Overall, it was a great trip. The free water park passes were great even though we did get rained out a bit earlier than we wanted, but no complaints as that's how Florida is this time is year. The smores activity was fun. Really great choice of pools, and the size was enjoyable. To top it all off, it was a great value with the discount we received from our Disney+ subscription.

Super cute and clean! We went for breakfast. It was standard, but hot and tasty. Everything cooked properly and kept clean. The staff was super friendly and we even had an encounter with Daisy! The pool areas are so cool to look at! We may stay here in the future based on our visit.

This place was incredible. Our room was the perfect size and interactive. The app made it easy for check in and check out. The grounds were well maintained and so was our room. The linen(towels & sheets) are changed every 2 days. You have to call if you need new linens sooner. The cafeteria was setup like a food court and the meals are tasty and affordable for Disney. If you can, get the refillable cup. It was worth it because we ate in the cafeteria often. But It’s only good at the resort and not the park. The staff and personnel are kind and professional.

My 5 year old daughter loved the little mermaid room and pool area. The food on location is pretty decent. Having the skyliner on the resort was great. If you have a little one, I highly suggest you have a stroller, because depending where you stay, you'll do a lot of walking from your room to the animation hall. We are a family of 3, and the room seemed small, but we didn't mind, because we were only in it , to shower and sleep. If you're looking for a more spacious room or a luxurious room, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Lastly , the front desk staff was very helpful, and the luggage service to our room was great.

This is our second night here. Everything has been perfect. Nothing but friendly smiles since our arrival. Housekeeping has been excellent. Our room was clean upon arrival. Will update after our checkout , but so far perfect.
