This was our second stay at Port Orleans French Quarter. Very clean hotel. We loved the pool area. The quick service food onsite was fantastic! I love the easy check in and check out via the Disney app. We used the bus service to get to the parks and the boat to get to Disney Springs. They had a marshmallow roast and outdoor movie night. I requested a room on the first floor and that was a major win for convenience.
The only two downsides for me, which aren't a big deal: 1) Breakfast and coffee shop aren't open until 7 am. I'm an early riser and this conflicts with trying to rope drop a park. 2) the bathrooms (where the toilet and shower are) are a bit of a tight squeeze).

We are a family of five and have stayed here twice! We absolutely love the French Quarter atmosphere and the pool is awesome! The staff was so helpful and always friendly! Most of the food was good but my wife LOVED the Shrimp Po' Boy and Jambalaya!

Really loved our stay here. It's kind of off the beaten path. Aside from the minor inconvenience of some construction, it was quiet where you want it quiet, and lively where you'd like it lively.
The rooms appear to have been recently renovated. Only real complaint for the room was the shower area, it honestly felt like a motel 6 at best. I'd expect nicer everything for that price point, or even Disney in general.
The service was wonderful. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to help in any way needed.
They have several quick service food shops, a gift shop which sells everything from bathing suits to alcohol, a bar, and plenty of sitting area to enjoy your meal.
The pool and hot tub are great. Nice slide for the kids (and adults) to play on.
Bus transport available to all parks. River transportation to Disney Springs. The river ride was enjoyable.
All in all, will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had the best time. Loved the small quaint vibe of FQ. Buses were always available. The pool was fun and the HOT TUB was great. Some hot tubs, even in deluxe resorts hardly heat up or have the jets working well. This one was fire. After a long day, that hot tub was exactly what my feet needed.
Beignets a few feet away what can be better.
Although bell service lost my medical device upon check-in, I chose not to let that get in the way of our experience.

We've stayed at several other resorts and so far, this is now our favorite. We were in building 7 which is the furtherest from the lobby but we still felt so close to everything compared to other resorts. The bus stop was a 1 min walk away and just a few minutes more to the lobby, pool, food, and shopping. Plus we were closer to Riverside if we wanted to walk there. The rooms were quiet, we never heard more than a toilet flushing occasionally. The food choices were great as well. Overall we'd definitely pick this resort again.
