The hotel staff, particularly Stacy at the front desk, consistently provides exceptional service. The accommodations are notably spacious and well-maintained, and the culinary offerings are commendable. The atmosphere is consistently pleasant and relaxing, complemented by a variety of daily activities and numerous happy hour opportunities at the bars and restaurants. The team demonstrates a high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment and would readily choose to stay here again should my travels bring me back to Aruba. I strongly encourage you to consider this location for your upcoming visit.

So heavenly! You have your choice of places to eat and swim! The beach is so close less of a walk than the high rises. The staff is outstanding! Beatrize at the coffee corner makes an amazing iced latte! Tony at the infinity pool bar makes the best mojitos. I could go on and on. We can not wait to be back next year

Aruba is beautiful. The weather and beaches are lovely. The “highrise” area is bustling. The Divi is not. It’s very quiet, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but not what we expected. The golf course is better than many reviews suggest and we thoroughly enjoyed it. However, overall, the service was terrible. Almost every employee is very aloof. They don’t know how to smile. Everything is in slow motion, or not at all. Repeated requests are needed for everything - from maintenance re air conditioning to towels that were not replaced by cleaners to questions about charges on the bill. We spent way too much time trying to get them to solve problems, some of which never got done. We had questions about included gratuities; we asked six different people how this worked and got six different answers, which felt quite slimy. We’d go back to Aruba, but not Divi.

One Big Hen

Our experience at Divi Resorts Aruba started terribly and nearly ruined the first day of our vacation. We booked months in advance and specifically noted that my wife would be 7 months pregnant and unable to climb multiple flights of stairs. We also called ahead to ensure this request was documented. Upon arrival, we waited over 90 minutes to check in, only to be told our assigned room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. What made the situation worse was the staff’s response. Rather than taking ownership of the issue, we were repeatedly told they “never received the note” and that there was nothing they could do. We spent much of our afternoon sitting in the lobby while staff continued repeating the same explanation instead of working toward a solution. Eventually, after significant pushing on our part, they began looking for alternatives. By that point, however, the damage was done. A resort should be able to accommodate a reasonable accessibility request made months in advance, especially for a pregnant guest. The lack of preparation, empathy, and customer service was extremely disappointing and not what we expected from a resort of this caliber.

We had a fantastic week on Aruba and resort. Eating at Windows and having the Carlos experience is a must. Incredible service and food. Sunset was the most breathtaking. I cannot say enough about staying hydrated. Many thanks to the folks at Windows for assisting. Pools were always clean and property as well. Food quality was very good to amazing. Mixed drinks are what you expect them to be. Met so many great people on this trip! Especially the wonderful folks from Canada. Steve, memories forever that Sunday with family.
