Felt very modern. The room amenities were great. We used the washer dryer and ate in the room. It was close to Disney springs which was convenient. Parking was easy. The kids loved the arcade. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked fun. The front desk staff are great and very helpful.

Great staff and rooms. House keeping could he slightly improved as sometimes the towels weren't always replaced or seemed stained. Otherwise beautiful grounds and very accommodating staff. Great food options and proximity to other attractions was good.

Loved it. Staff are amazing, really made the holiday more magical. Couple of issues with the room, but once reported, staff resolved these quickly. Fantastic resort and a short walk from Disney Springs. Only negative for this resort are that the pools are not the best. They're fine, but not great. But small for the size of resort, meaning it's often a bit crowded.

It was very nice. The multiple bathrooms helped to fit our 9–10 guests. The pots, pans, silverware, plates, and bowls were very convenient for early cheap breakfasts and late night snacks. The shuttle was fine. I never understood the point to the water taxi opening at 10 am when the biggest perk to staying at a resort is early entry. We never got to try the water taxi.
Our phone as room keys stopped working one night and we had to call multiple times and stand outside from 10pm until past 11pm. It was very frustrating considering we were tired, hungry, and had to be up early the next day. The hotel team did some great things too so it wasn’t all bad.

This resort is considered a deluxe resort. It feels like a moderate, in my opinion. The pool was nice but nothing special. Cast members were nice but nothing over and beyond regular customer service. We had a split stay with half our stay at the grandstand in a 2 bedroom suite and the second half in a 1 bedroom suite. We were located in the grandstand 1st, then the paddock. I would most definitely stay in grandstand again but not paddock. Our housekeeping was good for the 1st half and not so great the second. I actually thought of asking to be moved to a different resort for the second half. Our room was well worn, and we kind of felt like red headed step children at the second location. Food options get old if you are staying here for longer than a week. Seriously, I should have ducked it up and either stayed at the Carribbean or upgraded to the rRiveria or Floridian. I've stayed at all levels and multiple other resorts, and this may be one of my least favorite. However, if you are on a tight budget, you need space and have low expectations this could be a good fit for you.
