Gotta say, I was just not impressed with this resort. Deluxe rooms were super small, although the room we stayed in had been tastefully refreshed. The exterior and pool seemed dated. Not close to anything except Disney Springs. I'd say if visiting parks pop for some of the upscale hotels and be really wowed.

We have stayed here many times. It is a little less convenient to the parks than some of the other Disney resorts. However, it is a very nice facility. Over the years, it seems like shuttle service to the parks has decreased and cleaning services have declined some. Some of the rooms are quite far from the main lobby building and pool. Despite the minor critiques, it is an excellent place to stay for the full Disney experience!

The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact that the ferries were not running. This was the main reason we decided to stay at Saratoga Springs. Granted it was not the resorts fault (Hurricane Milton raised the water too high) however, the resort could have come up with some other easy way to get to Disney Springs. We ended up having to walk around through part of the golf course (through the mud in one spot) and we were wearing nice shoes, not happy about that. All that being said, the resort itself was very well kept, great service, beautifully appointed room and made us feel at home. We will certainly stay here again and HOPEFULLY the ferries will be in operation.

First time as parents staying at a Disney Resort with our four month old. The place is fantastic! The resort itself is very pretty. Everything is well spread out and walkable for a long/scenic stroll. Many great amenities like dining options, spa, pools, and boat ride to Disney Springs (less than 10 minutes). We booked a one bedroom apartment. Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Perfect for when our little one went to bed early and we can still enjoy the place to ourselves after. It helps tremendously to also have a kitchen. It came with all the essentials to cook or heat up food. We would no doubt stay here again.

We are Disney vacation club members and looked forward to experiencing the benefits of the renovations. However, though the rooms were very nice, the beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped, including the fold down Murphy bed, which was just a thin mattress. Also, some of the drawers did not stay in because the hardware appeared somewhat flimsy. However, oh, for all, we greatly enjoyed our stay other than these few details.
