I'm not even a Disney fan, but this place was amazing! Extremely well decorated, impeccably clean, unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don't skimp, pay the extra for the savanna side room with club access. Great food, snacks, and drinks. The hours aren't exactly helpful if you're spending all day in the park, but you can definitely get breakfast every day (which was awesome!).

Jambo House is the best hotel I ever stayed at. Waking to see giraffes and zebras outside your room (we stayed in a Savanna view room) was amazing. The smell. The detail. The service. All exceptional. I am someone who often finds fault, but apart from it costing significant amounts of money I can’t find any faults. Jambo house is amazing. If you want to create an unforgettable experience, then the solution is Sarah, the employee at the resort. She is cultured and you will enjoy listening to her as she explains and gives you all the information about the resort. She is amazing and has a cheerful spirit and a constant smile. She showed us the Disney tickets and the resort facilities in a way that pierces our hearts. I wish there were more than one Sarah in the world.

This is a deluxe hotel located right next to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and it truly offers a one-of-a-kind experience. There’s a safari right inside the hotel grounds, where you can see animals like giraffes, zebras, and flamingos. (Note: there are no lions, tigers, or elephants.) The hotel service is excellent, with plenty of activities for all ages. There’s a relaxing pool and a gym, so it’s easy to unwind during your stay. It’s a perfect place for families — kids will love it, but adults will also enjoy the unique atmosphere. If you book a Safari View room, you can watch the animals from your balcony, which makes for an unforgettable experience. It’s not every day you get to stay at a hotel like this! There’s also a gift shop inside the hotel that sells exclusive, limited-edition merchandise you can’t find anywhere else. It’s a bit pricey, but for a once-in-a-lifetime memory, I think it’s well worth it🦒🦓🌺

Hotel is close to everything. Clean rooms. Professional and kind staff. Restaurants and food is very good. Felt very safe during the entire stay. Perfect for families. Bus and shutters available. Room 2361 is very good. Animals spend a lot of time in front of this room. Housekeeping staff is great. They bring up anything you need very fast. They delivered a microwave, eating utensils and more. I recommend this place to anyone with a family.
