I was so impressed! The rooms are so clean & up to date! I wonder what Disney does to get such great housekeeping that other expensive hotels don’t seem to ever have. Cleanliness is a big deal to me and Disney World gets dozens of stars esp with all the people that are in & out of there. So yeah, all of WDW is crazy pricey, but, the quality is great, even the food. Room service is very kind and helpful, only not so great part about it is that they can take forever to deliver. That could get way better. The girls (ages 5 & 3) had a wonderful time and just loved the place. So kid friendly in many ways. The main pool at the resort was a huge hit. We had a great family trip! Way too many people at the theme parks, but that will probably never be helped. I am not a huge crowns person esp when it’s so bad you can’t hardly walk through it. Thanks so much for the great experience!!!

We just spent a week here with two kids. Not having a mini fridge with a freezer and a microwave is a little weird. Will have to try for a family room next time. But overall the stay was enjoyable, pools were fun, and the Drop-Off bar at the Nemo pool is great for parents after a long day at the parks!

We stayed in the older motel style rooms. The rooms are very clean and remodeled but they are small and there’s nothing special about them. Two beds, basic bathroom. They put in a classless shower curtain to separate the bathroom sink and the sleeping area. We brought 4 large bags/suitcases and there isn’t a good spot to put everything. There is a mini fridge and plenty of spots to charge fans, phones, batteries, and watches. The pool was great. Towards Disney as a whole, I hated how I have to use all of my food credits. We had 9 meals and a few snacks left by the end of our trip. They said, use them or lose them. There are no refunds or changing them to all snack. I have a hard time understanding this and see it as me losing money. The resort is well taken care of and there are nicer buildings. If we stay again, I would spend more to stay at the nicer or more modern buildings.

We had so much fun here. The kids loved the little mermaid themed room. The room wasn’t the biggest but it was enough to unwind at the end of the day and have a good nights sleep. The main pool was amazing and the smaller ones were nice too. Food was good. Get the reusable cup it will save you lots on drinks. Transportation was good and there was hardly any wait for the Disney buses. Overall great trip and will stay here in the future if the opportunity arises.

Definitely Disney magic here! We stayed in the Lion King Family Suite and it was perfect for the 5 of us: my daughters and I, my brother and nephew, and my mom. The 2 bathrooms and kitchenette helped a lot. We ate most of our meals at the dining hall there (Landscape of Flavors) but we purchased grab and go options there as well to eat in the room. The activities on site as well as the pool area allowed us to have fun outside of the theme parks when we just wanted to stay "home." It's definitely worth it for families!
