Truly a beautiful place. Seeing the animals was majestic and relaxing. The amount of details that are built in throughout the resort are incredible. Bomas breakfast was fantastic, Rooms are spacious, Quick service food was really good. Only thing would be wish we had more time to enjoy it all. We were there for Halloween and didn’t get a chance to use the pools. If Staying here, for the price, you will want to make the most of your time there.

Totally love it. ))) Highly recommend. Just came back from Birthday celebration for 12 y.o. Lady. The room 3564 in Jumbo House absolutely worth the money. We had a great Savanna view and saw all Giraffes 🦒 we came for + another beautiful African animals. Guessing that 3rd floor is the best hight. Also had dinner at Jiko and it was new and different. Great food and service. Style of the hotel and the room is very special and unique. Staff is nice and attentive. Everything was great and we are super happy. ) Will keep these memories throughout Life. ) Thank you guys so much. ) 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💫💫💫💖💖💖

Never stayed Deluxe at Disney World before this & I have to say it was so worth it! Everything from the relaxing pool, to the burnt vanilla smell in the lobby, to the gorgeous lobby and amazing restaurants right in your hotel. I loved this resort and will definitely be coming back. The only down side is the only way to get to the Disney parks from this resort is via bus, but the busses came pretty quick. I had a regular (non-savanna) view but still ended up being able to see some animals from the room which was very cool. Highly recommend checking out Jiko and Boma for some amazing African-inspired food.

Super cool! There are several live animal savannahs around the hotel and they are visible from some of the rooms. The hotel is themed to look like a safari lodge and there are several restaurants and a nice pool area. I only wish it had monorail access but otherwise it is a great hotel!

Great service. Africa-themed atmosphere focused on animals and art. Lovely pool. Dinning options are both interesting for adults and accessible for pickier kids, if you choose the quick service restaurant. The sit down restaurants would probably not work for picky eaters. Neat to see the animals outside of your room. They won't always be visible, but there are feeding stations nearby to attract animals at meal time.
