Felt very modern. The room amenities were great. We used the washer dryer and ate in the room. It was close to Disney springs which was convenient. Parking was easy. The kids loved the arcade. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked fun. The front desk staff are great and very helpful.

Tree House Villas provides an amazing backdrop and experience that a normal resort room would not provide and has all you need to accommodate your family needs. It's also a short drive to all the parks. The only recommended improvement would be the parking. Despite having parking spots in front of your villa, the parking is on a first come-first serve basis, so visitors of neighboring villas other than the tenants can take your spot forcing you to have to find parking which is already very limited. Parking should be reserved for each of the villas and included in the cost of your stay.

I am a massive fan of Saratoga Springs, and it is one of my most visited resorts in Disney World. I visit Disney often with my family, and Saratoga is always a go-to. Fantastic customer service, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. They have tv, a kitchen, and a living room in the villas with similar amenities in the hotel rooms. It is in good proximity with most of the parks even though they need to be driven to. Overall, I have a great experience, I recommend, 9/10.

Great resort, plenty of pools and games to keep everyone happy and busy. Disney transportation busses get you anywhere on the property you want/need to get to. Walking distance to disney springs. Enough space in the room for everyone (and some guest) to be comfortable. A true home away from home.

The Treetop Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort was terrible! For the first time in over 30 years, I looked forward to the end of my vacation. The Treetop Villas' entrance is separate from the main part of the resort. No one at check in bothers to mention this. When you do find it, you can't open the gate because you first have to use your card to open the door to the Villa. You hit the call box and get someone with attitude, asking if you have opened your villa door first (I just arrived, when was that supposed to have happened)? Even worse than that, is the horrible bus service. You have one bus that connects the villas to the main part of the resort. They sit at the spot for upwards of twenty minutes, so build in an extra half hour for your travel time. The roads in the villas are narrow, and are shared by vehicles, the bus and pedestrians. There are no walkways, and are poorly lit. They are an accident waiting to happen. I have been going to Disney for years, and without a doubt, this is the worst staff that I have ever encountered. They do not offer assistance, not even to elderly and children. One staff member ( they don't deserve to be called Cast members) was driving a golf cart that could have easily accommodated passengers, but when we asked for help, he shook his head and kept going Awful, awful, awful vacation. Shame on you, Disney
