The welcome staff outside when you first arrive to park were not operating at the Disney level. The front desk cast members were great and helpful. The resort themes and decorations were amazing and clever! The resort is kid friendly. The room was a let down as far as cleanliness goes. It does not help that the policy of this resort is to clean on the third day of your stay. The room is tiny as it is, and it felt cramped and dirty quickly with the overflowing trash and dirty towels. The walls are also thin so beware. The pool options were nice and plentiful. The lifeguards were attentive and took their job seriously. The dining hall was a chaotic mess, and the tables were dirty. As usual for this tier of eatery, the food was heat lamp overpriced cafeteria level quality. The skyliner proximity was nice, and it made getting to Hollywood Studios and Epcot a smooth ride.

For context, we’ve stayed at Beach & Yacht, Wilderness Lodge, and Port Orleans Riverside over the last year or so. Pop Century is now our favorite. We had a preferred room and the skyliner was incredibly convenient, as was the lobby and food court. Staff was very kind and helpful. Our adjoining rooms with my sister and niece were super convenient as well. Parking was easy. The food court food was Disney food, so nothing stellar but it got the job done. Buses were regular and not super packed other than the one back from Magic Kingdom at/close to closing time for the park.

Pop Century is great for it's transportation options. Even though this is considered a budget resort the theme is very cool and a short walk to AOA where it has great themes specially for little ones. Have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed it. Pop doesn't have the greatest pools at Disney but still satisfied everyone who wanted to swim.

2nd stay. Love this resort! Employees were all friendly and helpful. Food choices were better than my last visit and they were good then! Rooms clean without overpowering cleanser smell. Beds comfy! Room in great shape. Fridge is small but cold! Skyliner is on property and thats one of the main reasons we like staying there

Rooms are on the small side, but are clean , comfortable and quiet. I've stayed at deluxe resorts before and I was very happy with this resort. It has a great food court and access to the skyliner. The bus service was also great. I will definitely stay here again... Great value!
