Just stayed at Divi again this weekend. Had the best customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but the man at front desk on the evening of the 15th of August went well over and above to get some of our necessities at midnight when we realized we had forgotten them home. I am truly grateful for that exceptional service.

As a Divi vacation club member we stayed here for the first time. The people here are amazing, the grounds beautiful and close to the Gap. Our room was horrible. We did not have cold water at all and we told the front desk but nothing ever happened. It was not as clean as I expected it to be and the place was dusty and I found dirty socks behind a night stand. The sliding door to the balcony was broken so we couldn't get out to the balcony. Had it not been for the horrible room I would have given this place a 5 star. Room 514.

Fantastic location near the beach. Great friendly service from all staff. Made us feel so welcome. Gardens well maintained. Very clean. Several pools and games. Highly recommended. Definitely will stay here again 😉😎

Had a week’s cruise first with Mirella Voyager - and a week at this Hotel, although rooms are a little dated they were spotlessly clean, the kitchen was very well equipped but we ate out every day so didn’t use the facilities. We would definitely use this hotel again

I hope we will have the opportunity to go back. There were 11 of us that booked here. The rooms were fabulous. The kitchenette had everything you would need. The resort was spotless and had a lot to offer. Furthermore, it was perfectly located for groceries, night life, beach, etc. All of the staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations. My only constructive criticism is that I would have enjoyed more music/events at the main pool area. More island music to enjoy while we swam and enjoyed our drinks. But, overall it was great!
