The check in took a long time but over all, it was so fun! My family and I loved the area! The shop in the main area was so nice and cute! The food is a bit pricey but they have a big selection!
The pool area is very clean! The lifeguards do a very great job! They are really nice. The pool is also opened from 10 am-11 pm.
I definitely recommend this resort!

It's "cheap" for a Disney Hotel, and you get what you pay for - a cheap and super noisy hotel.
The location is great to get to the different parks. Also the people working there are really supportive and kind. But that's it on the positive side.
The rooms are so noisy that you would hear less if your neighbours would stand in your room.
Every word they speak, every pee they take, etc. even if it's 2am. Sleeping is not possible.
We wanted to stay four nights but escaped after two nights. It was really horrible. I would say the absolutely worst hotel experience in my entire life.
I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend your money more wisely!

Amazing resort on the Disney property that is Pop Culture themed, has 3 pools, a store, a big open food court and lots of other amenities. Laura helped us at the front desk check in, she was lovely and very helpful. It was an amazing experience for myself, my mother and daughter and we enjoyed every second there. Would go back again, all the staff made us feel welcome.

Quick self check-in by app. Although opening the room by phone wasn't working so I had to go all the way back (from building 90')to the reception to pick up the key card.
The room seemed to be clean, but I found the phone very dusty. The duvet had a hole.
Great localisation, though. Plenty buses ready to pick you up to the parks.
Food is not bad. Good selection.

Really like this hotel, great base for a Disney blast, with a skyliner station giving easy access to Hollywood Studios and Epcot parks. There is a free bus service to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. The rooms are well equipped, and we survived 6 days without falling out, as a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We were in the 80s section, which had its own pool, which was quiet for our whole stay. There are 3 pools across the resort, an arcade, a shop (expensive!) and a food court. Everything is well themed, as you’d expect from Disney, and the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful.
