Saratoga Springs is an absolutely fantastic Disney resort. I mean, really—what’s not amazing about Disney? The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and had that perfect family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. My family has been Disney Vacation Club members since the early ’90s, and we’ve stayed at Saratoga Springs many times over the years. Every single visit has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. If you’re heading to Walt Disney World and want a resort with incredible service, fun Disney-inspired decor, and a relaxing, enjoyable vibe, Saratoga Springs is definitely one to check out. Whether it’s for a family trip or even a conference, you won’t be disappointed. It’s pure Disney magic from start to finish!

Stayed at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa for a full week and it was pure magic! The sprawling grounds feel like a luxurious escape, with spotless rooms, comfy beds, and that perfect Disney touch. Loved the multiple pools—especially the high-energy one with the epic slide—and the quick boat ride to Disney Springs for dining and shopping. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. At around $337/night, it was worth every penny for the relaxation and convenience. Already planning our next trip—highly recommend for families or anyone craving that Disney vibe! 5 stars!

This was a great choice for our Disney vacation. Loved the theme with the horses. The breakfast was great especially the themed waffles. Got the pop cup and refilled it. excellent value in the long run. The room was perfect the little alexa by the bed was a great touch. they really do think of everything at disney.

I would not recommend staying here. The customer service is terrible actually. We have stayed at many Disney resorts and always. They were happy to explain where everything was in terms of transportation where you were on the map how to get to certain places, etc. this place had the worst customer service. It didn’t even seem like a Disney resort. We had to go back to find out how to get to Disney Springs. I thought it would be an easy commute to Disney Springs via a boat ride, but it was not. It was the longest walk whether you wanted to use the boat or you wanted to walk. We had a Rent-A-Car and we would’ve been better off driving around and parking to get into Disney Springs. And each time we try to ask for help as to where to go everybody just kinda pointed that direction and they’re like oh it’s like 15-20 minutes. Ridiculous. I will never ever stay at this resort again and I would not recommend it to anyone. We’ve stayed at the Epcot resorts like the yacht club and the beach club. The grand Floridian definitely choose something along those lines for you and your family. This is not a friendly Resort to stay at. I am here only one day and have three more to go and if I could, I would leave and go to another resort.

We live Disney and usually stay in value resorts but splurged because we were celebrating. We stayed in Saratoga Springs Treehouses They are a little dated but themed great. Plenty of room, easy to get to. The staff was amazing they were so nice. I would definitely stay here again
