and vibe!
