I really like this place. I was in a 1 bedroom and it had everything... bedroom, common area, full kitchen and dinette. Now, that is pretty normal for Disney resorts I've visited. This is my first time seeing/experiencing a Murphy bed...good idea Disney. Wait...there is a 2nd one too (twin size). I love discovering new things (just a big ole kid at heart). There is also a full tub, shower, and washer/dryer in the 'mini apartment'. We were also in walking distance to Disney Springs. OK, my least favorites was the parking. It was outside, uncovered, typical parking lot. Overall, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

It was our first time as DVC members staying at Saratoga Springs and let me tell you, they blew us away! The entire check in experience was TOP NOTCH and Anna K was the reason! The level of service we received was unmatched to any. She not only took the time to tell us about the property and main attractions etc, but since it was our first time going to Disney world as well, she went wayyy above and beyond by surprising us with a special little note and token for our very first time. We felt so welcomed and was just stunned by the level of service, friendliness, and warmth that I would absolutely book Saratoga again! The rooms were immaculate and all of the staff that we encountered were extremely polite and welcoming. It was a truly grand experience and we can't wait to return. We want to give a very special thank you to Anna for making our trip so very special!

Saratoga Springs is an absolutely fantastic Disney resort. I mean, really—what’s not amazing about Disney? The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and had that perfect family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. My family has been Disney Vacation Club members since the early ’90s, and we’ve stayed at Saratoga Springs many times over the years. Every single visit has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. If you’re heading to Walt Disney World and want a resort with incredible service, fun Disney-inspired decor, and a relaxing, enjoyable vibe, Saratoga Springs is definitely one to check out. Whether it’s for a family trip or even a conference, you won’t be disappointed. It’s pure Disney magic from start to finish!

I just returned yesterday from Saratoga and wanted to share my thoughts. Without a car, it can be inconvenient due to the distance from the villas to Disney transportation (boat & bus). The walls also seemed thinner than other DVC resorts, and outside noise was a factor. However, the property is beautiful and well-manicured. Compared to Beach Club and Boardwalk, Saratoga's environment is quite different, with more noise from outside property maintenance, (leaf blowers and mowers) It was completely my fault for not taking that into consideration when booking that type of property. The beds are also a little firm for our liking. Day time naps is a priority so I should have realized that staying at Saratoga is not the best option for our family. Joey from the back office was more than willing to move us to a different resort to accommodate our needs but declined and asked for a box fan and mattress topper which did help us through out the remainder of our stay. Just something to consider when you are deciding.

The stay was great!! The service was amazing 🤩. There were two pools and two Hot tubs in each area. The drinks at the pool side bar were amazing. I recommend the margarita. The pool was never crowded and there were fun games for my kids to! 5 stars. I recommend.
