Love this Disney Moderate Hotel! Ill bullet point for easy reading - Clean hotel, updated rooms - Great food choices at nice prices - Beignets are Amazing at Scat Cats. I could eat 100 everyday (check pictures)!! - Pool is so much fun. The kids love it. - Lobby has a fun New Orleans feel. - Only downside in my opinion is that it only has bus service to the parks and it is shared bus service with Riverside.

This was our first time staying at Port Orleans, and we LOVED it, the French Quarter side especially. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, grounds were immaculate and peaceful, rooms were much larger than expected with very comfortable beds. We lived the resort activities, and my kids wanted to be in the pool more than anywhere else. The water temp at the pool was so wonderful - I could wade right in without the pins and needles typical of a cold outdoor pool. Will definitely stay here again.

We were super excited for our trip and this was our first time staying at this resort. Our room was very nice, clean, and mostly quiet. The hotel itself had very friendly and helpful staff, visits from characters, bustling for Easter and really great food! It had a playground for our kids, outdoor checkers/chess sets, and an arcade that was really fun for everyone. We enjoyed their Mickey Beignets one night as well! It was a quick drive to all the parks if you choose to not take their transportation. Overall, I would recommend staying here (we have stayed at at least 5+ resorts over the years and its easily in the top 3)! Will visit again in the future!

Lovely child friendly resort. Quiet, modern rooms, except the A/C which is too noisy for night time, but there is a ceiling fan. Large casting enabled TV. Good, clean pool although surprisingly busy during the day when you'd expect everyone to be at the parks. Difficult to find a sunbed. There is a quick service restaurant: food is ok, fair choice but gets boring quite soon into the stay. The problem is the seating. Doesn't seem to matter what time you get there, it's always difficult to find a table. Disney buses run to each park from outside the lobby every 15 mins.

Fantastic moderate resort. Friendly helpful staff great facilities small amount of rooms good transport. Only slight issue was buses leaving earlier than the app said but overall excellent stay. The manager helped out with my injured daughter and all the staff we very helpful.
